Out of all the Firestone locations I have visited, this location (Cave Creek) has been my favorite. I will make the drive just for this location. Everyone at the front desk is so nice and helpful with any car problems I have.

This place is the best. They have been able to fix every issue that has come up with my jeep. They are always on time with their eta of when the job will be complete. Always stay within the amount quoted.

Service from Ms. Nichol was amazing I called a few places trying to get an oil change & she informed me they had a special going on . Went shortly before they closed cause this was last minute . She let me know what I would need to change in the future . Answered the questions that I had for her & overall awesome friendly service im super happy ! Being that I’m new here , will be coming back for all my oil changes! Shout out to the mechanic too lol can’t forget him !

This store has always given me good service and they update you on what is being done and how soon your vehicle will be ready. They also give you an estimate before beginning the work.

Get a second opinion on their recommendations. I got my alternator fixed recently and they recommended changing two other things: All tires and spark plug. I got a second opinion on those from other service center and there was nothing wrong with them.

My wife and I have been doing business with Firestone, at this same location, for years. We have always found the personnel at this location to be supportive, informative and realistic in making suggestions for our preventive maintenance routine. We would feel comfortable sending any of our friends and associates to this location for their vehicle service.

I had just purchased my car and needed a top notch company to take care of my tire needs. I chose Firestone since the company has been around for many years and has a great reputation for customer service. The manager is extremely friendly and helpful when you're spending thousands of dollars on tires but when you return a few months later with those 80,000 mile Bridgestone tires bald on the front questioning why you have no tread left after only 15000 miles, things are a little different. Apparently she remembered my car, and the problem was caused by issues with my suspension that were not brought to my attention, and the staggered tire set up of my car. None of these causes were to include the fact they did not do the alignment I requested to be done when the tires were installed. I would have expected a top company such as Firestone to have put more priority into making sure their customer was driving away safely. I guess as long as they're selling tires, they are pleased with themselves. Network Alignment here I come! Update: I would like to thank the Firestone company for reaching out, stepping up and resolving the issues at hand. Firestone is still a top notch company and will definitely still be getting my business, just not at this location!

Nicole customer service outstanding she went out of her way and beyond to help me. Had a pre-purchase vehicle they did a throughout inspection. Very reliable service I'd recommend d to anyone buying an used vehicle they are awesome.

Nicole was very kind, nice and informative to the issues that my car had. Wish the price was a little cheaper! But overall, great experience and fast service. I had a horrible experience at Firestone 7th and Union Hills prior to coming to Nicole's Firestone. But then Firestone at Cave Creek Rd and Cactus remedied the situation. Thanks Nicole and crew! Your Firestone is the only one I will visit from now on.

This place used to be my go to place when Luis was the manager. The new store manager Nicole, is passive aggressive and abrasive, especially on the phone. Took my car there several times to get a very loud clunking noises fixed and they always said nothing was wrong with it, recently had to get a part fixed which they originally replaced and was under warranty, I was told to drop it off the day after calling and when I did, I was told they would not be able to take care of this service today by the manager Nicole and would have to wait a week, no accommodation or apology for their mistakes in scheduling. The communication isn't great. Once I did get the car in, no one ever called to tell me the car was fixed, I go in to pick it up and I was expected to pay 160 FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, again a fee no one called to tell me about or was explained by the manager when I dropped off the car. I will give it to Angel he’s always been very respectful and cool, but this place has been getting worse and worse . You looking for a good garage, Greulich has been amazing, fixed the clunking noise, super communicative and straight forward. Not to mention polite when speaking to you.

Cool people. Kept it 100 w/ me about what needed replaced before wasting time on an alignment. Even showed me exactly where the part was & how it was bad. I’m definitely coming back here for my alignments in the future.

I’ve been to this location a few times and have always had great service from Nichol and Angel. I had to bring my vehicle in today because I had a nail in my tire. They were able to take me as a walk- in and I had my car back in a few hours. They were able to repair my tire and I was back on the road with no problems. Thank you Firestone for taking care of my car.

Visiting from colorado springs and we had a screw in our tire. They were very patient since my family were deaf. They took care of the screw fast and we were out in 15 minutes. Very much recommend coming to this tireshop.

I had trailer tires delivered to this shop, which I called about a week and a half ahead of time to make sure they could install them and they said “YES”. Pulled my 37 1/2 foot trailer through town for them to install the trailer tires and they told me they could not install them because they didn’t have a floor Jack larger than 1-ton. What a joke that a tire shop like this one doesn’t have the capability to change an RV tire. Giant waste of my time! Good thing I didn’t have the bed of my truck full of stuff because I obviously had to put the tires in the back of my truck to take them somewhere else. Now I’m at DISCOUNT TIRE. DISCOUNT TIRE is installing my trailer tires right now as I’m writing this review.

We have both of our vehicles serviced here, (2000 S-10 Chev P/U & 2006 Ford Taurus). Being older vehicles maintenance/repair is required. This facility has earned our complete trust and confidence that repairs are completed timely and accurately. The staff are personable, professional and care. We highly recommend them!
