The receptionist was able to fit me into their schedule the next day. Ken was super amazing and was able to help fix my car's needs in a timely manner. Everyone was attentive and knew what they were doing. Definitely recommend and will always be coming back here.

0 zero stars Asked if I could get air in tire it was flat Pulled to the side the man said As I getting out lady comes out ask me what I need. I told her air tries to tell me move because another car was pulling in a little bit so I can get air. Even asked if I could get help to get air everyone’s looking at me I Have a Firerstone card The hose is right there so I just start putting air in my tire cause nobody’s willing and I’m not in the best neighborhood. I’m not from this area so I just thought it was really zero stars human kindness goes a long ways this place flunks at that.

This location is horrible, I'm a Technician my self so i have to deal with the same kind of things they do. The woman hear give woman in the field a bad rep they are very unwelcoming, very rude, and soooo unprofessional, they couldn't wait to refuse my work vehicle service. They waited until I got their for the appointment I had scheduled to tell me my van was to heavy for them to lift and I was going to have to remove everything from out of it to get it serviced. Mind you I've been to this location for work before, even if it is a new rule you knew it was a work van and should notify someone of something like that being possible, seriously how many van have you served since this new rule came in and you didn't think you should start notifying people during scheduling. Don't worry though Midas got it, and I don't have to take everything out the van to get it serviced, ant that weird they know exactly what breaks were the issue just from what I told them on the phone.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend by getting him an oil change. I know that Firestone is his first choice for his vehicle. The reps were very helpful in helping me keep the oil change a surprise. Their customer service is also unmatched. I did also enjoy the fact that they provided top tier services at a speedy pace. They also let me know that his vehicle alignment was under warranty. I was able to get that done as well. Thank you Firestone.

I witnessed what I believe every manager should act like working with the public. He listened to the the customers coming in providing courteous in-depth responses and repeted them when necessary in order for the customer to feel confident in their decision(s). I also witnessed him coach the younger agents. I believe his name was Greg. It was quite impressive. My apology for responding earlier.

Took a 120k mile car for PPI. Received a thorough report which included recommendations. As someone who isn't very proficient with the cars I asked them to breakdown those recommendations and prioritize for me. Sam has done this very patiently, I really appreciate that. Furthermore I asked about a noise coming from the AC fan after the PPI, Ken has checked it in person and confirmed what was wrong. I don't see why I would prefer to be charged three times for a PPI in a different car shop. The only thing I suggest to be aware about is the part prices being more expensive compared to obtaining online or through an auto part store. But their labor quote seems just fine.

Friendly, efficient staff. Very busy! I’d suggest putting on decent movies like your Ikea store does as the wait time is long enough to watch a full movie 🎥 or more Lobby faces western sun so you can’t really see the tv screen whatever seating despite two west facing windows having shades, the entrance is where the sun positions to stream into the lobby. Haha Again gentle suggestion: Could use a bigger screen and good decent movies for the wait time ! Yet, The work and help behind the counter very nice women and gentleman helping people. Between answering phones ringing and all the walkins as well as those of us that had appointment I came in early to my 2 pm appointment by about thirty ish minutes It’s going on three pm Originally it was for a low pressure driver side front tire check To them thinking the two front are beginning to crack and should be replaced then rotated to back for better traction. I do really wish for the wait you could see and hear the screen and they played a decent movie. Thank you otherwise Firestone for the great congenial staff and hopefully mechanics actually doing the work on the vehicle. Jesus Christ loves you all Joy as we celebrate His being Alive John 3

I recently had a disappointing experience at Firestone. I scheduled an appointment for 10 AM and dropped off my vehicle an hour early, expecting timely service. I was told the alignment would take about an hour and the oil change an additional hour and a half. However, I was not informed about the actual wait time until I called two hours later to check on my vehicle's status. At that point, I learned there were other vehicles ahead of mine, which made my wait much longer than expected. This lack of communication regarding wait times was frustrating and made me question the purpose of having a scheduled appointment. Additionally, when I picked up my vehicle, there was no discussion about recommended services or any follow-up, which felt unprofessional. Overall, I was very unsatisfied with the service and will not be returning to this location in the future.

I started out stressed my battery completely died on me 6 blocks from home raining on Friday.l but this morning call Firestone on on Stockton Boulevard I got there and was greeted and made comfortable while they took care of my car I was woken up by the voice saying you're all done. Ken is amazing! So friendly. So knowledgeable. He's like that guy from the movie where he's super smart but doesn't look it... Not Forrest Gump. The other one... he watched Wheel of Fortune. RAIN MAN! He's like a shorter, and older, but cooler. He's hecka cool. Ken. I brought him Starbucks when I got my car. "Counting cards... Rain man drives the car!" Love it! Kudos to Ken!!

