Joey was a pleasure to speak with, helping me set my appointment up over the phone, as well as price matching to ensure my business. Once there, the store managing partner, Elias, took great pride in addressing all my inquiries, making sure I left with no questions unanswered. The mechanic working on my vehicle was also extremely knowledgeable and pointed out a few things I was unaware of, which I appreciated. I walked into the lobby at 11:05am on Sunday. Nobody ever greeted me or came to the counter. I stood there 15 minutes because I need my car inspected but nobody ever came. I went outside and tried to make eye contact with the guy on the phone in the main shop area but he just ignored me. I had to drive to another firestone in Corona to get the job done.

Horrible customer service. Mechanic Marvin was extremely rude and rushing. Not wanting to explain what needed to be done to my mother’s car. I tried to upsell her on the work that was done and when she asked for further explanation did not want to explain and treated her as if she was stupid. This is not a way to gain customers or trust from your client. Will never ever come back this location. When my mother let them know, she will be sending a tow truck to get the car, the way they parked her car was ridiculous and careless!!

I came here for a vehicle inspection for my employer, and had a pretty positive experience. Joey was very helpful, and the mechanics were very honest about the work I needed done. Auto/tire shops are hit and miss, so I guess this was one of the hits! Five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Salesman didn’t know his own inventory of tires sold in the shop. But most importantly he told me they could not service tires over 3 years old because of California law. No such law exists.

Store reasonably clean and there was seats available in the waiting area. My car was ready on time. I did not check out the restroom to see if it was clean or not. The area is very sketchy with a lot of transients/homeless/un-housed (pick your favorite term), so you have to be careful if you venture outside of the store.

The manager was very friendly and approachable. He was trying to meet and exceed customers needs through every interaction. Did not pressure into selling or up charging but stated fact an allowed customers to make an educated decision based on the information provided.

We laughed, we chased a mouse in the office, talked cars, and my ride has fresh shoes. Best 90 minutes I've spent $1000 bucks for. Everyone from front office to the techs outside were welcoming and easy to talk to and work with, and they explained everything. Will be back.

I've been coming here for a few years and I'll keep coming back. They have the BEST customer service I've seen in any industry and I'm a tough critic. Friendly and professional is an understatement on how well they treat you. They always give me options on what service they recommend and can work with your budget. Their quality of work matches their customer service- highly recommend this Firestone location

Came in on a Sunday because my normal place was closed. Was having a squealing sound when driving. Paid $22 for a diagnosis plus $30 round trip home for an uber because they said they would need the car all day. At the end they couldn't find anything wrong and handed me a paper claiming everything looked ok...including my brakes. They said it was likely some debris on a belt that had since come off on its own. I continued to hear the noise randomly and brought my car somewhere else where I'm told the problem is the caliper sticking and my brakes needing to be REPLACED with the calipers as they were worn as well. ...DID YOU GUYS EVEN LOOK AT MY BRAKES?! Or just mark them off as good and charged me for doing NOTHING?! DO BETTER!!

I took my tire there to get patched and they said that my tire could not be patched. It was too close to the shoulder and they sold me a new tire. Come to find out when I got home. I looked it up and there is plenty of room to patch the tire, you guys are a rip off I will never ever ever go back to you guys again and I’m telling all my friends
