I have a crew cab long bed pickup, and while out of town in Loveland, CO bought a lifetime wheel alignment. I figured if they could do a wheel alignment in Loveland, CO, they should be able to do it in Omaha, NE. Well, I called EVERY Firestone and Tires Plus store in the Omaha metro area, and visited two of the stores to have them try to do a wheel alignment for me, and I only found one person, Mark, the manager at the Hillsborough location, that was able to help me, and really showed some interest in trying to get my truck aligned. The tech at the Hillsborough location was able to get the alignment done with no issues. I'll be sure to go to that store again, even though it's twice as far as the Firestone I normally go to.

I had a wonderful experience with this store and its workers. Travis and Logan were extremely helpful and made sure I knew what was going on and what my car needed at this time. This is not the first time I have used this store and will continue to do in the future.

Left my car unlocked in the parking lot all day. My car was finished with service around 11:30am, I picked it up around 6:30pm and all 4 doors were unlocked. Extremely irresponsible and disappointing.

Your manager is a very considerate man. He remembered that I am allergic to latex so he came out to me for everything. They do great work and keep their schedule.P

People were courteous from the call asking if the car could be looked at all the way to pick up after completion of services. I would definitely recommend this location to others as it was to us. The car was also repaired in less time than quoted and the repair was done correctly. Really appreciated the gentlemen that took care of us ona holiday week.

I've been using Firestone for virtually all of our car care needs (Tires, brakes, suspension, alignment, oil changes, fans, filters, etc.) for almost 14 years. We've had consistently great service in numerous locations in several parts of the US. The service is outstanding, the prices are fair, and the work is always excellent!

Travis is great to work with in the office. Very professional and possesses expertise in advising his clients. Also, Jacob usually takes care of my truck. He is excellent in diagnosing and making the necessary repairs. Love taking my truck to this Firestone store.

Employees are really there to take care of your car and make their best to resolve your car's issue. Besides Employees are friendly and ready to answer your questions to your concerns. Facility is clean and coffee available. I highly recommend This location.

I brought my car in to have a couple of flat tires repaired after being turned away from another local shop. They got me in on short notice and had both tires repaired in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for service.

Took some older wheels and stuck drums off of a classic car I’m restoring in to their shop, and after ordering the new tires for me and installing them, they called to tell me they couldn’t balance them because they didn’t have an adapter to do so. They didn’t adjust the bill to cover not having balanced the tires and now I have to take them somewhere else to pay to have this done. Baxter Ford also easily removed the old brake drums from the bearing shaft for me with their press, a 10 minute task that Firestone wouldn’t even look at and actually waited until after I had ordered the new tires from them to tell me no. They seemed to go out of their way to just get the tire sale and screw me over on everything else I needed help with. Would’ve been happy to give my money for the tires to Baxter instead and would recommend everyone to do the same.

Firestone has got you covered on tires, brakes, suspension problems, and more. The team is knowledgeable, reliable, and communicates with you about needs your vehicle may have. They'll let you know their recommendations, and pricing is standard across the board. It's better than a dealership, but it's more expensive than if you do it yourself. But hey, you're paying for the tools, knowhow, and a premium.

I had a flat tire. On a Saturday. Dropped of the tire. They got it done quickly though they looked very busy. Put it back on for me at no charge. Put the spare back.

The staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable about different vehicles and problems. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They worked really hard to fit me into their schedule too. I also felt the pricing was very reasonable, and I like that they explained everything they were going to do.

The staff were fabulous. While having to buy tires is not something you want to do, but have to do, the two staff members who helped me made it as enjoyable as possible. They didn't try to upsell me or sell me something I didn't need. They made sure I understood what I was getting and had me in and out of there in no time. I greatly appreciated it as it was stressful having to deal with a flat tire on top of bald tires as well as having the great expense of all new tires.

This Firestone store consistently services my vehicles (2) reliably. They offer free inspections which I presume generate some additional income, however, they also provide the comfort that those items have been looked at. I've never felt pressured by up-sell tactics. Highly recommend.

Travis and James were amazing. They let me know exactly what my vehicle needed and were not pushy at all. It's very important to have a mechanic/shop you can trust. Called to get a quote on price of service. The manager, Travis refused to give the quote without first coming in and paying for a diagnostic. The repair was a very specifc ask. He talked down to a potential customer for an expensive repair and told me to take it to a dealership. Hung up on me after a very short and abrupt conversation.

I brought my cargo van on three separate occasions because of a bad engine. And after each fix, they kept telling me the problem was something else. I ended up paying $1400 for new spark plugs and ignitions coils and the engine still wasn't working properly. I decided to go to another mechanic and they found that the spark plugs weren't even tightened properly. The new mechanic I went to also took care of the root of the problem for much, much cheaper than Firestone would've charged.

We were in town for the day and hit something that put a hole in our tire. It was about 2:30 on a Friday. We stopped at Firestone and they not only got the tire fixed, but called when it was done and said if we got there before close, they would put the repaired tire back on for us. Matt and his team went above and beyond our expectations. Our day went off without much interruption and that was due to the guys at Firestone.
