Please please DO NOT go to this location! August 27th 2024 Had oil pan seal replaced on my 2005 honda odyssey. Dropped off said would take end of day. By 3 hours later still hasn’t been done. Manager calls me says I have a leak on top. I said yes I know. Told him to do gasket only. Then 6 hours later calls again(still hasn’t done gasket) there is a leak where bolt goes to oil pan. I’m like how? (Still hasn’t done gasket) That’s from over tightening and you all are only ones who do my oil changes! So now I have to buy bottom of oil pan. More money!! He orders another bottom pan. Gets delivered-calls me again. It’s almost closing time. The new pan has a crack in it. I’m like at this point OMG! He says-sometime tomorrow hopefully will be here. Next day comes. Never received a phone call from them. Ten minutes before closing says my van is ready. I responded with, it’s ten minutes till you all close! I won’t be able to make it by that time. Employee says, okay we will keep it in shop overnight. I said, yes you’re gonna. Half day job now 2 days later with no updates! Only time they called was to find a way to make more money! Day three. Pick up van. Didn’t check their work, which you should “always” check anyone’s woke after picking up your vehicle! Your paying for it. If you have no knowledge let them walk you through what they did. Its their job! Few days go by, I was busy, decided to pull over and check their work. Take out dip stick to oil. Long behold…gasket maker on dip stick. Yup! Gasket maker inside my engine! Of coarse I cleaned it off! Called them immediately. Argued with manager about it. He said it should be fine, made it seem as if nothing would happen. I’m like “huh”! No I’m bringing it in and you are doing to redo-clean the oil filter and flush out engine! Took it over. They did multiple flushes(who knows how many at this point) didn’t even check the oil filter trap inside oil pan at all! This trap filter is to catch larger debris which should never be in your oil or engine! The manager at this location along with employees can not be trusted on any vehicles. Manager told me tech “forgot” to take out dip stick prior to doing the gasket! Only time will tell if my engine fails due this neglect!

Made an appointment for an alignment for 3pm, then I was told to call for more info they needed come to find out to tell me I will be getting service done close to closing g because the technicians are behind. They are always behind people can't set appointments and company's dint adhere to their appointment times I'm done with Firestone Duscount tire told me come on in we got you. Never getting tires from here again. went to 2 different firestone tires to patch a tire I just got from them weeks ago and I was told by both that it would take almost 2 hours just to patch a tire. Went to another tire shop down the street and got it done in 10 minutes. Lesson learned.

PESIMO SERVICIO. DESCARO TOTAL. . Me dieron appointment a las 10:00 AM. Y que terminando me hablaban para que fuera por el, esto sería al medio día. Voy a las 4:00 PM porque nunca me hablaron. Y ni siquiera lo habían movido. Porque ? —“ Es que llegaron dos carros antes que tú”. (Seguro que sin cita) Pero como quiera espérate más tarde lo hacemos. Todo el día sin carro, sin trabajar y ellos bien gracias. Recibiendo otros carros.

Super nice people, but they didn't do a really good job inspecting my vehicle. I took it in for a clunking and chirping noise. I wanted an extensive inspection of everything (checking my serpentine belt, axles, engine mounts, etc.), and they didn't do those things. They told me nothing was wrong and they couldn't recreate the noise. I asked when do parts need to be replaced and was told everything should be great, but rubber parts need to be replaced eventually, and that he could check the engine mount but he didn't recommend anything. I insisted that they replaced my serpentine belt and then he listed it as a recommendation, even though I had to ask for it. It didn't fix the issue, but it definitely needed to replaced. I ended up taking my car to Simmang's Automotive Service Center and it turns out my front right engine mount did need replacing... I wiill leave Firestone alone moving forward.

Went for a simple State Inspection. Employees were friendly, quick, and professional. 1st time at this location, but I will definitely return for future services.

Horrible customer service do not go here!!! We were there for about 20 minutes and we were ignored the whole time! There was a guy in reception and he was just on his phone the entire time. Once we got out to leave he told us it was going to be a few minutes this was the first time we were acknowledge. We ended up leaving going to another place where we were treated the right way with respect.

