Took my 2023 Acura TLX in for 2 simple services, a oil change and alignment. I had a appointment at 2pm. These services should take no longer than a hour to complete when you have 7 techs working and only 4 cars in the bays. It's now 4pm and my car is still on the alignment rack and the guy doing the alignment is cussing and complaining about having to do the work. No point in making a appointment when nothing will get done on time and super unprofessional conduct from the tech. I will never come to this location again.

Even though it was Thanksgiving week and they were super busy, they did their best to get the work done in a timely manner, and there was a decent turnaround.

I recently had my car battery die while parked in the same plaza as Firestone, so I decided to call and see if they could deliver and install a new battery. I knew it was a long shot and was fully prepared for them to say no. What I wasn’t prepared for was the response I got from the person who answered the phone—he laughed at me and was incredibly rude. It’s disappointing because I live within walking distance and was hoping to rely on Firestone for my auto service needs. After this experience, I’ll never consider them again. Customer service matters, and this interaction was enough to lose my business.

They used to be so good here. But not anymore the new mgr is very rude. They are not helpful. Had a appt at noon waited while watching staff lingering around while waiting i looked up a different place asked for my keys and left with no questions as to why or a call asking me what happened. The other place i went to helped me in minutes

Set an appointment for 9am to get an oil change, alignment and tire rotated. Dropped it off, so I could go to church and grocery shop. Still haven’t heard anything back, went back to Firestone at 12:30pm to find out they never touched the truck. Why set an appointment if they aren’t going to touch it for 3 and half later. So I grabbed my keys from them and left. Never doing business here again. Such a waste of my time.

Had a blowout on the highway while rolling through this area, showed up at 3:30 on a Sunday (They close at 5) they plugged my tire, and within 1 hour I was back on the road, great service and friendly staff, highly recommend this Firestone!

I booked an oil change appointment for 3pm the other day. I was there on time. I didn't get my car back until 5:15pm. What on earth is the point of making appointments if I'm going to have to sit around for over 2 hours for what is at most a 30 minute job? Why even offer appointments? Just tell people it's first come first serve and it's done when it's done.

Bob went above and beyond in ensuring my annual safety and emissions test was completed expeditiously. He also checked my undercarriage for a tool that I had dropped in the engine bay. Thanks Bob, for setting the example in customer service.

I used to love coming here when I worked with my usual mechanic but he transferred to charlotte. With that being said I learned the hard way they can’t even be trusted to do oil changes. My explorer now has a heli coil on the oil pan a new mechanic has informed me of and now needs a new oil pan. They of course are taking no accountability and informed me they don’t install heli coils. To which my response was if you did an oil change and saw a LEAKING heli coil you would think you’d say something to get money in the door for an oil pan yourselves. Doesn’t add up. They love to talk to you like you’re stupid, guess it’s cause I’m just a female.

They did a good job rotating tire’s and doing NC state inspection. But this is the first place I’ve had charge 11.99 labor for a state inspection in addition to the normal $30. Not a big deal but I guess that’s new.

I had to call to check on my car. They told me I failed inspection due to a malfunctioning brake light and license plate light. They had to replace the taillight assemblies in pairs and had to order the parts that should be in the next day. I approved the work and near the end of the following day, nobody called so I had to call and they told me for some reason the parts got shipped do an intermediate location but never shipped from that location to the store. It was late Saturday and the parts won’t be delivered until Monday. Nobody called me on Monday so I called them and was told the car was done. I went to pick it up and paid. I was looking over the invoice once I got a copy as my receipt. I noticed that they had charged me for a light bulb and labor for the license plate light. Also the car passed the state inspection that includes the license plate light. I asked about the light and discovered that the connector was missing and they didn’t do anything. Just signed off and charged me

I was told tyre can’t be patched and need a new one. i refused and but still I paid for $35 (labor) when I checked invoice I was charged with parts , balance and labor when I came back to get highlight the issue. they all were confused and ignore. DONT GO THERE

Kept me waiting for nearly 15 minutes just to accept an alignment appointment drop off. Then called back to let me know "we can't do it" because "our software hasn't been updated". But what they could do was an "inspection" of the car that I never requested. I wouldn't use this place for an inspection if it was the last shop standing.

Needed an alignment after suffering a flat tire with my automobile. I was aware my tires were older and were in need of replacing.... Had a nice conversation with Bob, at the Mooresville Firestone, who discussed options and we decided on replacing the tires after discussing sales and affordability. Great spot! Clean, nice environment and felt comfortable with the staff and their approach with teaching about cars without pressuring the customer. Nice Spot with great staff- will keep bringing my car back to these guys! Thanks!

Appointment at 10 that was estimated 1.5 - 2 hours for a tire change. At 2 hours noticed truck hadn’t moved yet. Ended up taking 5 hours. Go to discount tire. Without an appointment they get you out in about an hour. Huge difference in urgency.

