Went here for an alignment. Got told it can’t be performed because of my ball joints. But they already processed my payment. So I had to wait for a refund. 3-5 business days. Talk with the store manager showed him that the return was taken back out of my account. Was told he’d talk with accounting and see what’s going on. Gave him my contact info. Waited about a week, no contact or update. So I stoped in and left in for again. For no contact again so here’s my review.

Called and asked for a tpms sensor installed and Christine said yes following sat went to see her and Pete help me and said no they can not install an outside sensor ...my question is where did they get theirs (outside) went to hibdons where I bought the new tires. They said sure they would do it. I don't recommend Firestone in mwc at all

I've been here about four times trying to get a front end alignment, every time I do they come up with some $2,000 worth of repairs that are needed. The first time I took them seriously and I took it to a family friend to get it fixed just to find out that I spent a bunch of money on parts that I don't need. The second time I guess they thought I was a stupid girl because they named one part that I apparently needed to be fixed that doesn't even exist, I should have gotten a printout of everything that they said because it was ridiculous. I wouldn't be upset except it takes them 2 hours just for them to tell me that they can't do the alignment and is a huge waste of time. Will not be going again, save yourself the time.

I've been coming to Firestone since the late 90s. In those days the customer service was Superior. I've been here 3 times now in the past month for 2 different vehicles. Each time there is a major customer service issue. The 1st issue was my daughter's vehicle. She made an appointment with me on the phone because Stillwater Firestone couldn't get her in. Christina set her an appointment and we arrived on time. We got a call a few hours later stating they couldn't get her in it would be by the end of the next day. I called back and spoke with a manager the next morning. He was so very rude and stated she didn't have an appointment she was a walk in ridiculous. We are the liars because y'all are behind. I told him I needed that car by 12 because my daughter was already late for a wedding on Texas. 2nd instance, I came in after calling before I came and was told they found get me in as a walk in, got there and was told the other employee lied, the guy did get me complete by the end of the night, however 2 new tires on the rear and you inflate the tire pressure to 38 on 1 and 39 on the other. That's what it showed when I started it up. I knew that was wrong. The very next day I called and the guy stated they inflate as you drive however I had not driven that night. I explained the amount of pressure put in vs the what the car stated it should be. I explained to him my car said 33 he said then our machine must be broken. Absolutely ridiculous. Today I am here to get an oil change and the guys while attitude is very short very rude consistently telling me to leave the car not understanding I'm here as a walk in. The guy has no real customer service at all. When I called him out on it he stated I was being accusatory. I asked the guy to just check me in. I'm not sure the standards in which Firestone expects from it's service department, but they actually lack professionalism and customer service...

The overall experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care (FS) was great. Service Techs and Management Staff are all professional and polite. The quality of work is dependable and the work center stand behind their work. Of course, I would recommend FS to friends and family. You need preventive maintenance on your vehicles and FS has it all in a decent amount of time.

Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, fit me in without an appointment to get my truck aligned oil change and tire rotation. Called me a little later I had a bent tie rod, I gave approval to replace and they still got everything done by early afternoon. 10 of 10

The Firestone Complete Auto Care on 29th has always had good greeters and gave good advice. This trip was just a oil change and tire rotation. The person at the counter saved me about $20 by recommending a full synthetic oil change that was on special vs a normal mixed. I thank him for that.

Y'all's customer service is trash, and the fact I had to wait three days for tires to be replaced is crazy and unprofessional. I'll never shop with Firestone again in life!! It costed me so much time and money it makes no sense. I should've went to Hibbdon🗣️🗣️

Worst place. Do not take your car there. They will never warranty their work and always try and make an apt that is weeks out. Save your self the time and money and go to a diff place. And the store manager is literally a real sour person !

