Timely, friendly, accommodating. I was in and out in less than two hours with an alignment, State Inspection and oil change. I had made the appointment for alignment only, I asked to add the inspection and oil change. Was not a problem.

Overall this is the best location to get your mechanic and car work done at at a Firestone in Wake County. A few minor dissatisfactions this time around did not put air in my tires when I ask them to but otherwise service was great. The building could use an upgrade. The waiting room is in need of updating and could look a little nicer.

Had a 10 am appointment for oil change, alignment and get TPMS sensors replaced. Arrived 15 prior to appointment time and my vehicle didn’t get pulled into a bay until 4:05 pm. Scott was nice, but I noticed a worker leave a bay to put air in it the vehicle of someone who pulled up. Piss poor. Very unhappy with the service I experienced at this location. It should not take 7 hours especially if the customer had an appointment 🤯🤯

Waited in the lobby for 4 hours and my car was never brought back to be looked at. I had an appointment at 8 am, waited till 12 and my car hadn't moved. When I approached the desk I was told "I'm sorry for the miscommunication but you need to drop off your car". When I booked the appointment I clicked the "wait in store" option and told them I would be waiting at the front desk when I arrived. I expected it to take most of the day but I didn't expect it to not be looked at/even thought about for 4 hours. The lobby is clearly seen by the front desk attendants and they knew I was sitting there.

If you are looking for very nice staff but grossly incompetent work this place is for you. I had a nail in my tire and booked an appointment for a replacement. I waited for 3 hours for them to replace one single tire with an appointment. This was not a walk in. The staff was very nice and booking my appointment was not difficult. The waiting area was also fine to go ahead and get some work done while waiting. The staff were very pleasant and nice. They finally finished with my tire and I was on my way. The following day my car presented with a warning on my dash about my all wheel drive, clearly an issue with the work that was just done to it. So I called and brought the vehicle back. Well they put THE WRONG SIZE TIRE ON. So after waiting 3 hours the day before they completely botched the job and put my safety at risk with their mistake. They did go ahead and swiftly replace the tire AGAIN with the correct size (I hope). Unfortunately, my time was wasted and safety put at risk. So I do not recommend this location at all nor would I return to any Firestone location. One incompetent technician really caused damage to the reputation of this location.

Joshua was GREAT!!! He got us in and out as fast as possible which allowed my nephew to get on the road back to GA at a reasonable time. I will definitely recommend working with this shop and Joshua to my friends and family.

This Firestone Location is the best of the best! Every time I have an unexpected fix for my car, they have been there at the last minute to help. Yesterday, 30 minutes before the shop was closing on a Saturday, I called with a flat tire and they fit me in. Amazing!! I also have both of our family cars maintenance and other services done at this Firestone location and have always felt the service was excellent. All the technicians and managers work together to create a small shop culture with 5 star service. I will remain a loyal customer.Thank you to everyone at your shop!

I was a walk-in with a nail in my tire and they were extra busy but Scott treated me like I was the only customer there, got me in and out and was so professional and friendly even while answering phones and being pulled in 10 different directions. Even though this location is a little bit further from my house than a different Firestone, I would come back here in a heartbeat. Customer service is a rare thing but this store has it figured out! I am grateful and appreciate the professional care and service I received.

Is there a way to give 0 stars? The place is a disaster, don't waste your time there. I made an online appointment in advance. The online system requested details of my car's issue. I provided them. The system then followed up to confirm my appointment was all set. The following day, I brought my car in 10 minutes in advance of the appointment, as instructed. Two hours later, they tell me the machine needed to test my car's problem wasn't working and suggested going to another location without any regard for my time. Yet, they had the details of what the problem was for my car. It's a weekday, I have a job. Complete waste of time, and lack of any real contrition or concern by staff. Abysmal.

Scott and the other manager (?) were refreshingly friendly and explained the necessary repairs clearly while being sensitive to the fact that, yes, the repair bill was high. I knew they were extremely busy when I dropped off the car and told them it would be fine to finish the work the following day, but they managed to have the car ready that same day anyway. Highly impressive!

The following review saddens me to have to write. We had been faithful customers since 1988. Over the past few years, the service seems to have gone downhill, and today was just the icing on the cake. We dropped the car on June 27 due to a starting issue. We were going to be out of town until July 5th, and would leave the car. They DID diagnose the issue, but never called us with a status or price while we were gone. When we got back, they told us they were just getting to it to see what the issue was. They told us they were going to need to replace the entire steering column because an ignition switch part was discontinued by Jeep/Chrysler. Finally, after a couple of phone calls and a physical visit on Wednesday July 10, I paid them for a diagnostic fee. On July 11, I had the car towed to another shop around 12:00. At 4:45 this afternoon, the other shop called me with an amount for repair, and told me the car was ready to be picked up. I had been using Firestone on Wake Forest since 1988. The service had been adequate and professional. Recently, the servicE has gone down hill. I also find it difficult to believe they can’t procure readily available parts. (sorry Paul is gone. He was what kept us coming back)

Tried to get my tire patched, said the nail was too close to the wall, even though it was in the middle of the tread. Tried to sell me a tire for close to 400$, went somewhere else and got my tire patched, will not be going back.

Went in to have brakes replaced. Wanted all rotors and pads done. Guy calls me an hour later and says $565… no problem! Get to the shop that evening to pick it up… $1000!! I explain that’s not what I was quoted… ended up getting the break down of the bill… he claimed he hit a wrong button (as he historically laughed about how funny his error was) and the “real” bill was $610. THIS WAS ONLY THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS! … the job was not done as requested, prices are outrageous… I can only imagine the people who are scared to speak up! Bill is very confusing how things are labeled as well. This store didn’t make a “mistake”… they are taking advantage of people and hoping you don’t speak up then robbing you! I will be sharing the copy of my bill and reporting them to the BBB!

Wanted to schedule an alignment. Alignments on my truck take about 30 minutes due to the ease of adjustment and maybe 10 minutes to set up heads if the tech is slow. You are only adjusting the front two tires. (Ran my own shop for years and was an alignment tech prior.) They called and said they could not do the appointment an hour from closing even though it is an option on the website for that time. Their reason is it's an hour before close and alignments take about an hour to do. Seems like that works to me, especially since I know it takes less time to do it. While they are friendly, their work ethic seems to be lacking. Not entirely sure I would trust this shop after that. At our shop, we would take people in until we close the doors, not funnel people away an hour before close.