Called and confirmed that they could do my alignment get there and they were rude and said no we can’t do it yes my car is stanced and I just needed the tow done but the whole crew there was rude but that’s okay we found a place who could ! Definitely don’t recommend going here in other words don’t tell me you can do something then be a complete jackass when I get there

I can't speak for the quality of the work they do on cars but I did have a bad experience from this place. I live a hour away from Mooresville. My car broke down while I was there and had to have a tow. When it arrived they looked over the car and said the transmission was the issue and they don't do transmission. So I had to have ot towed somewhere else. I couldn't get a tow there until after hours when they would be closed, so I explained the situation and asked them to put the keys under the floor mat for the tow driver. Of course when the driver got there, the keys were not in it. So the next day I had to drive a two hour round trip to get my keys. When I called they never apologized and acted like it wasn't nothing.

I was ripped off during my State Inspection. Was told I needed new wiper blades to pass my Inspection, but being e retired shop foreman at your store, I knew that I didn't need them.They were less then 6 months old, NOT torn or knicked, and cleaned the windshield very well. With all the rain that we had, if they had been, I would have replaced them myself. Wasn't going to argue with anyone, so I had them put them on at $50, but will never go back to your stores again except for my Lifetime Rotation and Balance. Even going to cancel my credit card because of this.

The appointment was at 11 but wasn't notified until 1230 the tire wasn't in stock and wouldn't be there until later.. the tire was ordered when the appointment was made, plenty of time to let the customer know the appointment would not be met especially when the appointment was made for a waiting customer. Had to reschedule. In the hour-and-a-half wait, I noticed the techs playing around as opposed to getting the lobby of customers taken care of.

What should have taken 1 hour (tire plug and oil change) took 2 hours and 10 minutes. The employee continuously just walked around the vehicle listening to music or on a phone call. It took him 50 minutes alone to plug my tire. The man in the bay next to him did two vehicles with all new tires in the time it took this kid to do a plug and oil change. When it came to check out, the kid at the register kept complaining about how he needed a manager override with the new system and how the new system was a pain. The manage did give me be $40 off my service and apologized. This is the only reason I didn't give a 1. My last few sets of tires came from here but I don't think I will buy from there again. In talking with a friend, she had a negative experience with Firestone the week before me.

I took my car here after a failed attempt to even get someone to LOOK at my car at the Cadillac dealership in Pineville. Cadillac said it would take 3 days after making an appointment. I picked up my car from Cadillac and brought it to Firestone and made an appointment for the next day at 11am. Jason called back the next day at 9am with the diagnostic. Talk about service! They asked if I wanted to make repairs to all the issues regarding my ac or just bandage it. They knew this was a priority for me giving the heat, having a car with no ac is not an option. Thank you for your speedy service. I won’t be visiting Pineville Cadillac for my service needs anymore.

Interesting how I arrived 15 min after Firestone opened... On the way to work, just to get a tire patch plugged with 3 employees, front door locked and only 1 employee acknowledged me after I spoke to him. The manager(Caucasian male) seemed as if he didn't want to help me... He stated that they have appointments in front of me and he would get to me when he could for a ten minute tire job. Fine but once I brought my tire out the back of my vehicle for him to look at he said he'll meet me up front and goes inside, thinking he might unlock the door for me to enter... Nope. There was one customer(Caucasian male) inside with the door still locked... Manager goes inside without unlocking the front door and talked to the customer inside first without unlocking the door for me to come in to be serviced... For a few minutes while I'm still outside. This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, also this isn't the first time this manager has acted this way towards me... As of he didn't want to provide service for me. So I'll not go to this Firestone ever again and I'm not going to assume the reason why he's been this way towards me...3rd times a charm I guess. Mooresville Firestone needs new management.

It's the wrong place; I bought tires six months ago, and I also purchased the guarantee, snd when I came back with flat tires due to a nail, I couldn't get a replacement because he said I didnt get to rotate these tires as needed. He wants to charge me almost $600 for just two tires for a Kia Sorrento. I asked about the guarantee, and he said he would give me a $50 discount. That's it. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Took my truck in for a inspection,and they said i needed two rear tires.My tire had plenty of thread on them though.They also said i needed wipers because they were queaking.When i turn my wiper on they were not queaking.Just because wipers squeak doesn't mean you need wipers.They didnt even turn the windshield washer fluid on when they cut wipers on.I cut wiper on and they never squeaked. These fools told me if i bring my truck back it will another 30.00,if didn't get tires and wipers from them.I never go back to this again!

I chose this place because it is located next to my work and there was always some kind of problem, but the last time I just changed the oil there, they didn’t tighten the cap on top and all the oil leaked out... I only noticed this because the car started making really bad noise

I will start by saying this 2 weeks ago I went over there because I needed my tires rotated since I had the service light on for the tires, so after I got the work done I started receiving my brake light on, I was scared because it never done that before, so I went to buy brake fluid to see if it was that. So after that today I went back there to check my engine lights and they told me the things I told them that I knew the cars had and they didn’t check the tires connector in which I wanted to see , anyways they had me paid almost 200$ for nothing and they didn’t even put the discount they had so I had to reminded them, so afterwards my brake light came out again and my brakes are messing up and now I have to go to another place to probably waste like hundreds of dollars because of a malpractice they did on my car the broke the tube that the brake fluid goes. I went over there thinking that they knew what they were doing and I think they didn’t have a clue. Also they told us it was gonna be an hour and it end up taking 4 hours for a check up and the sad thing overall is that I won’t get a refund.
