Service is usually good and they do a detailed job; however, in 3 instances they took the appointment but still made me wait over 1.5hrs.

I am always satisfied with Firestone Complete Auto Care. I have used them for all my auto services and I have never been disappointed. The staff is courteous and the work is great.I feel confident my car is in great hands when I'm with Firestone.

Made an appointment by phone for 2pm. Arrived at 1:50 pm and then waited one hour and 35 minutes for an oil/filter change at a cost of $135.00. I will look elsewhere for my next automobile oil service.

Rodney was really nice and helpful. Service was done in a timely manner and I am pleased with the Firestone I used. They did overfill my tire after removing the nail but my son in law corrected that.

Would give zero stars if I could. We made an appointment yesterday for 9 AM this morning. I dropped the car off at 9 o’clock in the morning to have an oil change only and said I’d be back by noon to pick it up and arrive at 12:20 PM and they never even did the car. I asked and no one had a clue why it wasn’t completed?! Update: after the manager reached out to us and explained that we could bring our vehicle back in and they would make things right. After the fact, my wife’s vehicle was taken care of and this update. Is it addendum to make things right as well.

Brought in my car that’s got a serious issue with the brakes. The right front brake is not working and the car pulls HARD left under braking because of it. I went to replace the caliper and brake line myself and discovered NO brake fluid in the caliper, the line, or the hard line. Immediately recognizing this was more than I could handle, I brought it to Firestone. This location gave me a call a day later and told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes. There’s a totally inoperable caliper with no fluid in it and they told me there’s nothing wrong, presumably because they didn’t have the skill to diagnose it. If this car was returned to a regular person with little to no car knowledge, it would ENDANGER THEIR LIFE. This shop is happy to endanger your life and LIE TO YOUR FACE. Avoid at all costs.

I got my oil changed and inspection today. Paul helped me out. He was very helpful in explaining the details of the inspection. I will be returning to get the rest of my car serviced. Not to mention it didn’t take too long.

Love this Firestone! They’ve been servicing my cars for YEARS and I’ve never had any issues. The prices are a little pricier but the service and parts have a longer warranty. Plus you really can’t beat the service. Ask for Paul he’s the manager there great honest guy!

Rude service. Don’t know too much about cars so I asked to change my battery and how much that would cost and the first the the guy on the phone said was “well that’s a loaded question how am I supposed to answer that”

I am so grateful for people who still truly care about people and also care about doing their job well. I brought my car to this Firestone to have all four of my wheels balanced. The guys were having issues getting my wheels off due to some stubborn lug nuts and a flimsy rim key. One of their representatives, Paul, went ABOVE and BEYOND to find a solution for the problems we were facing. I just want to express my utmost respect for this gentleman, and thank the entire shop for taking care of my vehicle while it was in their possession. I definitely recommend this Firestone location. The 2 Pauls at this Firestone are fantastic. Timely with great communication and notified me of an issue with my wheels and found a solution to have me avoid paying potentially thousands of dollars. Highly recommend!!
