Has wrong Hours on there website, closed Early, and refused to patch a tire, made every excuse not to help. Do not recommend. Stay away.

Called to confirm a appointment. Seems shop does not want to ,ork on older cars.i was told they will call me back but no call back. Their word is garbage so how can you trust them with your vehicle. Shop is never busy

I had lefted a bad review. but i take it back they got there right few mins before my appointment. Even doe they didn't open at 7 my appointment was at 8. It was a misunderstanding They took me right away and called after to apologize again. So I really appreciate Firestone. Been going there for awhile. Was my first time experience on that. But they are good people there. Good service. Just was a little misunderstanding. 👍🙏

I had originally scheduled an appointment for Sunday for a new blinker. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up, and I thought they were closed since no one was there and missed my appointment (the opener called in sick). Jeff contacted me immediately the next day to apologize and was able to a schedule something for me within the week. Their customer service was great and I definitely recommend this place!

2nd time I am in that location and staff are not cooperative and plus rude 1st time I thought may be misunderstood but this time was for tires change he told 2 hours will take I was waiting there but when more then 2 hours I asked and say still can take long time or can take my vehicle and what is wait more then 2 hours ?

I had an amazing experience working with Jeffrey. My oil change was done very well. Also, informed me of the tread on my tires being 4’s all around & a bubble on my driver side tire. On top of that, he answered all the questions I had… I am very impressed with the level of service from Jeffrey!

This operation is a scam. I brought my Honda Civic in for new brakes, grinding rotors, and drums. The car's shimmying and poor braking seemed to get worse after their service, so I took the car to a Honda dealership to have them inspect it. The Honda service people told me that the old pads were still on the car, and it looked like the brake pads, rotors and drums had not been touched. Firestone charged me $400 for their 'service,' but didn't do anything. Not only is the frustrating, but it was dangerous for me, as my supposedly 'new' brakes could have failed at any time.

I needed an alignment done on my car. I purchased the Lifetime Alignment for a very reasonable price, and have been thrilled with it. Within 2 weeks, I accidentally hit a curb pretty badly. I called and they had availability very quickly to get me back in. They performed the alignment again very quickly, and the best part is it was already paid for. They have been extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

They are always so thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the first time I have found a place that i feel comfortable brining my truck back to since i have moved to Arizona. and it's been 23 years now. Just love these guys they are honest i was going to have a battery put in, and they put a tire on for me as well, they called my up said you're all set, and we tested the battery and you don't need on yet and showed me the test results, and it was still running at like 90% so that saved me over 229 bucks. Best firestone i have ever been too!
