Although the folks here were polite, the prices were high and some of the repairs could have waited especially when you are talking about thousands of dollars. I also notice that some of the tasks they performed should have been rolled in other repairs that were being performed instead of making 2 separate repairs. When I arrived and explained my issues, they wanted to instead do a multipoint inspection for $45 only to tell me that there are other repairs that NEED to get done immediately or else...(scare tactics?) and cost thousands of dollars. Most any other place I have gone to do a multipoint inspection that is FREE and then they will try to scare you into getting work done! I have never had a problem with paying for a goods or service it is just a crapshoot when trying to get a fair price for work done on your vehicle. I think that I was taken advantage of at this place and they got me. I was not on my game that day and I paid for it.

Tom and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They always tell me upfront about everything that needs to be done and the costs and never pressure me to get work done. They fixed a problem another place messed up and got it done quickly.

Tom the general manager is super professional and luis also very helpful. Also the other associates they're good also.They tell what you need to hear not what you want to hear and when it comes to your car you need that. Good mechanics as well.

Every employee at this location is professional, polite, honest and make you feel like family. I never doubt any recommendations that are made, and the service work is always excellent. I have and will ALWAYS refer anyone to this Firestone for their car care needs. Those who have taken my advice have also been impressed and continue to take their car needs to this S 27th St location. Thank you all!

Excellent service! They took care of my friend a few months ago who lives in Des Moines and had a flat tire while visiting. This shop got him fixed up with a new tire within 2 hours. I came back and got 4 new tires. Yet again, quick and quality services.

I had an okay experience. The staff that checked me in was great. There were no issues with them on all my visits. What I did have an issue with 1 of 4 tires I recently bought. The rim was pushed up against the air valve, making it impossible for me to put air in the tire. I went to Firestone, and they repositioned my rim ever since I had problems with the tire valve and getting air into the tire. The tire started having a slow leak that got worse over a 2 week period, I was putting air every day for about 3 days before I was able to get it back in to Firestone. I explained that I was having problems with the valve when I would fill with air it was pushing air out at same time, the machine would keep reading error, I had to get it in a certain position before it would fill (anyone wondering I do know how to fill tires, I have had many cars and filled many tires and only one other time did I have this issues, which was because valve was damaged) any ways when I took my car back to Firestone I told them my issue was on read driver tire, they take back check tires the guy said there was a nail in my front driver side tire, that can can be fix, the other 3 tires are in perfect condition, the mechanic tested them with soapy water no issues with other tire, of course I said it's impossible I have been filling the rear driver tire every day for last few days. I explained my concerns with the valve yet again. Then he came back saying there was a cut on the front of the tire leaking I seen it already, I got it from bumping the curb while going through the drive-through. I did not feel any air coming from cut. Anyways I thought it was weird. How does a tire go from being in perfect condition to not so perfect condition. I was lucky I bought the warranty cause a $200 tire cost me $43. I didn't ask any questions. I was happy to get a new tire for $43, which is a lot better than if they would have fixed the valve. still had the cut if not open. it was only a matter of time. That's why I say always get a warranty on items that cost over a couple hundred, pays for itself in the end.

On a Sunday evening I went online and asked for the next available appointment. The website made it easy and service I received was excellent. The only thing I needed to do afterwards was to put a zip tie back on the positive post cover.

Easy online appointment scheduling. The staff were incredible and very knowledgeable. Dropped off my Jeep and they called with an update quickly. They were able to get my tire match in the same day (Michelin) and swapped it out quickly. Team called to inform me that it was ready for pickup and they were so helpful and friendly! Wonderful team- keep up the great work!

Great auto shop that you can trust! Tom at Firestone is an amazing manager who is a pleasure to work with. He is very transparent with what services are needed and I never feel like I am being sold unnecessary services. The only shop in Milwaukee I go to!

They Have No Problem Communicating w/ You, Showing You The Problem Before & After, Affordable (My Opinion). I Appreciate Tom For Being A Great Store Manager! They Have Been A Great Team To Get My Car Prepared For The Winter! I Was Always Drive 30 Minutes To This Location Because This Location I Trust w/ My Vehicle!!!

Tom the manager is great! He explained to me what was wrong with my jeep, even showed me hands on each problem my car had. As a manager you take on alot of responsibility and stress. Tommy the store manager was awesome. Blower motor and resistor block went out on my truck on one of the early cold days when was 9 degrees out and is like 15 minute job to replace each. He got me in last minute & both were replaced & working again in under an hour.

I worked with Tom at the Firestone on South 27th St. He was incredibly helpful, got me in at the last minute when I had some serious wheel bearing issues. I was able to get everything taken care of and not have to miss any work since my car was fixed in one day. I really appreciate them working with me and taking care of things.

The team at Firestone—South 27th Street was excellent. I worked with Joseph and Louis and was grateful for their honest communication, which ensured that I made the right decision for my vehicle considering my overall situation. As a woman with a successful career, it is unfortunate that we aren't often treated with the respect we deserve when speaking to car mechanics or sales team. My experience was excellent. I also appreciated that I was able to connect to the local wifi network and continue to easily work while I waited. Thank you again for making this experience amazing!

Was in an accident some days prior to this ended up calling early in the morning they were very helpful and attentive to my questions and needs. They had me come in right away and I didn't have to wait, had my car checked out and they let me know everything that was wrong with it. Went over everything in detail, showed me the car itself which I'm very appreciative about being so open like that. Overall had a pleasant experience, they were fast, very good pricing, and very easy to talk to about my car problems, so a big thank you to Tom for all his help.
