Great service and excellent care. Have an EV, and tires are hard to find in stock. They had it, and Carlos even answered the phone after hours to take of us while we were on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. Definitely giving them repeat business.

I would give negative stars if I could I was in today, Thursday, September 19 around 3 PM and I almost had a walk behind the counter to get my keys because Daryl Sander the manager of the store looked right past me while I was in line and helped the other three people behind me… What a piece of work that guy is I can’t believe the discrimination and customer service is still this present I would run far away from this place if you

I needed new tires so I stopped at Firestone from the moment I walked in I felt welcome.Daryl was professional, knowledgeable , and patient. I was able to witness this the way he handled the customer before me and also how he dealt with me. He greets everyone as they walk in and is quick with the computer system. I recommend this location to anyone needed car maintenance. The entire staff at this location are friendly and helpful.

Do not use this company. Horrible, horrible customer service. Two different occasions I have called the number associated with the store, made an appointment, showed up and was told that they do not have the appointment on the books despite me getting a confirmation email. No attempts to help the situation were made. Just a shrug of the shoulders and sorry. Beyond frustrating.

I brought my car for an OIL CHANGE AND ALIGNMENT. My backup camera was working when I dropped it off. They parked it facing forward when they were “done”. When I left and noticed my back up camera wasn’t working and they were closed of course. I called and someone told me to bring it in at 1pm. I came in and they are saying they can’t fix the camera and they “didn’t” mess with the camera. It was working when I dropped it off so how does that make sense ? Tim Murray is unprofessional as hell. When speaking to a rep from customer service they asked who I had spoke with and when I asked his name he ignored me ? All I was trying to do was get assistance and answering the questions I was being asked so this issue can be resolved. Do not bring your vehicle here even if you’ve had a few good experiences.

Really frustrating service here. I made an appointment because my AC was having some issues and hoped a coolant fluid exchange might fix the problem. When I got my car back, there was no air. When I went back inside, they resorted to saying things like, "You never mentioned anything about an AC problem," "you didn't say that" instead of immediately helping me find a solution. At this point it doesn't matter who said what, I was a frustrated customer who just wanted my car fixed. The blame game they used on me was completely unprofessional. Their demeanor was very off-putting and lacked any empathy for customer concerns. They seemed annoyed that I was upset my car still wasn't fixed and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I would never come here again due to their very immature behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. This place does not deserve your time or money.

Called the local number to set appointment. When I showed up no appointment was scheduled. Told that’s because I called the 800 number and the schedules do not match. This location was argumentative and was told it’s not their fault it’s the miscommunication with the call center. How is a consumer to know if an appointment is correct or not.

I understand dropping in last minute is inconvenient! I didn’t plan to get a nail in my tire! Saw the grumpy man with a bad ponytail ask him politely that I need help with a nail in my tire his response was drop it off and pick up on Saturday! Today is Thursday I responded I live 45min away will you be able to take me home and drop me off he looked at me ! With the am crazy look at 5:25pm but he helped another person that said thank you for helping me I just dropped in no Appointment!! For being a national account with lease plan bad service good luck getting service with Firestone on Osborne and third Avenue