The service I received was exceptional. The team tried multiple times, and for many hours, to diagnose my power issue. They just didn't have the equipment. In the end, they cut my charge in 1/2 since they weren't able to fix it. That was unnecessary but appreciated.

The customer service was amazing but when it came down to service and pricing it's way over priced. Even for parts, it's 3 times what you can by them at auto zone. I understand they need to make money to but it was just shocking to me. I wouldn't send any family or friends here.

I was towed in because my brakes were locking up. They changed the brake pads and changed the fluid and did an oil change. How would any of those things fix locking brakes? It wouldn’t and I broke down again right after I picked it up.

Wanna feel attacked as soon as you step in the door? Want to see the service manager yell and belittle the other workers in the shop? Go here. Ask for Kristen, she will yell, talk to you like you're a criminal and make zero effort at customer service. Came in with a dead battery that was under warranty and already tested at another shop and deemed "bad". They had to run their own test (understandable) and said it would take an hour. After an hour and a half with no call I went back to the store. I was told the battery was fine and charging just fine. I explained that the issue was that the battery was not holding a charge. This is the point I was accused of lying in order to get a new battery. I asked if they could fully test the battery and she begrudgingly agreed and said it would take another 2 hours. ***they deemed the battery good and refused to honor a warranty WITHOUT doing a full test***

I am just beyond thankful right now. The service that I got today was literally over and beyond. I came in and needed a tire replaced on my rental car. Getting the tire approved by the rental company was a struggle. It was leading towards me having to wait until tomorrow to get the right tire delivered. I was so stressed because of the inconvenience of work and other things. I’m so appreciative because Misty and Javier did everything to get one delivered today. It was crunch time. Tire literally got delivered last minute and they made sure it got put on so I was able to drive off today! I really felt like they really cared and understood so I didn’t feel alone. At one moment I was so overwhelmed with stress I tried to hide it. They probably don’t even know in that moment how they helped me through that by just being genuinely there. Thank you both so so much! Life can be so overwhelming and rough at times. We never know what someone is going through. It small things like this. People like Misty and Javier and their acts of service that make it better. Thank you both again :)

Let me start with my wife who had been taking her Rav4 to Firestone for oil changes and front end alignment almost from the time it was purchased and nowhere else. We moved to the Sacramento area 5 years ago and she had taken the car to the Orchard loop location and had no problem. She went for the next oil change at orchard loop and the next day I noticed we had oil spots on the driveway. She took it back and from what she told me they were rude stated it wasn't leaking from the oil change but because the car was older it was coming from somewhere else. So since she really did not want to go back to them for the next service I suggested she try another location. She made a phone appointment at this location (Stockton Blvd) . We went at the date and time of our appointment. When we arrived I went and sat down in the waiting area and my wife went to check in. The first thing that happen after she said we had an appointment was that Ken Thrasher the managing partner asked what are you here for and when my wife said she had told the person which took the appointment information and shouldn't they have that information he was rude and instead of using good customer service and just stating that for some reason it didn't make it into the system he continued to talk to her gruffly at this point I went up to the counter. After getting past the appointment issue my wife tried to tell him about her experience at the Orchard loop location which he looked at the computer records and took whatever someone at a different location had put in the system as being truthful and we had to be wrong and that the Orchard loop location had out in the system they felt a dye test was required to determine where the leak was coming from which they would have charged extra for. He actually went as far as mansplaining the process of an oil change which I was probably performing oil changes when he was learning to talk. After going back and forth with him as his voice was rising and in turn mine I told my wife we were leaving and would not be using Firestone again. Mind you we were never asking for anything but for them to take another look and give their opinion. After leaving I said to my wife maybe the guy had something going on in his life and we just caught him on a bad day but after reading reviews from Google, Yelp and others it appears he has had these bad days on several occasions. If this is the case he is only hurting his business with bad customer service. As it turns out I decided to change the oil myself. The cause of the oil leak was the oil drain plug washer was missing which since this leak started after the oil change at Orchard loop someone either forgot or for some other reason left it off. Could this be a way for Firestone to increase profits? I have given my story. You take the information and decide for yourself. I just wish there was a way to make Firestone come and clean all the oil spots off my driveway. Maybe someone should report them to the Bureau of Automotive repair for bad business practices.
