Mechanics are rude, and the services are very expensive compared to discount tire. I also believe that they took longer than necessary. It took two whole days just to get two new tires.

The mechanics that work here are incompetent to say the least. They recommended hundreds of dollars in services that I did not need. They took 2 days to do an alignment check.

Great customer service. Wait time was a little long, but that was out of my control. Friendly employees. Very comfortable. Explained everything to me very thoroughly because I know nothing about cars. 10/10. Hope to receive the same kindness on my next service.

The online booking experience was impressively simple and certain. Left me with good confidence. The customer experience at the store itself was excellent. As soon as I arrived, they knew they were expecting me -- no surprises. I stayed during the service -- and I was communicated to throughout. When the vehicle was ready, I was explained what had occurred, and counseled on the use of the lifetime wheel alignment which I purchased. Overall, the value proposition was met and exceeded.

Total waste of my time. Called before coming to check if there was availability. Got there and got told there was gonna be a 3 hour wait. I literally just called before I left home so I could plan myself. Communicate better

State Inspection. 40 mins. Polite and generally polite to all customers. They're always really busy, but Manuel is just calm and nice to work with.

Customer service: 2 Services performed: 1 On 10 June, I had an appointment for an alignment at 2 PM. I showed up 15 minutes prior to ensure that I was on time. At 4 o’clock the front desk inform me that I was up next, At 5 o’clock, I was informed that my car was being moved to the rack, at 6 PM I decided to leave. My car was never moved. There was no explanation as to why the delay and of course it was up to me to continue to ask what the expected time of completion was going to be. This is the third time I’ve been to this Firestone. The services in the past had been tolerable, but today was absolutely unsatisfactory. Don’t bother making an appointment. I recommend bringing your business here very early in the morning or doing as I will from now on, taking my business elsewhere. I hope I am contacted by the management to discuss the event.

The West Avenue Firestone has been used by my family for a number of years. Management and service providers have always provided sound advice, detailed service in an acceptable manner!

What started out as a crappy day ended up being so much better than expected. My alternator and belt needed to be replaced in my car, I thought it was the battery but the employees at Firestone on West Ave did a thorough check and saw that that was the problem and I was only without my car for one whole day! THANK YOU!! Highly recommended and I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need it!

Cost way too high being that they were not able to find the problem for the main reason I brought the car in. Recommended services that were not needed. Incorrect diagnosis- said front right wheel bearing was bad. Had it checked by 2 other shops and was told it was the left front wheel bearing. Had left side replaced and the problem is solved.

Stay away from this place, paid for a lifetime alignment(200$) and received my Jeep back with the alignment barely changed. Was told that I needed a “caster kit” but all my adjustable control arms were right in front of the technicians face on the rack. That’s either pure laziness or incompetence. I wasn’t going to make a review but after driving around for 3 weeks I decided to inspect my front end to find the jam nuts on my drag link both loose. I have video evidence when I found them loose. Your techs should have the correct tools (crows foot wrench) to do the job right. If you choose Firestone expect the bare minimum.

They were very helpful. I tried scheduling an appointment online but they had to change the time to later than I was able to be there. They looked at scheduling again and got me in and out before the necessary time for me to pick up my kids from school. Thank Y'all 😊 🙏 😊 God bless Y'all 🙌 🙏 ❤️

My visit to firestone was great. Problem was diagnosed and the replaced part was covered under warranty. I actually thought my radiator fan motor was out and it was the thermostat; plus I had my oil changed and tires rotated, general maintenance.

When my wife dropped our jeep off to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. She was told that it would be ready in 2 to 3 hours, 6 1/2 hours later and not hearing anything from them, I had her take me there. We've been going to this store for about 10 years. (Won't be coming back). I noticed that my rims are scratched, only on the edges where the tools go to remove and install the tires. Not going to make a big deal out of it, because I am planning on getting new rims soon.

Morgan, the gentleman that helped me at the counter was very professional and polite. He explained to me what was found and what needed to be repaired. He did not try to sell me on anything extra. I am always comfortable going to that location. You can always find cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Just get it done right the first time.

Tried to bring in my vehicle for an alignment, but was told I needed an appointment and the service takes about an hour. I set one up for the next day at 1 pm. Dropped off the vehicle at 12:30 and waited in the restaurant across the street. What is the point of the appointment, if it's 2:30 now and my car is still in the spot I left it in? Unless you plan on leaving your car in their possession for 24 hours, I'd recommend a service center with more than 2 techs trying to run the shop and service desk at once.

This is the first Firestone I've found that is honest and not just trying to upsell for the sake of making money. Twice now, when asking if I need new tires, they've let me know I'm safe to wait instead of just trying to sell me something I didn't actually need, which other locations have proven to do frequently.

I had an emergency situation when my chevrolet silverado dashboard break icons appeared and the computer system disabled my breaks. Justin was able to assist me with no problems and I was back on the road. Justin and staff were very professional. Thanks again!

I was trying to find a place nearby to see if someone can check my tire light and I went to Firestone and the gentleman at their front explain to me what was going on and gave me prices and estimates in case I decided to get the service done there. He suggested to go to another place because it was cheaper. I appreciate him doing that because he cared about prices instead of business. I will definitely be going back if I have any other issues. I wasn't sure if he was going to cost anything for them to check but he said it was complimentary so that was very nice.
