Went in there in the morning to get air on my tires because they were low due to the weather and I was told that they don’t put air in kind of weather its not like the tires were purchased at fire stone i well never going back to this location

First and last time I'll ever go to a firestone. I went in and paid close to $150 for an oil change and tire rotation, and the techs didn't even put air in my tires. It's wintertime, and all 4 of my tire lights were on, and they completely skipped airing them up. Skipping something so simple and easy makes me worried and wonder what else they skipped out on. I won't be wasting my time or money at any firestones ever again, since they can't complete a service fully. It's just sad and disappointing at this point

Had a slow leak to flat tire through the week. Called these guys in a pinch around 5pm on a Friday and they said walk in was ok. Might have to keep vehicle over night depending on severity. Turned vehicle over to them around 5:30pm, they had the tire inspected, plugged and patched by 6:30pm for pick up. Found a very small nail. Super quick and total cost was $21. Matthew at the service desk was super nice and professional, cracking jokes. Saved me from having to deal with flat tire over the weekend. Thank you!!

I had a frustrating experience at Firestone. I have road hazard protection on my vehicle tires, and when I got a flat tire, they told me it needed to be replaced. I expected it to be covered under my protection plan, but they told me I had to pay for balancing. I showed them firestone policy, but the employee became rude, threw the tire, and then eventually let me take it for free. It was a very unprofessional situation, and I’m upset with how it was handled.

I had such a fantastic experience at the Miller Park Way location! I had made a last minute appointment for new tires online. I was not able to take it in at the time that they would have preferred, but was able to meet my needs. They have such great people working there! I got in and out in an hour. Will definitely be my new tire place! Thank you!

Made a 9am appt a week before things changed and needed to wait instead of dropping it off told me nope tried to reschedule told me nope so I went somewhere else. Not sure why they make a appointment for early in the morning and then tell you they got 6 cars ahead of you when u call a 8am to ask how long you would have to wait.

I made an appointment for Thursday at 7AM at different location. Which I never received confirmation of the appointment. I called that location and they told me I didn’t get one because they were too busy and didn’t want to fall behind. I called Jose store and he was so nice and professional on the phone and was able to get me in right away without hesitation. Jose was able to get two of my vehicles in and replace all four tires on each car. His team did an amazing job they were fast and efficient which I appreciate. Kudos to him and his team for an amazing job definitely recommend!

I scheduled an appointment online, received a confirmation email after they processed my request. I take off work to go because I'm concerned my car is not safe to drive. This guy literally incredibly rude, laughs in my face saying "we'd never schedule that the day before Thanksgiving ". Well someone processed and confirmed it. So now I'm taking work home with me over Thanksgiving without my car even looked at. I was disgusted in the way this was handled, the incredible lack of professionalism and care I received. Will 100% NEVER recommend or support thier business again.

Mario at this location is SO nice and SO helpful. He was kind enough to squeeze us in, on a Saturday... a Saturday of a holiday weekend, no less. Work is always done in a timely fashion. They are always fair and explain everything to you.

You know, I don't know what it is with this fire Stone but every time I called to give you guys work the guy answering the phone always tells me he has no availability to get done what I need done. today I just wanted a simple tire to be patched and he told me the same thing. This is the fifth time that I've tried to bring work Into your facility. Obviously you guys don't want work. I will find somebody else and I will no longer continue to call this location that is just terrible customer satisfaction.

Firestone is my car repair shop. If they do not offer the repair I need, I ask them to refer me to another shop that can do the repair. Firestone is trustworthy in my opinion.

Had a low tire pressure warning on a Sunday afternoon. Jose Orta at the Miller Park Firestone was kind enough to address my problem without an appointment. All four tires were checked for foreign objects but none were found. However, the tire pressures were all low. They added air and recalibrated my TPMS. Great customer service.

I needed to get tires for my sports car and decided on Bridgestone Potenzas. Dropped off wheels and they had the tires replaced and ready within an hour or two. When I showed up to pick up the wheels, I noticed that the tires were All Season Potenzas, not the Summer performance I wanted. Jose was able to find a set of the Summer performance ones I wanted and got them delivered and mounted on the wheels all in the same day. Fantastic customer service and they'll be the first place I think of when I need something done for my vehicles.

Six months ago we went in to have our brakes repaired, including new calipers. We were told that there was a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. Last week (Friday) we the low brake fluid light came on. We took it to our usual mechanic (North Ave Auto, much better service with better warranties that they honor) who called and told me the caliper was leaking. I called Firestone and was helped by Michael, who politely informed me that calipers were not covered under the warranty. I double checked and called back to confirm, and was told that I would need to pay for a brake check to see if the warranty could be applied to parts. Michael was a good and calm communicator, and I appreciate him. Firestone’s rules and regulations around their warranty however are a deal breaker. The failed installation of a part that should last 75,000 miles (and make a car unsafe to use) AND the failure to make it right mean we will not be using Firestone going forward. I am deeply disappointed in this company, and would recommend that everyone look elsewhere for their brake care.

