I stopped by, because my tire pressure was very low due to cold temperatures. I'd stopped at a few places to put air in my tires, but the air machines weren't working. So, I went to Firestone. They were kind enough to put air in my tires for me. Just before I left, I remembered that I needed a state inspection. They managed to squeeze my state inspection in relatively quickly. I always have great service at this location. I've been a customer for a few years now. I recommend them to everyone.

Johnny went above and beyond to take me in right before closing due to a front lightbulb on my car that went out. Right before coming to firestone I went to Jiffy Lube and they were unable to change my front light on my Hyundai. I called Firestone because they were still open and Johnny said he would be able to help even though the techs went home for the night. I appreciate the customer service I was given. I have a CDL and dont want points on my liscense for a blown headlight. I got home safe, thanks to Johnny and Firestone.

Don’t bring your car to this location as the technicians do not have the experience will tear up your car and then we will not want to address the problem and then, if you file a claim Firestone will deny a $8,769.89 I had to get a use Engine on a basic oil change don’t want anyone else to experience this

I had routine services performed at this store. They were quick and hassle free. Decent prices, ample parking, easy to get in and out. Comfortable waiting area and friendly employees. Oh and a perfect alignment done on my Lexus.

Okay so this is completely a good and terrible review all in one as it involves two vehicles. I took my car in several months ago, they an exceptional job, I had tires, oil, brakes, and a couple of other things done. They did great with mine, and couldn’t thank them enough. Now the bad and why they get two stars. I recommended my wife we should take her care here to have an inspection done for brakes. Took all day and didn’t think it was ever going to get completed, got it back to find out there is no oil showing on the dip stick, the air filter and hoses were so lose I don’t even see how they stayed in the car. Multiple clips holding the air filter hoses were missing in including the ones that hold the front grill. I hope this is all the damage they caused, although will never never never recommend or return to this location. And for the most part, obviously if you’re a female please have a guy friend or husband take vehicle here if you have no other choice or you may end up walking.

This is a review I hate to write as I really like the people at this location and everyone has been genuinely kind when I have been there, but this situation has burned me on ever going back. About a year back I took my car to get my rear brakes re-done here $1000 down and all seemed well except when driving to durham on the highway and my brakes completely seized burned up and caused me to nearly crash. I had thought oh no something must have gone horribly wrong so I limped it to the nearest firestone thinking they would take care of it, no another $1000 down to fix this shops job. I went back here to see if they could fix this huge issue and possibly refund me for at least one of the jobs not asking for anything more. They said they had to reach out to their regional manager and it would all be taken care of, well we are now a year later and nothing ever came of it. All this to say I think the people here are genuinely good, but their handling of this situation has burned me from ever coming back or recommending this location to anyone.

Front Desk was nice and communicative. However, the mechanics have terrible communication with front desk. I went in today for an oil change appointment that ended up taking over 3 hours due to the lack of communication from the back. My car was sitting in the parking lot for over 40 min, which was a complete waste of my time. The only reason for the stars is because of how apologetic and helpful the front desk team were. If you have absolutely nothing to do than this shop is fine.

I'm a regular at this Firestone. I'm always given great customer service and honest feedback about my vehicle. Johnny, Don and the entire team are always very helpful and easy to work with.

I was very impressed with how swiftly the team here was able to schedule my tire installation same day and have me out in 2 hours towards the end of the day! Very prompt, professional and courteous team! I do believe that the facility’s waiting area and bathroom should be a bit cleaner. Aside from that, I have no complaints! Thanks so much guys!

When I entered the establishment I was greeted by Amanda who assisted me with scheduling my alignment, where I could leave it and pick it up later. When I returned I was assisted by Dorian, who also gave me outstanding service and also asked me if I understood all the recommendations that were given to me by Amanda on my vehicle. They were both, very respectful of my time, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional during my entire visit. It's service like this, that keep customers coming back, time after time. Absolutely great and Amazing customer service. Johnny the service manager was great . If you don’t know you know now!!! For all your car care service. Friendly staff. The team also kept me in the know while my vehicle was being serviced. Very comfortable lobby. Coffe was also available . Very professional , and more than anything, they definitely care about there customers and it shows.

I called after an off road accident asking specifically if they were able fixed the car based on damage. They assured me they’d fixed 3 of the same issues same week. I even asked when I arrived and the tow truck driver had concerns for them to JUST look at the car to see if it were okay to leave. Two days later I get a call telling me they can’t touch it. These people are liars and do not care anything about wasting your time with a replay of, “that sucks” to my concerns. Don’t trust your car with these sloppy people.

I can honestly say that this Firestone is one of the best Firestones I’ve been too. The service from leadership down is exceptional. I always feel taken care of whenever I take my care to this location. Tommy and his team always make sure I’m aware of everything that needs to get done in the order in needs to get done and they never leave feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. I drive from Tennessee here to get work done on my car because I trust this team!

I went tocthis Firestone about a month ago for headlight bulbs. I was given the price and had to wait before I could go back .We'll I went back today I had an 8am appointment. After two hours of waiting I had to go back to counter to ask what was going on with my car. The lady asked me did I have an appointment. She acted like she didn't know what i was talking about. I said yes it was 8am this morning. Now mind you this is now 10am. Customers who came in after me we leaving before me. I was getting frustrated and ready to leave but I knew I needed my headlight bulbs changed. The guy finally came over an explained about the bulbs I needed for my car were coming from capital blvd. I finally got my vehicle after 12pm. I don't think I will be going back there. If someone had just come to me before I had to ask I would not be so frustrated. Overall thank you for replacing my headlight bulbs.

Wanted to share how professional Donavan was. I am a nurse of 30 years and customer service is huge for me. He handled all calls and client walk ins with ease. Very professional and kind ti all of the clients he interacted with. With today's age, most young people lack patience and professionalism., I was very impressed with this young man's ability to do so. Great asset to your company