I had to have my alignment redone by Discount Tire four days after they did it because it was still so bad. They also tried to upsell me the most expensive tires immediately, without offering other options, as if I wouldn't know 2 Honda tires cost less than $450. The whole time I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I did get a refund for the alignment, but they were not transparent, and I still had to take it somewhere else to get fixed. Overall very bad experience, would not recommend

I took my Toyota in to get a radiator flush and fill. The guy taking my appointment tried to make me feel bad for waiting so long to get this service done. 100,000 miles. I made the appointment and they took the car details down etc. after taking it in, I was told to leave it for the day. Ok so the wife picked me up and took me home. 20 minutes one way. The guys at Firestone called me up and said they didn't have the tools needed for the service that it is a dealer item only. At least they didn't charge me for wasting my time.

Very good experience starting with Dave when I walked in. He got our car in without an appt and removed locking lugs (the key had been stripped) and had it done in 6 hours and honored the free tire rotation even though the tires were purchased at another Firestone. Highly recommended.

Appointments and early drop offs does not matter. Car left outside for 3days/nights until it finally got looked at. Then no communication and a diagnostic cost with no paperwork other than a receipt with my comments on what I brought it in for. Wow how things have changed...

Cristine is an absolute God-send! She is a true expert and a professional. She really came through for me in my time of need and spent extra time to help me out even though the store was about to close! Stayed Kate yo help out. I truly cannot thank her enough for helping me! She is a rockstar, a stellar employee, and just a gosh darn incredible human being. I cannot say enough good things about her! Use to be my go to shop for vehicle maintenance, but this place has gone downhill! The last few appointments I’ve made online were canceled the moment i stepped onto the shop. For some “odd” reason it’s always a rescheduled needed. Not to mention the guys working the counter come off as if they don’t want to be bothered. Do yourselves a favor and save yourselves the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Went in to get a wheel alignment. Guy at the front desk was really nice. They said they couldn't do the wheel alignment because the ball joints were too loose. So when I got home I jacked up my truck and check the ball joints myself.. they are perfectly fine and this store was trying to hustle my money.. very sheisty mechanics

Horrible customer service! My mother goes to get a flat fixed (under warranty) early on a Monday morning, only to be told to make an appointment and come back on Thursday. This is how you treat elderly women? Totally unacceptable.

Don't bother making a reservation online. They currently only have 1 tech on staff and are backed up. I made an appointment the night before for 2 pm on Sunday. I get there, and I'm basically told the reservation system is useless. I was told I could leave the car overnight and they would try to get to it the next day. He suggested a competitor down the road if I needed a new tire that day. After visiting 3 different shops that had no time to fix it that day, I ended up at Walmart. An hour later, I had my new tire installed. The front attendant was friendly and seemed to care. I know the online reservation system and limited employees aren't his fault. That's why i rated them 4 stars, at least for recommending another shop.

Got tires rotated. Left ALL lug nuts loose on tires. Start flying off on I35. Sheared a few lug bolts and started shaking violently. Offered new tires and free repairs. When called for update (told it would be done a day before) was treated extremely rude by weekend “‘manager”. Place is a death trap. Stay away.

I am pretty sure I was scammed because I’m a female. I have a new car with under 10,000 miles. I have a flat on one front tire. I’m told I have to replace all 4 tires or it could mess up the transmission. I call the Subaru dealer and I’m told yes and no. There is leeway and he said with only 10,000 miles on the tires he highly doubts the tires were worn enough to cause any problems. However, should I argue with Firestone? 1,000 all because of one flat tire. Then they weren’t planning to give my 3 GOOD tires back to me! Ha! They gave them but only because I insisted

Thanks Firestone for taking care of my tires need for more than 20 years. I bought my tires from a local Firestone in Cary , NC , as usual, any Firestone place will honor the warranty. Even if it cannot handle all the volume that it has, the guy: David sent me to Hibdon, the sister store, to take care of me beautifully. Thanks to both places. Thumbs up , guys.

The absolute worst service ever and nothing ever got takin care of. My appointment was scheduled for 3 P.M. for Firestone in Midwest city and the manager Dave was completely rude and disrespectful and told me he couldn’t take care of us at all and that he never scheduled the appointment when I have proof of email for appointment. WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY VEHICLES HERE OR SUGGEST THEM AT ALL. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