They didn't check my tire presser after a tire rotation. So, I took it back. Thankfully, they checked it out for me. Only after telling me that it's probably my fault. I needed air in all for tires. I had given them a 4 star rating but, I took it back. I don't trust them now. I had some recommendations for service and they didn't mention anything. Usaully they call you before you pick up the car and go over the repairs that's needed. Instead they emailed me about it. You have to leave your car for service. It's a huge inconvienance. So I would have let them make the repairs while my car was already at the shop. I'm going back to my dealership.

I haven’t always appreciated the care given me here. However Matthew and the crew corrected my issues in fine fashion and while have not yet been able to access my invoice I believe that this will not disappoint me now either. The warranty provided for repairs to my brakes in February is the essential reason for my appreciation today. Thanks Firestone and Matthew for turning my read on you around.

The service was great. They were polite. The gentleman explain things to me way that I can understand them unfortunately I have not been able to find my receipt on my email but he did say he emailed me a receipt. Other than that I was please Services was done timely manner. They also took my vehicle in early because I arrived early thank you for Services

Absolutely terrible had my boss make an appointment and prepay I show up to have my appointment done they try telling me they don’t see the work order and then the manager finds it’s and is super argumentative and tells me this is the work order just got denied because they tried to pay for it 5 times and then proceeded to tel me I could pay for it out of pocket and the total was $267 out the door and on the computer said 325 due

Called this place multiples times to inform them that a tow truck was coming to pick up my car and they hung up on me back to back twice. The only thing that stopped them from doing so was me telling them that I’ve been hung up on already without any explanation.

Online appointment scheduling Was easy. I was surprised that they didn’t try to get me to buy a new tire. Less than $50 and 2 hours and I was ready to drive away. I will be going back for ALL my non-warranty needs.

The “Free” Vehicle inspection is not actually, free, advertised as is but they will charge you $50+. Was told that it would take an hour or 2. Came back 2 hours later and vehicle hadn’t been checked yet, saw me in waiting room and was looked at immediately. Done in 10-20 minutes.

DO NOT set up an appointment online. They needed 4 hours to do my oil change because the appointment didn't say I would wait for the car. I asked how to do that online and he said, "You can't." 02/2024. Ready at 4:15 doesn't mean ready at 4:15. I called at 4 PM and he said it would be ready at 4:15. Had to replace one tire under warranty. 50% of the mileage warranty was past so the price was approximately $112. Don't know exactly because I never received a receipt. Receipt was sent to some email address that they made up. When it came I saw that the tire was just $57 but all the add on's took it to over $100. I had a warranty on the last tire, but they made me pay for another warranty on the new one without even asking, $17.10. Then $12.99 for wheel balance. Valve stem kit $3.14, they didn't ask. Tire recycling fee, $4. In the "order notes" it calls the tire "repairable." But on the phone, he told me it was not repairable. I don't understand that at all. They are definitely not good communicators. I'm not sure where to go for tires next time. Any suggestions? (Don't say Tires Plus because that's the same thing. 12/27/2021 GUESS WHAT: the response from the owner was just them trying to look good. I emailed them at the requested address 25 days ago with exact details as they requested. And guess what their response was: ZILCH! Haven't heard a thing from them. Older entry: This was the 4th time I have tried to get an alignment done at various Firestone and Tires Plus stores in the area. All 4 times they cancelled. They have one person that is qualified to do it and if he can't be there, you're out of luck. DO NOT BUY THE LIFETIME ALIGNMENT.

My husband and I were in Milwaukee for a couple of days and ended up needing a tire replaced on our 3 week old Mercedes. The Benz dealership didn't have one in stock so I called this Firestone location. Dimitrius and the rest of the crew here took great care of us! Replaced the tire in about an hour (at a very reasonable price) and we were able to be on our way. We enjoyed talking to them about auto racing!!

Well they didn’t have to put on tires that I didn’t order from their location but the guy said that I need it done . So they did right there and then . Really looked out for me .

You can not trust these people to give you a fair price. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to S&S Auto instead. They tell you exactly what's wrong with your car with honesty and respect. They also won't overcharge you just to make more money. Firestone will definitely charge you waaaay more than what they need to and not contact you back when you need their work done again because within a month, I was starting to have more issues even after new tires and all these extra services they told me I needed.

I went for an oil change and the next morning had a low oil warning pop up. I added a quart and have had no issues since, and no signs of leaking. I reached out that day to see if I could at least get reimbursed for the cost of the extra quart. I don’t mean to be cheap, but for a $120 oil change you don’t expect an issue the next day. I was told via email to expect a call from store management, then later the district manager, but haven’t heard from either.
