This store serviced my previous vehicle, stayed open so they could fix the issue, then when I bought a new vehicle n received notices to have something on my vehicle serviced based on Chyrslers calendar but spoke to the manager at the location he informed me of exactly what needed to be done and exactly what the cost would be. I go to no other location, these gentlemen are worth the drive.

I paid $200 for the unlimited alignment and I have had to return it several times. Yesterday I took it again and they supposedly gave me photos that it was fine and when I drove it it was still the same. I am tired of their bad service and today I brought it to another place and in fact they did nothing to it. It is misaligned. It is not worth paying $200 if they are not going to do a good job.

My wife and I were Christmas shopping on Black Friday when I felt my break peddle loose as I was driving on the highway. I drove in to the Firestone in Pasadena Tx to see if they can look at the break system for me. After an inspection, they came in and told me my caliper, break pads and roter were bad. " Your break pad bottomed out and my caliper has been digging in to your roter, that's why you're leaking break fluid ". They came up with an estimate for the repair and came up with over 1200 dollars. I refused their service and went to a family mechanic shop, were they serviced my vehicle. He ( family mechanic shop) inspected my vehicle and told me it was just a leaking break line. Our truck is up and running after the break line was replaced . Note the break line was only 40$ . I called the Firestone in Pasadena Tx and notified them about their false findings and all they can do is apologize for what seems like common practice. I give them a big 0 out 10!!!!

This is my most trusted location. No matter where I move in the large city of Houston I come for service at the Pasadena, Tx location. They are honest and fair. I was once charged $1500 for a fluid pump, I was completely cheated. Karma, that location is closed!

No one is perfect, which is the only reason I didn’t score this a 10. Staff is always very professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. One of the best, if not the best, car service I have ever experienced. Gold Star ⭐️!

While I was having a panic attack and crying after driving on nothing but a rim, they were very kind and very helpful. They drove me to pick up a tire they did not have, and they put the tire on for me and didn't charge me for it when they should have. They were very calm and patient with me. I would HIGHLY recommend going here. Thank you so much!!!!!!!! Absolutely amazing service.

I was in and out in less than 2 hours even with all the services I had completed. The staff was friendly and not condescending, which is rare even in this day and age. I have been coming to this location for years with several different vehicles and I will continue to make this MY repair location in the future!!

Absolutely amazing! Exceeded my expectations all 4 times I had to visit them in literally 10 days. Such great service (they have an overnight key drop box) and I would advise everyone to get tire insurance from them! Saved me so much! Special shout out to Nick!!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but their service and mechanics did not meet the minimal standards for customer care. How theynachieved a 4.3 rating is beyond my comprehension. The reason they didn't get one star was that i didn't have to find an associate upon entering. I explained that my vehicle needed an alignment, a brake inspection , and a look at some of the engine and stability control codes in the vehicle. To pull the codes, the shop wanted $120.00, something that Autozone does for free. For about an hour, my car was on rack for inspection. The mechanics maybe looked it over for about 15 minutes before it was transferred to the alignment machine. The car stayed there for an extra 1.5 hours. All that was done was an alignment check. When i got the car back, the car still had a rubbing and grinding noise when i pulled out from the parking lot. This shop was non communicative during the entire process and obviously didn't care about customers time nor their satisfaction. Never again.

They pulled my vehicle right in excellent service so far the staff is extremely nice this is the best experience at firestone that I've had on 3/13/24 I was at the firestone in Baytown Texas awful experience I don't advise anyone to go to firestone in Baytown on Garth road this will be my new place to bring my vehicle

I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst decision ever to have my car worked on at this place. I had to take it back twice because they did not properly replace my parts. And it's STILL NOT FIXED, my engine is now smoking, but I'm not taking it back because they obviously don't have anybody who knows what they're doing. There also wasn't any sense of accountability or proper customer service. They also tried to "accidentally" over charge me. Screw this place, DO NOT come here.

The employees were friendly and professional. They explained what all I needed done to my truck. I wasn't pressured to have all of the needed things completed that day. I was also given an estimate on the tires that I need.
