Firestone is a complete fraud and scam of a company. The bustleton location did “repairs” on my car that has left my wheels completely misaligned and my car wobbling and unrepaired. My car was driving just fine before taking my car there. I have repeatedly called Firestone’s corporate number and have been given the runaround. Promises of phone calls from regional and divisional managers that have not happened. The store manager Jason is incredibly rude and did not assist at all in resolving the error made by his technicians. He just told me he would not “give me any money back” when 1. I was speaking with representative John, and 2. I was not asking for money back! I just wanted my car fixed! But now due to the horrible service I received from not only the store but from the lack of response from the corporate I now want my money back so I can go to a reputable mechanic to get my car fixed. Do not go to the Firestone on bustleton Ave. they are incompetent and will take your money without actually fixing your car.

not good staff when they explain they say a different price and when you have to pay a different price and the tires are very expensive I will not go there again and I do not recommend it to anyone

First time being here.They were able to get me in just in time before the snowstorm. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Made an appointment at 12,.and they took me in right away. Got done a little after 1pm. Overall I like it because it was near my house and not too many shops open on Sunday.

Took my 2008 mustang gt in for an alignment and though all measurements are within acceptable limits, the car does not drive straight, steering wheel about 60 degrees off center to go straight. Ive had this issue many times with this location and on another vehicle—my 2013 mercedes e-class. Neither car has had a single satisfactory service

Tried to bring 2 different cars on 2 different occasions and the appointments ended the same...... NOBODY confirmed appointment on day of service like the email said they would. They obviously don't need my business...OR YOURS!!!! * If you can't manage appointments, what kind of work do they do ??

Made an appointment for 1pm for an oil change, came in and they told me it’ll be a couple of hours, as there are people ahead of me. Told them I made an appointment, they said “yea to drop it off”.

Came up from Virginia for the weekend and my brakes felt strange. Took my car in on a Saturday and had it all done in a few hours!! Excellent job!

I had gone to a previous Firestone location to get my AC checked and fixed, they couldn’t and referred me to an electrician. So I decided to check out this Firestone location to get a second eyes. Turns out the technician here is a guru and fixed my AC by adjusting the wiring going to the compressor! Great job by the Firestone team and technicians. I got my oil changed, AC fixed and car running new again!

Your Bustleton Ave service specialist, John Bates, was the epitome of service professionalism and expertise. He explained in detail what the problem was and the technician (Ignacio) did a great job in servicing my vehicle. Jason and the rest of the team are top notch. I’ll continue to take all my family’s cars to the Bustleton Ave center for service.

Absolute shameless scam artists. Quoted me $1025 to diagnose and replace four spark plugs and coils. I'm not a car person, so I called a friend before having anything done, and he fortunately told me that this was 2-3 times the fair price. I also realized that they were being very misleading about what actually needed to be done and were refusing to give me a clear breakdown of the cost of parts vs. labor for the job. They thought they had me over a barrel because they were one of the few shops open on a Saturday, and I needed to leave Sunday. Fortunately, my plans were flexible enough to change and take my car to a more reputable shop, where I got it done (diagnostic, labor, and parts) all for $360 - just barely more than a third of what these asswipes wanted to charge me. You should all feel absolutely ashamed trying to take advantage of people like this.

One of the best experiences I have had with Firestone! I needed tires , oil change and alignment . I spoke to Jason on the phone he said no problem stop up , I made an appointment for 9am, I brought my lap top as with other locations I always had to wait long. As soon as I walked in Jason checked me in and took my keys right back to his tech who took my car right in! It was very busy with walk ins but everything seemed well organized with the wait times being told to customers. 2 hours later I was done and shocked how fast! Tires are great! Car runs smooth! Thank you Jason and staff!

I went in for a road test because of a noise in my tires. Forty five minutes later I find my car on a lift, later they tell me I need $2,000 dollars worth of repairs. Dirty oil just had oil changed one month ago, engine gasket, shock absorbers, engine pan gasket, front hub. I just had car inspected three weeks ago by a reputable mechanic I been going to for twenty years. They also asked if I had a wheel lock I said yes I would get it the manager said if we need it I will come and get you, when I got my car back everything was totally gone through with out asking.

Worst place ever!!! Don’t go there they have the worst customer service, mechanics etc. They fixed my tires and when I was driving the tire flew off I called them when this happened and they were so nasty and and believe me till I showed them the video. I went there to explain and they were so rude didn’t even feel bad or sorry for what they did. On top of all that they told me they need to investigate and after they did all that they still were nasty knowing it was their fault they fixed the damage and told me never to return!!! Don’t go there they don’t know what they are doing!!!

I am disappointed and will not come back here again, I came and made an appointment to change the oil in the car! When I returned on the appointed day and time, I was told to wait 3 hours, I have a question, why did I make an appointment 🤦🏻‍♂️ tell your mechanics that it takes a maximum of 30 minutes to change the oil, and not wait 3 long hours! do not recommend

John was a great service advisor and told me all that would be done with no surprises. Very friendly and courteous. My son is in San Diego and I’ve already told him to use Firestone if the need arises for his vehicles.
