I took my car there a year ago and didn’t have a great experience, but I was in a hurry recently, so I stopped by to get my car fixed. My car was actually done faster than what they originally quoted me. Come to find out they are under new management. I will definitely come back now.

I felt the dishonesty and shadiness through this location with their actions. With Anthony there I experienced major unprofessionalism, especially with him flirting with the other manager. Unfortunately with the loss of a previous manager, it was probably one of the worst decisions they made

Our car had a warning about low coolant level. We came to Firestore where Steve is the store manager. He went above and beyond to check our car personally to get to understand what is going on. Steve helped us fill up the coolant free of charge and advised us to take the car to the dealership for further checkup as the job which Steven thinks would be much more complicated that his team can manage (it's European car). Steve is very patient, honest and helpful and tell us what the car should be troubleshooted next. We really appreciate him and the store. we would recommend this store to anyone who needs mechanic help on all kinds of topics.

Staff members Anthony and Steve were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Services were completed in a very acceptable time frame. Have been using this location for my automotive needs for a good while. And I will continue. Highly recommended

We travel to Phoenix often and on 2 recent trips we've needed assistance for our vehicle. Because of our long history of being a Firestone Customer this location has been our go to location for this car care. The entire staff of professionals, Stephen, Dominique, Anthony and Jai have been above all courteous, kind and professional in servicing our needs in an emergency!! They explain what is needed in an understandable and informed manner , and service the car in a most timely manner to get us back on the road. We would highly recommend this service center for all your car care needs!!

They didn't have the avaliable parts we needed and we were from the opposite side of the valley but their service was fast, polite, and did whatever they could to help us when we broke down in their parking lot

I do have to agree with some of the reviews. In the past this place hasn’t given me the best service but I kept coming back because the location was convenient. Today I came in and was pleased to learn they have a new manager. Lead trainers and technicians coincidentally here training the staff when I brought my car in. I feel confident this place is turning around.

We came here last minute for a tire change and Amanda was so helpful! She knew about the sizes and deals and even gave us a fuel additive! She was super kind and we got a warranty on the tire!! This place is also super clean and well maintained!

Ken Howard was not a customer and his review is out of context. He was at a stop sign when a technician was crossing the parking lot and accelerated and proceeded to beep when up close to him. He then comes back around and causes a scene. The road would be safer with less drivers like him around. Police have been notified with your license plate.

These guys are just nasty people.. Rude, Dismissive, ANGRY and Aggressive, They will accept ZERO Responsibility for Anything.. Everything is someone else's fault. If you question them, they will quickly and aggressively lash out at you.. There staff will Flip You off in their own shop..

Beware. Not sure if these guys know what they’re doing at all.. took my vehicle in for just an alignment with an appointment and it took him 3 1/2 hours when I got my truck back my steering wheel was completely off not straight at all. My truck is pulling to the right even worse save your money and the headache go somewhere else. And from all the reviews I’ve read the customer service is trash. Super rude and they do not give a ceap about you at all!

Do yourself a favor and when I say do not bring your car here, don’t. I have been going to Firestone for four years this exact location and same with my family and friends. I drove all the way from midtown to ahwatukee bc I was a loyal customer. The other day I had a car oil scheduled and I and I requested it done by 5 because I had an appointment. I drop my car off and after a few hours It hits 5:30 and I didn’t hear back so I called to ask if there was an ETA. At this point it was gonna be closing time and I didn’t care because I was willing to wait till closing. This man then proceeds to tell me that they didn’t work on my car because unexpected things occurred but what’s frustrating is that you could have told me that WAYYY earlier so I could have just come and got my car and not have missed my appointment. I had to call and follow up regarding something that should have communicated. Basically they didn’t work on my car and when I came to pick it up this man was not sorry. I told him I had to Uber and back to get my car and I just wasted my money. No one was sorry and he said the manager would reach out and THEY NEVER DID. Not only did I waste my hard worked money ubering back and forth thinking my car is actually being worked on and the no remorse or actual care. I WILL be posting my experience on all social media platforms and other people will also be posting reviews for this business on tik tok and other social media platforms. Considering you guys already have 2 stars, you should really re think your customer service .

I honestly wish I read the reviews before trusting this place with my car. This is your warning sign from me. Do not bring your car here. This place is a waste of time. Not only did they hold my car here for hours and made me Uber from midtown, they didn’t do a single thing on it the entire time. Not my first time here and I will not be returning.

Kevin and Porter just may my day! We had gone to Iconic Tires where we had really bad service wth our new tires. The tire light stayed on and Iconic said we need to replace the TPMS on my tires. Kevin and Porter just reset for free!!! They definitely will get my business!!

I brought in my car right before closing and they were super understanding and helpful. They were able to patch my tire and were super quick about it. I would highly recommend this shop!

My truck suspension was clanking and felt like something was loose. I stopped in to have a tech check it out. Porter and his tech Jerry were awesome! They found that a nut on my sway bar link was loose. They could have been like other shops and told me something was broken just to sell me parts and more labor but they operate with honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend going here.

The worst experience time & time again. This place was pretty close to me so I decided to give it a try. I should’ve stopped going after the first incident. I’ve wasted so much money on their lack of communication, inconsistency, and incompetence. If zero stars were possible I would give them that. They don’t take accountability for anything so good luck if they screw you up and making something else wrong while your cars there, look at the reviews seems to be a reoccurring issue.

14 Year Military Veteran treated horribly! Worst place ever to bring your vehicle!!!!Brought my sons car in for a wheel balance and alignment due to vibrations at higher speeds. They performed the wheel alignment and balance, and it still does the same thing! Test drove and returned it to them. After 2 hours more, they said the results are inconclusive and they could not locate the problem. Argued with them that I want my money back because the service was not performed correctly and it did not resolve anything. They did not make this right at all, not even a partial refund! They would even refund me the 10% Veterans discount as displayed in their store! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AS THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE AS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT RETURN! SERVICE MANAGER PORTER WAKEFIELD DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO SPEAK TO ME IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE! HE LIED AND TOLD CORPORATE HE REACHED OUT. FALSE!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!!!

2018 Chevy Malibu in shop for 4 tires gentlemen both in office and shop were awesome and very professional He gave me a two hour ETA and had my car done in 45 minutes and understood what I was therefore didn’t try to get any extra money out of my pocket or tried to say There was something wrong with my car like other vendors. I will come back to purchase again

Called in inquiring about some tires for my kids car, Porter told me he could them in for me within an hour so me and my son headed over there and in no time they had the tires removed and replaced technician even cleaned out the dirt from the inner part of the wheel for a better balance , I appreciate it and will definitely be coming back in the future for maintenance and repairs .

Told me I had a major leak that was nonexistent. If power steering fluid was leaking a lot the reservoir would be empty. It was nearly full and is still full several days and hundreds of miles later.
