They did replace my brake pads two days ago. After two days I have the same issue happen again that I faced before.I don’t understand why I see the same sign that I saw it before brake pads replacement.I don’t like their service at all.I don’t trust their service anymore. This is very serious issue if my brake pads not working perfectly,that’s the reason I did the replacement as soon as possible. I’m not happy with this service anymore.Now I have to go to other place to check the issue and solve the issue. I just waste my money here. I’m very very disappointed with this service.

Dual and the team at this location are top notch !!! Some of the experiences I have had over the years at other locations were very bad and I had lost all trust in Firestone but then I met Dual his leadership and customer service are above all others even compared to competitors that I have been in .

Brake inspection, @ 51,000 miles. They said don't need service yet. Fast and friendly! Inspection Cost was very reasonable $9.99.

I've taken my car here multiple times due to issues highly recommend this location they're very professional. Just this morning I called to get a quick little diagnosis with the information I had they referred me to a different location because they couldn't solve the problem Austin was great appreciate you all so much!

New tires and windshield wiper blades. Dual and Matt were excellent to deal with, they understood my needs and were very knowledgeable. I put my trust in them and was not disappointed. Highly recommend.

I needed to have a tire replaced and the process was easy. I experienced professional behavior from virtually all representatives and the service was fast and respectful. I also was kept up to date with each step of the process and was never questioning what was currently happening. The only frustration was being able to book an appointment online, but then being bumped to another day because the service could not be completed in the timeframe reserved. Of course, that is not the fault of the representatives though.

I limped into Firestone on a flat tire at 5:35. I discovered it after leaving work, even drove to 7-11 to get my tire aired up so I could formulate a plan. $3 later the air machine didn't work, the staff let me know they were informed about this earlier but neglected to put a sign up. they will let the manager know its broken (so 5 other people can lose their money too). I showed up and obviously I was pissed, but Dual fit me in and changed my spare for me. the next day I got a call and I could pick up my tire. $20 bucks. what a deal the moral of this story is that corporate should protect Dual at all costs because he runs that place well, other customers that came in all had an experience like me and were spending way more money than me. I'm a customer for life so long as they take care of their clients like Dual does.

It’s Hard enough to go into get your car service unexpected. Today I had 2 kids under 2 and the lady in the front made this the best experience waiting for a couple of hours. She gave us grace and patience and had a book and coloring materials for my almost 2 year old. She also let me borrow her personal phone charger 🩷. Thank you!

They gave me an instant quote on the phone, completed all repairs earlier than scheduled (front shocks and struts replacement, break and power steering fluid flush), found an A/C issue which I had forgotten to mention - asked and received permission to fix. May 2024. Pleased with this shop and will check with it next time auto repair is needed for my cars. Thank you.

Stranded in another state, Dual with Firestone did what no other tire company in Oklahoma could and I called everyone. He got my tires and put me back on the road home same day. I couldn't be more appreciative. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you. I highly recommend, Superb customer service.

We had 4 brakes changed here about a year ago. At the time, I thought it was odd that the (supposedly new) rear brake drums were rusty but assumed that Firestone would use only new, quality equipment. After showing my brother (a mechanic) the brakes, he said we had definitely been given used brakes. Needless to say, I am upset we were ripped off by a company we thought was reputable in addition to paying full price for used brakes. I hope this review helps others be aware of what to look for when going to this shop. 6/1/24 update I emailed the company on 5/15/24 and have yet to hear back from them.

We have been a long time customer of this Firestone and will continue with them for years to come. Cheap and effective car maintenance and a name we trust without the worry of them attempting to sell us unnecessary addons. They always have coupons and go above and beyond to make sure we are getting the best price.

First, they were very accommodating when I had to reschedule at the last minute. Second, they got me in on time. Third, when I asked to check out something that another tire place said was a problem Firestone said there was nothing wrong and I didn't need to do anything. This place and its employees are great.

They were very helpful. I had suggested what the automotive problem was and they took me seriously. During the repairs a separate part was damaged; they were honest and quickly ordered and replaced it at no charge to me. The prices are fair, slightly on the high side, but still appropriate. It's worth the cost knowing they're doing a good job.