This location managed to find an answer to a check engine light which kept lighting up saying plugs and coils misfiring after all had been replaced. They removed every plug and coil checking each one. The original location, after taking it back times, failed to find a cause and lied about replacing a coil and clearing check engine light without solving the issue

The tech there useed a $20 part to cheack what was wrong with my car from over heating it told me that it was a fan issue but its still over heating. It seems that the techs there they don't know what there are doing. Don't recommend this place at all there going to rip you off.

oil leak test on day 1 stated one thing. oil leak test on day 2 stated a totally different thing and not included what day 1 said. Don't know how they did a proper test if they could not removed the skid plate with its stripped bolts as stated in day 1 test. was charged twice..had to complain to sales person

I took my car to get an alignment, and i asked them to leave the keys in the car and lock it from the inside. So i can drive it after work with my second key that wont start the car. Did they align my car. Nope. They tried to upsell me stuff. Telling me he cant align it. As if some simple barely bad suspension wont allow you to align it. and the bone headed mechanic made the executive decision to not do a thing. Whilst also leaving me stranded after 12 hours of work because he decided to not follow basic instructions. So not only is my car still not aligned ( which the car is chewing through brand new tires) but it also was parked infront of a big main street unaccounted for without my access.

The service team was able to fix my car the same day, they also checked for any other problems that were present. And after fixing my car they informed about the warranty that comes with the service!

Zechariah was extremely helpful and professional! I stopped in to get an estimate for a tune up and made an appointment for a Saturday morning. I was told that it would take approximately 2 hours and that I could wait for it. I returned for my appointment on Saturday, and my car was taken in about 5 minutes later. Zechariah assisted numerous customers while I waited for my car, and he was pleasant and professional with everyone that came in. My car was ready in a little over 2 hours, and runs much better now. Thanks Zechariah and Firestone for the excellent care we've received over the years!

My husband went in to get the ac checked and flushed. He had appointment at 9:30 and his car did not get checked til 1pm.Then after 1hr and a half it was ready. My car is running worse than what it was when we bought it in. It started stalling. Now it running hotter than it was when we bought it in. All they did was recommended a$2,000 kit to be installed. After they charged 427.00 for the dye check and flush. Now my car is worse. My husband and I will not return to Firestone. Evidently professionalism and great service is not what they practice. Just tell people they need other services when it was just done to take advantage of people. I listen to them tell other customers the same thing just to take advantage of them.

Will Never come back to this Firestone Again. I came for an Oil Change because I was way past due, guy at the counter told me it'll be about an hour or so and I said fine I could Wait. After about 30mins or less, he said my car was ready, which I thought was very quick for an oil change with other customers ahead of me. I went to my car and noticed the sticker for oil change was not Replaced with new sticker Like Usual so I checked my receipt in my email and They DIDN'T EVEN DO MY OIL CHANGE. Guy at the corner said he thought I was there for an Inspection, which I was NOT, I already had an inspection earlier that week at a Different Firestone near my Job. He made an attempt to try & say I was wrong when he realized I wasn't backing off when I knew my car was Over due for an oil change and I Already had an inspection at another Firestone which he knew was easy to prove. They ended up doing a so-called oil change which took another 1 and a half hours of my time then something told me to check my oil, come to find out, the was changed But Low. A guy came out and looked at the oil with me to check again, then he proceeded to say, " oh it's been changed" and to Top it off, the new sticker didn't have the Date of next oil change or next milage change on it, like it usually does and the guy at counter, tried to tell me that I was supposed to write in the new milage change oil change on the Sticker. NEVER IN THE YEARS I've been coming to Firestone have I Ever been told this in all the 20 years I've been coming to Firestone even when I lived in another State. I Left before things could Escalate. Also notice while I was waiting for those hours, that certain ethnicities of people get waited on FASTER than others. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After doing business for years with these guys. The day finally came when I had a run in with one of the workers when I needed a flat tire to be fixed. Simple questions like how much will it cost? How long will it take? Richard the person helping me, was very rude and blew up at me because I asked him if he was having a bad day. He yelled at me telling me he was not going to help me and demanded me to get out of his store and literally threw my car keys at me while he was l walking into the garage. I demanded to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager which he was not. An older gentle man came to assist me. And told me that I was going to need to replace the tire. Ok. I understand that. I drive to Austin every day and encounter a lot of construction on the way. Not only do I want some question answered but why do we buy warranties to cover the cost when they don’t want to honor them told to me by Richard. I understand Richard could have been irritated because of the heat. He was drenching in sweat walking in from the hot garage. But that does not give him the right to take it out on paying customers. I am a nurse practiononer and save lives everyday. I am very respectful and do not take it out on my patients when I am having a stressful day. I have not decided if I want to use their services any more because this is not the first time I have had a run in with Richard.
