I went in for an inspection on my car (not expecting it to take almost 3 hours). It was advertised online as free when i set up the appointment, but I ended up paying $10, only to be given a ridiculously high estimate for brake service (almost $600 for the rear only). I greatly appreciate the information I was provided with the "free" inspection, but I don't think I'll ever get any services done there because I can't afford it. If you have lots of money, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, as a single mother, it's just out of my price range. Good luck!

I blew my tire. Rolled in asked for help, guy at the register said he'd let me use a jack, which was fine. I parked waited for 15 minutes in the rain. Codey was the only one that assisted me. Was a huge help while everyone one else in the bay watched and ignored me. Worst tire shop experience I ever had. Thank you Codey you were awesome.

When I first walked in I was greeted and welcomed. The crew working got me in and out within a timely manner for the job. The waiting area was clean and well kept for an auto shop. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to others

I was traveling from out of town and brought my vehicle in. My vehicle ended up needing a new radiator and they were able to get me in and back on the road safely. Super professional and they let me know what was going on the whole time. Thank you FireStone!!!!

When I picked up my car, they didn’t provide a receipt. They said it would be emailed to me, which was fine. However, when I eventually checked the email, I noticed they charged me $16 for "shop supplies." All I came in for was an alignment—so I’m unclear why this charge was necessary. Additionally, they told me my vehicle registration was due and recommended taking care of it while I was there. I agreed, but when I picked up my car, I realized the registration wasn’t actually due until the end of the next month. Overall, I feel some of their practices were misleading and questionable.

This Firestone place is very unprofessional I had appointment for alignment Saying I got to wait 2 + hours then 2 hours pass by now they saying they cannot do my alignment They are quick to take your money and try to offer other services you don’t need but not quick to do the service I will not be returning back to this Firestone Only thing is good here is them taking your funds Do not go to this location All they do is bull*** n try to play with your vehicle I wouldn’t trust them especially if it’s your only vehicle I would Just go elsewhere were they care about your vehicle

Had a 10am appointment, arrived on time 8/28/24, left that place at 6:15 pm!!! Not happy regarding the wait especially as the person "helping" me did not seem to care about the long wait at all. No up dates as to how much longer. I will not be going back there. Times are tough for all, but if you are working be pleasant towards people. I could have been your mother or grandmother or aunt. Just because I am old does not mean I have nothing to do but wait . You are working for your customers, that's why you get paid!!

I made an appointment to drop off my 2019 f250 truck on 8/30/24 at 9am. to get an alignment, tire balancing, and tire rotation job. I dropped off my truck as scheduled and on time. I then headed to work, thinking my truck was in good hands. My wife works right across from Firestone and said that it looked like they were joy riding in my truck. My wifes coworkers also said the same thing. I received a call around 4:15-4:30pm that my truck was ready. I stopped by around 5:15-5:30 pm to pick it up and sighn the paperwork. I was charged for the service. When I got to my truck, I noticed that my tire rotation was not done. I then went back inside and told them. The man in the front just said sorry for that we can't help you today it's too late. I then left, and as I was driving, I noticed my alignment was not done. I parked and also noticed that my tires were not balanced. I took my truck back to Fire Stone and complained, and the man at the front desk said I'm sorry we can't help you today it's too late." I told them I brought my truck in because I was heading out of town on vacation the next morning, and I wanted it fixed since that's my everyday truck. He then asks where are you going. I told him and he said we have Firestone stores out there. You can take your truck there. I told him I didn't want to spend my vacation at Firestone. This will be the last time I take my truck there. I can only imagine how many paying customers they do this to. They are just ripping people off.

I'm not one of those people who posted out reviews, but this one I had to do. I made an appointment on 8/10 to bring my truck in for a possible repair. My main concern was a ticking noise coming from the engine bay on the drive side when Accelerate. Amd also a noise when you always start the truck, and I informed the service advisor over the phone that the check engine light was not on. So, I received a call & an email about my truck. They recommended a brake fluid flush and replace the bushing on the front sway bar. I asked the advisor if that was making the noise, he said yes. So I gave the OK for the work. A few hours later, the advisor called and said that the truck is ready. The bill was around $350, as soon as I was just down the street, you can still hear the noise. So I took it back and told the technician that the noise is still there. I took him for a test drive and I even turned off the radio for he can hear it. He said with his years of experience, it's the belt pulley. So, I left the truck back with them and they called me on Monday telling me it need all 3 belts a d a new pulley and the bill will be around $750. I gave them the OK. So, after work on Monday, the noise is still there. So I pulled over and popped the hood. That's when I notice the brake flush was never done, but I paid for it. So, I will NEVER go back to Firestone of anything!

Get your car inspected somewhere else, 2 cars in the 7 bays. I Have a 2yr old car that takes 45 minutes to inspect after making me wait for an hour … the guy didn’t call my name when ready I’m the only female here…customer service sucks

Set appointment online then was told it would take a few hours.Whats the point of an appointment? Representative didn't go over details as to work done on vehicle. Could barely hear and understand what he was saying. Lack of information on my part was received with dissatisfaction. Other representative didn't go over final invoice until I asked for details. Difference in online price and what actually was paid. They need to be more helpful and transparent and personable.

Took 1.5 hours for an inspection. When we arrived there were all the employees standing in a group taking. Waiting room was full. It was early morning.

Went in to get my hoses repaired and $1600 later my car is running shaky. Mechanic said it needs new fuel injectors now at $700 when I had no issues prior but if we just don’t drive above 80 and can handle the shaking we can probably wait. Thank you lol.

Slow service oil change take a 1.5 hours even with an appointment. They'll only start on your vehicle once you go and complain I'm not recommend if you want to get done in a timely manner.

So far terrible experience at this location. Took in my vehicle for AC recharge (was blowing somewhat cold), was charged for work and told it was done 5 hrs later. Took off with kids in the car in Texas 100 degree heat only to find that the compressor was now dead and blowing only hot air (they also broke part of my front grill). Going back to question the work, no one knew what happened and the AC tech was now gone for the day. I understand mistakes and communication issues happen but the worst experience overall was that I was told to come back the next morning for them to make it right and talk with the Service Manager Chris. Prior to taking the vehicle I called and spoke to Chris, who said he would call me back with more information. 2 hours later I called back asking for an update from Chris and was told he hadn't gotten to it yet period. Waste of time and money going to this place and very bad customer service from a supposed Manager Chris. Train/hire your managers better and maybe the staff will be less unorganized and do better work.

Useless Location. I Always Use Firestone For All My Vehicle Needs and I Just Happened To Pull Up To This Shop Regardless Of The Empty Lot and No Customer. This Guy Refused To Give Me A Vehicle Inspection! Time 5:30! Guess I’ll Take My Business To Some Other Shop. That Does Want To Take Customers! Such Lack Of Workmanship In This Place! 🗑️🧻💩

Stay away from this place. Horrible. They look to fail you car during inspectin for any reason. They failed my car because they said the "windshield wiper was faulty / worn".

Was there today for state inspection and just to many chiefs and not enough indians. Waited for 30 minutes, asked for my key, and left. I will never go back to that location.

The guys at this Firestone are THE BEST!! They are professional, courteous, and most of all, caring. I won’t go anywhere else for the services my trucks need.
