I can't Jemery was amazing seriously I brought my F150 in due to battery issues and I had no idea how I was going to fix the issue and he talked to me about the fire stone credit card and my first thought was I wouldn't be approved but he reassured me and more so brought up some sernerioas to make me take the chance and to my amazement i was approved so truck is fixed and I'm back on the road. I will come back again and will gladly let my family and friends know honest and affordable my visit was today.. Thank you, Jeremy Cluster

I stopped in Thursday evening, and I was able to get a tire appointment for the next day. This was perfect since I needed to make a long drive on Saturday. The work was done efficiently (under 2 hours), and I was able to eat next door at Olive Garden while waiting. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Last Friday I bought 4 tires, got an alignment and fixed my back breaks they said the fronts look good and they still had some wear left. Cool Today the tire pressure light is on? I called Firestone and was told it was because of the cold weather? I have driven in lots of cold weather and the tire pressure light only comes on when a tire is losing air? Do that wasn't good but what's horrible is on my way home the breaks went completely out. I mean step on the break and nothing it goes all the way to the floor. My brand new breaks. Firestone doesn't have a tow truck so I just paid $50 to have it towed back to Firestone. Oh and I cancelled all my appointments I'll let ya know how they handle this. They were so nice when they were selling tires

They are terrible even if you have the oem part for the dealers they still want to rip you off and order the same thing!! Don’t go here very disappointed

Mike was great, got me in before my trip, and went over the tires I wanted. Very customer service oriented. I'd give it a 10, but the upsell of road hazard/alignment was annoying (not from Mike, from corporate Firestone).

I brought my car in the other day for a severe coolant leak that was leaking onto my engine and then burning up causing my engine to start smoking. Michael at the front desk said he would be able to get me in and get the issue fixed within only a couple hours even without an appointment. A few years ago I switched to firestone from taking my car to pep boys or dealerships because they didn't seem as honest about car repairs and they seemed to be more expensive. Firestone seems to be the most honest car repair shop I have worked with and also they are not too pricey. Also, the convenience of being able to walk in appointments and get my car back the same day give them big bonus points. Most of the times i have taken my car into the westnedge avenue firestone shop I have had the privilege to work with Michael. He always tells me exactly what the issues are and is super honest. He has even taken me into the actual shop to give me a visual on the issues which I appreciate. Give him a raise!

I had an appointment for an oil change at 5:30pm, got there 10mins before... I had the car back at 7:14 pm!!! PLUS they did not put the sticker or restart the mileage.

I took my mother's car there for a routine oil change, to which was done, but the representative asked if I wanted to apply for a card to save some money off the charges, and I thought he meant awards card, not a credit card. So it ran my information for a credit card, and as I was completing the information, and asked for my income, I said wait I didn't want a credit card, he says that once it comes in the mail I can cancel the credit card. Comes to find out, my credit score dropped, now. I did get a discount for the oil change, but now I have to wait for the credit card to arrive in order to cancel the account, thanks for having my credit score dropped, I have been working hard to get my credit score in normal range, now it's dropped. Very disappointing!!

This is a great Firestone store! The Managers (especially Mike) are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. The service team does a great job. Scheduling is quick, easy, and typically available when needed. Very happy to work with them.

Was given an estimate, over the phone of $1,000 for all four sets of pads, 4 rotors and the back calipers to be changed. When I got there, they set the price at $1,179. I agreed to the price, because I needed them asap. A local shop in town quoted $800, but couldn't get it in until next Wednesday. I paid the bill and went to the car to discover all they changed were the backs. Didn't even touch the fronts. Not happy, will never go back and will discourage others from getting work done here. Pay almost double to get half the work agreed to is super shady on their part. I told the guy exactly what I wanted done twice and he agreed to that work twice. They fixed the back brakes, but that wasn't what we agreed on. Unsatisfied and not happy at all.

We had a tire issue on our drive home on 94 from the Detroit area to Chicago. We needed an immediate fix, and your store had my tire size in stock and you were able to change it same day, so my family could get home safetly!!!! Thank you to Jeremy, the store employee who helped us out!
