I saw a $30 off oil change coupon online and called this location to ask for the oil change price. The representative told me that oil change costs $70-$80. I asked about the coupon and was told that with coupon, it will be around $50. But, when I took my car to the store, I learned that the full synthetic oil change costs $160! The synthetic blend oil change costs $87, and with $10 coupon, I will have to pay $77! They are running a completely dishonest business and I will not go to Firestone for anything again! Edit 1//24/25: I contacted Firestone about this at socialcare@bfrc.com as suggested in the reply below from owner, but it was not helpful and a waste of time as they just don't understand how wrong it is to give customers incorrect information over the phone.

Dropped off the car at 7am and had the vehicle worked on and back at my house by 11am. Problem solved at a reasonable price. Friendly people at the shop.

On my latest visit: When I called them in the afternoon they were able to take me that day for a battery replacement. Took care of my car and did the replacement under warranty. Always friendly and glad to see me. Previous visits: They did everything I asked for. The repairs and service were done quickly and expertly. They diagnosed my break problem and gave me options. Fortunately my brother can replace my brakes for free so I just ordered those online but when we had a bad caliper, Firestone handled that in it's usual professional manner. Got a flat on my way home from Thanksgiving dinner. Took it to Firestone without an appointment but they were able to fit me in that day. Told me the tire was unrepairable and the other front tire was almost bald. Both diagnosis I had made myself before taking the car there so they weren't trying to oversell me. They did recommend I get a front wheel alignment which from the wear pattern on my tires I could tell I also needed. The price was right in line where I expected it and the Firestone card gives me 6 months to pay without interest

The worst customer service. I came with an appointment and they wanted to make me wait for almost 2 more hours. The truth is, it's not the wait, it's the way the gentleman said it, which was racist. The truth is, the last time I came and a lady treated me very well and the service was perfect, but they put one of those people who can talk the way they talk because of their color. Well, I don't recommend them if that gentleman is there. El peor servicio al cliente un bine con una cita y me querian hacer esperar por casi 2 horas mas . la verdad no es la espera es la forma que el senor lo desia estulo racista la verdad la ves pasada bine y una senora me yrato muy bien y el servicio perfecto pero ponen uno de esos que por el color pueden hablar de la forma que hlablan bueno no les recomiendo si esta el senor ese .

We called the Firestone on Elgin in Philly while we were en route. We needed to get a new tire due to an incident that happened on the road while traveling to Philadelphia. Michael was absolutely amazing! From the phone call to set up an appointment that afternoon to the exceptional customer service provided once we arrived … you can tell he really enjoys the work and cares for his customers. He explained everything thoroughly and was a great help to my daughter & I as we experienced unexpected car trouble on our road trip. He even recommended a place we could go grab something to eat while the vehicle was being worked on. Our car was serviced within 2 hours which was mind blowing for us. I would highly recommend this Firestone location

Do not take your car here, I took it to them for a coolant leak and they was all about hey drop it off type stuff and after they found out I had a after market warranty that was gonna pay the bill, they got weird, saod I had engine problems n other issues they couldn't figure out and diagnosis.. if I was paying cash- they would of fixed my damn radiator... poor way to run a business.... why even say you taoe warranty of you really don't wanna deal wit the headache of the warranty people...

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I scheduled an appointment to change two tires a day in advance and was told to come at 10 AM, with the assurance that it would be done by 12 PM. However, when I arrived, I was informed that it would take a couple of hours to replace the tires. I told the employee with the mustache that I needed a time estimate because I had to go to work, as he had promised me over the phone. He suggested I come back the next day at 9 AM to ensure it would be done by noon. When I returned at 9 AM, my car wasn't ready until 1:30 PM! I was late for work, and I wasted two days dealing with this shop. To make matters worse, I was charged $75 for valve replacements that I didn’t request or consent to. They didn’t inform me about this charge beforehand, so I was caught off guard. When I questioned it, they said, “Oh, we replace this for everyone.” How can they make changes without my permission? I had to pay an extra $75 for something I didn't agree to! In contrast, at other shops, I’ve had tires replaced on time for my appointments. I could wait one or two hours for two tires, but four and a half hours is ridiculous! This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. Rude people too. I would strongly advise against using this shop, as they clearly cannot be relied upon to honor their commitments or communicate properly.

My car broke down on the highway at 6:00 in the afternoon. I had it towed to a shop, and when I got there one mechanic was so rude and dismissive. The other one, victor literally stayed for an hour after his shift to fix my car, and didn’t try to swindle me. Highly recommend this place! Especially for the girlies who have no idea what their car needs, and aren’t trying to lose 3 grand bc their dad isn’t there. Victor is great, def would come back to this place!!!

It was so easy to contact them after hours with an online chat and get a quote for what I needed. Then they booked my appointment for me. I just had to show up. I barely made it through a chapter and they were pulling my car around, finished. Their prices were competitive, too. I will be back for future maintenance on my car for sure.

They claim a "10 minute oil change". I've been sitting here with just one other person waiting 40 minutes untill they finally started. Left an hour after my scheduled appointment. Cheap but take your money elsewhere. Disappointed

They were extremely rude. They yelled at me. They rolled their eyes at me. They got extremely impatient with me showing concerned about when my car was done. They told me it would be done on a Thursday. I went on a Thursday called on a Thursday wasn’t done they said it’ll be done on Friday and Friday wasn’t done on on a Monday. He said it would be done by 12 and waited around all day. Still wasn’t done finally called up. I had trouble with the gear changers which I didn’t have prior to going in and they blamed it on something else’ I said they didn’t mention that to me in the summary of all the things that they had to fix I spent damn $3000 and I had horrible customer service. I highly do not like him in this fire stone.

I took my cars here twice. The second time was this past Monday. I had the same problem with the same receptionist. He kept saying to me and my sister to drop the car off and leave, like he was brushing us off. We decided to sit and wait because I was waiting for my other car to get there. After my first car was finished, the receptionist suggested that I needed new tires,but I had just had my tires checked the previous day. He got mad and slammed my paperwork down and started being rude. He didn't treat the other customers in the lobby like that. He was prejudiced against my sister and me because we we black. That was the second time experiencing horrible service from him. Don't patronize this establishment please. We have to make a change and stand up to racism in 2024!!

Car was fixed right the first time; I appreciated the honesty in being told there was a bit of a wait. I got a ride home and car was done in a couple of hours. I appreciate that Mike always tries to give me the best deal. Always get road hazard on your tires! I feel well taken care of there.
