I was speaking with an associate about purchasing 4 tires face to face. He stops our conversation and starts a whole quote on the phone. Meanwhile another customer pulls up and talks to the mechanics in the garage and receive help immediately. The jack his car up in the road not even in the bay. When asked why. Because I questioned the behavior I was told or maybe threatened. “Oh see how far them questions and complaints get you” I am afraid to drive down the road now. Pray for me.

Great fast service! Both dropping off and picking up my vehicle was quick and easy. The techs were very informative and courteous. They worked with me to determine exactly what my vehicle needed and priced accordingly. I highly recommend them.

This tire shop is the absolute worst place to take your vehicles to. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM. My car wasn’t taken in by 4 o’clock and still they said it was going to be an hour and a half wait I refuse to return to this location, my advice to anybody looking to get their car fixed take it elsewhere.

The Indian School Rd.'s team has consistently delivered quality care each time I've had my car serviced at their location; they are knowledgable and efficient in their work. I recently needed work done for my car's shocks and struts, and the service manager, Tommy, didn't hesitate to price match services and maintained a reliable, open line of communication throughout the whole process. The attentive work and professionalism provided at this location are highly appreciated!

DO NOT BRING YOU'RE VEHICLE HERE. I came for an alignment because my wheels were wearing out too quickly. I had the vehicle serviced here, and as soon as I left the auto shop, I felt the car shifting side to side. I mentioned this to them,that the car was significantly worse after having it serviced here. They started with some excuses that made no sense. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAULTY WORK.

I called Firestone a few weeks ago to schedule an inspection for a car I had just bought. Juan, along with two other gentlemen, was incredibly helpful and great. Yesterday, my license plate arrived in the mail, and I had no idea how to put it on. They told me to come in and they would help me when I called. Although they didn't have to, they assisted me. They have my sincere gratitude. You've got a new and loyal customer. Continue providing excellent customer service and kindness.

Last 5 visits these guys screw something up. Can’t fix a leak on a tire they sold me and don’t even offer a replacement tire. And DO NOT GET ALIGNMENT here. You’ll see.

They fixed the AC of my car in less than the time communicated and the service is great. I loved the communication and service 20/10 meaning the greatest. Don't know what they are doing, they lost my keys and gave me someone else's key. Took them like 15 min to find my car keys and my car was not locked. Had to go to a different shop to get my car fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I brought my truck in for a simple diagnostics test the manager said it would take an hour and a half... It wasn't ready till 4 hours later and I had to call them they couldn't even call me to let me know. This place is terrible

Juan was very helpful from that initial phone call. Very commutative with what was going on with my vehicle, and the crew had my vehicle ready for me at the time I was told it would be ready. Trusting any mechanic shop isn't easy, but this shop is giving me hope. I usually go to a Firestone ear my home in Mesa, but glad my car troubles were near this Firestone.

Took my car in for a tpsm light, they said they fixed it after 2 1/2 hours. The next day for work it pops back up. Went to see them again and this time they said it normal and to keep an eye on the tire pressure??? Front desk guy was cool but the work they claim to do is not appropriate for any business. If I could give ZERO stars I would!
