I don’t like how many times I had to go back and forth with Marvin to use my road hazard warranty insurance through Silver Rock. He kept calling Silver Rock and saying that my tire was “losing air” instead of saying that there was a “puncture to the tire and since my car has 4 wheel drive I have to get all 4 tires replaced.” I hated that the other guy working there wouldn’t take “no” for an answer when I told him I didn’t want the alignment. I hated how long I had to wait and I hope I never have to go there again.

Ensured the proper work necessary was completed, and discussed the needed services in the future. The staff continued to show concern for my vehicle and not recommending unnecessary work. Its one of the reasons why I return.

Thank you Tim and Howard for taking care of both my cars back to back on my days off. It was worth driving and being in traffic. Thank you for overseeing and ensuring that all valves were closed and nothing was left behind under the hood after the repairs. I'm glad to have given Firestone another chance after the one in Moreno Valley messed up 3 times. Thank you Howard for listening to me complain and curse the other Firestone and for explaining how my super old ugly car is on it's last run but yet I can try and get a little more out of it until I buy a new car. Thank you for engaging with my 19 year old son and explaining to him and taking care of the car that he drives. He was very happy about the performance. Oh and I still find it cool how you identifed the chewed up wires on our other old ass car by just looking at a picture. Thank you Tim for encouraging me to get the life time alignment for my sons car. Thank you Howard for putting up with son and I as we argued about my messy/ dog fur filled car.

I needed my brakes fixed badly and in a hurry. I called first thing on a Sunday of all days and Tim took great care of me and my car. He saved me that day. Thanks so much!!’ Then when I went in to pay, Howard took care of me and he was super nice and professional. I will definitely be back and I will recommend this place to my friends and family. 100 stars ⭐️

Was supposed to refund me a month ago for service that did not meet the needs. The car still had to be towed off property as it broke down again in front of there building. I will be contacting the bureau of automotive. It was agreed upon a refund as you guys have a guarantee for everything or money back and such. I have yet to receive my money back! Do not go here.

Asme for lyft inspection, they wanted me to buy a set of new tires when the car, brand new, only has a little over 18k miles. The tires, hankook, installed at the factory, suppose to last 70k. The also made me wait unnecessarily. While the work on other vehicles, my suv just sat there uninspected. After an hour and a half I asked an attendant about my car and the manager got involved. Then he started to give me a story that the tires this and that and the other. So he tried to show me how did that the tires were damaged and also he blamed me for the tires supposedly being damaged. I immediately took the warranty book from Honda and it says that the dealership can help the owner of the vehicle deal with the warranty issue of the tires. So when I was trying to pay, the manager comes me a flyer supposedly giving me $100 off from my set of tires, super overpriced tires by the way. If you must know, I only considered Michelin tires. I will never put anything other than Michelin and I will not consider the mickey mouse tires this place carries.

Excellent! They helped me right before closing with looking at potential damage to the underside of my car’s body and my tires after I took my Prius off-roading in the Mojave Desert (Rainbow Basin and Opal Mountain, very remote areas with sand and big rock boulders with intervening stream beds). I was worried as the oil shield was hanging down and they took care of me with quick answers. Shoutout Danny was very helpful!

Tim the manager at Firestone okayed my purchase of a set of rims. They did not fit my vehicle. He had tires put on that voided my warranty/return. He offered to cover the 841 spent on wrong rims while strongly denying any accountability in this matter blaming Amazon for the failure...... (That's odd) ... He then would not honor a price match because he said he already gave me a deal. I wasn't there looking for a deal I was looking for a professional resolution regarding tires and rims. I did not find one at Firestone 4199 market ST Riverside CA Update : Tim refused to give me any contact information for his MGMT. He refused to put my original tires on the new rims and forcefully sold new ones to me. He did not credit me the 841 that he said he would. He then asked me to give him the rims that according to him he did not have any involvement in and did not compensate me for after saying he would.

Contrary to previous reviews Tim is an amazing person. He was helpful and honest. Howard was professional and courteous, even when I got a little frustrated with the process (sorry Howard🫣). The whole staff down to the technicians are amazing. Can’t forget to give Savanna a shot out as well. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.

I came to this location on saturday july 13, 2024. Because my a/c wasnt cooling, they told me the a/c motor had leaks and i needed to change the whole kit for $3,500. I took it to another mechanic and he told me it was just a hose that was leaking and he change it and everything started working, i been using it since monday and i havent had any problems. Only cost me $180 to fix. Dont get ripped off here!

I went in for a standard oil change this morning, and the manager Tim was very rude, unprofessional, & overall lacks customer service skills necessary for his position. He talks down to anyone who tries to state their knowledge about vehicle. He also tried overcharging me for a basic vehicle check (which is free!) After an hour, I overheard the staff being belittled in front of other customers and myself. The only silver lining was speaking to another associate Howard. He was very polite and helped me finalize my paperwork for my vehicle.

The guy at this shop was super rude and dismissive. I had an appointment for an Uber inspection and he acted as if he did not want the business. He said appointments don't guarantee service time. Would not recommend.

Tim's not nice. Take your business elsewhere. Called for a simple question and was cut off multiple times and was spoken to as if I was a bother. If you don't want customers then I'd say keep traveling down the path your on and you'll do just that. I'll pray for y'all to get on the right path.

The Riverside location I stopped into was really busy and they managed to squeeze me in the same day, I opted for an appointment a day later but was treated with the same care and proffesionalism the next day. Fast service. Great location.

The site manager Timothy Adams was very unprofessional and rude, not very business like or customer oriented at all. I say that because of my interaction with him personally and the customers I observed him speaking with while I was there. From the very start of my visit there while creating a work order to its conclusion. I paid for a vehicle inspection and was never notified or counseled by a Timothy regarding my front brake linings that I knew were worn to the point of needing replacement. Furthermore his handling of the conclusion my visit for service ended in such a way that I will NEVER recommend Firestone to any of my family or friends ESPECIALLY the Riverside location. I sincerely hope that my responses from this survey will be reviewed and acted on by someone more competent than Mr Adam’s. Sincerely your very unsatisfied customer.
