Manager is a power hungry and a rude individual . Wouldn’t recommend this place. Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time at this location. I was a returning customer and his attitude left a bad taste.

Efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend. I had a tire pressure issue on a cold wet day to start my travels. They found a nail in the tire, fixed it quickly and efficiently and got me on my way. Adam was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. He turned a headache into a no-big-deal. While I was waiting, I could tell they were juggling a lot of other repairs. They do a great job. I would return here if I needed service again in the area.

Guy with a great beard (Scott) helped my husband with a blown tire and fixing his alignment. He was really nice, and didn't act like my husband was beneath him. Price was reasonable, and the work was very fast. Thanks, beard bro!

I have used them before with good experiences (tire replacements), but I went in and just knew I had a bad alternator (based on what the vehicle was doing and what a nearby chain auto parts place told me) and asked for a replacement. Adam suggested they do another check and I agreed (although I didn't think it was entirely necessary). They did the check and found nothing wrong. Saved me a few hundred bucks on something that was not even needed. Grateful for the knowledge and honesty.

They are the worst place to go. I went to a flat tire and they want to change the 4 tires since it a fleet vehicle and wait for 3:30 hours. And staff are very rude

Adam and Sergio took great care of me. I didn’t have an appointment, but they helped me out anyway. I needed an inspection before heading from Raleigh to Philly and everywhere I turned the tech that handles that type of work had left for the day. I got on the phone with Adam and he made an exception for me. When I arrived the new battery hadn’t cleared the drive cycle so Sergio stayed later just to help me out. These gentlemen didn’t make me feel like a customer they made me feel like family and I’m thankful for all their help. Firestone please look out for my boys and give them everything! They need promotions, raise in pay, 3 months of PTO, and while you’re at it a Firestone commercial because they represent your Company well. If you’re in Raleigh come check my guys out they will do right by you I guarantee it!

Scott is my hero. Thank you Firestone Team for making a Lady feel safe & secure. All Ladies come 1 come All. I got my Oil change 1 day & 2 days later bought 4 new tires. 1 was free. Fairly priced! My jeep feels like NEW! REALLY rides better. Ms. Vee. PS. Sincerely safe.

This place is very unprofessional. Sat there waiting for over an hour plus and nobody said anything about my wait knowing I had an appointment. They don't care and it's overpriced!!

I live in Brier Creek, Raleigh, and I was referred by a friend to this shop. It took 25 minutes of driving each way, but it is totally worth it. I am very impressed by the team. The shop runs SUPER efficiently meanwhile crews are treating the people and work right. I got both inspection and alignment done today. Extremely satisfied.

They could get my car in, run diagnostics, contact my warranty company, order the part, and get it all done in a few hours. I was prepared to leave my car overnight and am thankful that I didn't need to.

Jessie and Tony were amazing Wednesday night with helping me get my flat fixed so I could get home. They did recommend getting a new tire for me I came back and got it done as well as my moms car and they got her all taken care of
