Got hit last night and today morning, I went over there and honestly,Mike was very friendly and polite. He fixed my side mirror so fast and as much as I tried to pay, he couldn’t take anything. He said that it was a very small thing and that I should be lucky the other car that hit me didn’t do a lot of damage. I highly recommend him.

I paid $76.59 for an oil change and i expected more from the techs. They don't put air in tires(tire light was on), they don't reset the maintenance light, and i didn't get a sticker for my windshield to remind me. Tech didn't know how to drive stick shift, so writer had to pull it into shop. doesn't bother me much, but thought this might be important. unfortunately I wont be coming back to firestone for oil changes, I've had much better luck at pull-in oil changes like Valvoline. Valvoline checks everything including my Tire pressure, battery and filters.

I took my truck to this place and they made me spend the whole day there until 7:30 in the evening and they still gave me the truck with the light on that says low tire pressure.

I had a very positive visit. Both Hector and Mike were very helpful and sounded very honest. Hector spent time explaining to me the issues of the car and what can be done. He discussed with me the options and gave me VALUABLE TIME. Mike also tried to enable me to understand what issues were going on by giving me some visual experiences. They both presented themselves professionally and with a great level of honesty and integrity. Pleasure doing business with them!

They are open on Saturday and Sunday, usually quite busy though. If they are staffed they are able to fit in a few emergency serviced. Polite, and helpful

Took awhile (over an hour), but I was able to get an appointment for the same week and found a good coupon for the oil change. They had wifi and a lounge to wait in. They apologized for it taking longer than expected.

As a Realtor, my office is my car. As luck would have it, my car died with no warning in the left-hand turn lane at a busy section. The police came and pushed my car to get it out of the way. As luck would have it, it was right by a Firestone Complete Auto Care. As luck would further have it, I walked into the bays asking for help and was greeted by the kindest man named Angel. He was a definite angel since he stopped what he was doing, immediately walked to my car with a charger, and determined that my battery was my issue. He jumped my car and got a new battery installed, and I was on my way in 30 minutes! Awesome experience!!! I wish there were more Angels out there!!! Thank you!

Immaculate service!! My appointment was at 12pm and they were done by 1218. I had expressed my concern to Chris about waiting for an hour(I’m on my lunch break) and they were very speedy. 10/10 for sure !

Very unprofessional, told me id have to wait 3 months to get 2 brake lines changed because i wanted to fix only that and didn't want to fix everything on their 5 point inspection! Had my car from 8am (the 1st car there) and didn't call me till 3pm to tell me! It's Friday i couldve took it somewhere else if they called me by 11😡 they'll never see my business again👎🏿👎🏿

I had my truck for a long time and never had big problems with it. we were going out of town and my go to person was out of town and so I called Firestone on capital which they got me in and I regret it so... bad. sooo... unprofessional and they robbed me. they told me a list of things that they claimed needed to be done. but because we were going out of town I went ahead. we paid over $3500 for my truck that day. they did nothing and the guy messed up my engine as well. they didn't even do the oil Change I came in for. so we drove all the way to MN with no oil. and had to add some our self. We went to a place in MN and they told us there that it was no oil so they added some so when we got back here I've taken it back a few times cause they still didn't get it right. a waste of money and my time. I will be taking them to court for my money back. I sure will. I have proof they messed up my truck. Now I'm looking for something new cause they messed up my engine. this is just crazy. if you want good service don't go here. Didn't do the breaks or rotors smh. And I'm putting a report in with the BBB... I ain't going.

Made a 1pm appointment for 04/25/24 for front end wheel alignment at Brown deer location. Didnt appreciate the lack of customer service so i left and rescheduled for the 26th at the 60th and capital Location for 1pm. I get a call from the guy that works there notifying me that he needs to schedule my appointment a week from the 26th cause he's fully booked. Which is fine but when I told him I can't do a week because my wheel alignment is really bad and I will have to find somewhere else to get an alignment. He states to me that if I drop it off at 1pm on the 26th, he will have it done by end of day. So I dropped it off, 530pm no phone call so I took a lyft there to inquire about my car. I wad told it has not been touched and will not be able to get done today!!! Never going to firestone again. And highly recommend people to not deal with them if you don't have to. And definitely don't take their word on anything. Good luck

The reason I rated it so low is because I brought my car in for a COMPLETE Car Diagnostic and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. I make it in front of my house about 20 minutes later and my engine light comes on and stays on and never went back off and my temperature gauge was all the way passed the highest mark. So I took it back to Firestone and told them about my car AGAIN, and their mechanic looked at my car again and said First, it sounds like my fan, then I lifted my hood and the mechanic said, I don't need a thermostat but I do need a water pump replacement. He told me that just by looking under my hood AFTER I came back. So for that reason I gave a low rating and also for that reason I WOULDN'T recommend a family member or friend.

These guys saved us on Saturday, the day before Easter Sunday. My husband was fixing a flat tire on our Subaru Forrester & broke 3 wheel studs. We use our vehicle for work 7 days a week, so this was urgent. They had us drop it off at 10am, with a full schedule, down 3 mechanics on a holiday weekend. These AMAZING guys stayed late to fix our truck. This isn't the first time they have taken care of us. A BIG HUGE thank you to all the staff at Firestone Midtown!!!
