I came in for an intermittent flashing check engine light and to get my tires aired up. My service advisor said it would be about a half hour. 20 minutes later he called me up, said there were no current or stored codes for the check engine light and had my tires aired up properly. He was professional and friendly and I was very satisfied with my interaction.

I wish i could write a better review because in the past ive had OK experiences with this store. I bought the lifetime alignment maybe 3 ish years ago and they were always helpful and great in doing multiple alignments on my jeep WITH AFTERMARKET PARTS. This year at a visit they randomly decided to tell me they CANT do the alignment after making and coming to the appointment because of aftermarket parts. I went on to explain #1 yes, you can because it was done perfectly fine before with the same parts and #2 If anything, the suspension parts put on would make it easier to adjust and align on my vehicle. I paid for the Lifetime alignment so therefore terms and conditions CANNOT randomly change based on the managers or techs preference or experience. Im assuming they no longer wanted to "deal" with doing the alignment on an older vehicle. I contacted corporate and have done surveys asking to be contacted about this and have gotten no response or help. So really, this one star is for the entire firestone company for being so ridiculous and not taking their paying customers issues seriously or with priority. Unfortunately with my other vehicles i will NOT return here because of this issue not being resolved.

This 1 time I had to wait 20 minutes to get my car serviced. That's the only reason I didn't give a 10. The personnel at Firestone are professional but friendly, gave me the complete rundown of things wrong with my car, cost of each, and did not pressure me to take any of the extra charges. Firestone is great.

I came here on a Sunday and they were super busy with a flat tire and they were able to fit it in and get it finished before they closed. Great communication as well.

Just went here for a scheduled oil change and was told it would take 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Why schedule me if you're that far behind. Went to another oil change place and they found an old wiper blade under the hood on top of the engine. I did get my wipers changed by Firestone on my previous oil change with them. Not very happy and will not be coming back.

They are very good for tire, suspension and alignment work. The work on my car was done efficiently and the cost was fair. This was consistent with the service I received at this store during previous visits.

Went to this location twice in the last year, with two potentially dangerous situations arising from each. The first time, I got a full vehicle check since my car was making squeaking noises. They said everything was fine, only to have my brother look at it the next day and start screaming at me for driving the car with a strut that was falling off (hence the squeaking). He said I was lucky the wheel was still attached to my car. The inspection said struts were fine nonetheless. Yesterday I went back, assuming the best of the place. I got two new tires. Both tires were placed on my car at 15psi above my vehicle recommendations. Thankfully my boyfriend noticed and released the air back to a safe psi. I am just a 20 something year old girl; I don't know anything about cars. Both of these instances could have been catastrophic or even deadly. Scares me so bad after I put my full trust in this establishment. The individuals I interacted with were very nice, but I just cannot look past these errors.

Traveling for work, I ended up with a flat tire and was towed to Firestone. They told me they couldn't get me in until tomorrow. When I thanked them and said I'd look for a hotel, he said "you're from out of town? We'll get it done tonight." Great people, great service.

This should be 5 stars my bad. I had a em and brought my car there for service. I was out of town and they knew it was dangerous for me to use my vehicle They were able to squeeze me in on their busy schedule and helped me with my problem. They are gracious caring and honest at this Firestone . I would give 10 stars if I could on how much they helped me Nice to know there are still nice ,good hearted ,honest, caring businesses out there

Was there a week ago for a power steering leak issue on my 08 impala, since I had 3 power steering pumps installed before and since coming back to Firestone, I was very pleased with the new one installed and didn't mind the wait to have it done. Been almost a week and no leaks, and not having to keep putting in fluid. I can't thank the people / mechanics that did the work enough. Definitely saved me and the headache. You guys are amazing!!!

I have always been treated well at this location. it is not a convenient location to get in and out of and is a little out of the way, but the people here have treated me and my wife well. The service is done well and within the time frame quoted. When I need tires, this is the place I go. The physical location is a nightmare, the work is done well and the people will treat you well.

I showed up and hour early for my appointment for 4 new tires because I had nothing going on. They took me in and got me out in a hour. They broke one of my air pressure sensors, were honest about it and replaced it for free! That's awesome! That's integrity!

Fixed my tires a month ago and I still have the same problem went back and told them they didn’t fix it correctly I’m still having problems and they didn’t want to fix it told me to go somewhere else cause they busy

I went to get a nail hole professionally patched in my tire with a slow leak, which they said they could perform at a reasonable price. After waiting a little over a half hour they call and tell me "the hole is too big" and tell me the price of a new tire. It was a small nail, right in the groove of the tire so that wasn't an issue. I come back only to find they didn't even take out the temporary patch that was put in and simply wanted to put a new tire on. I would not recommend going here for the predatory sales tactics used on me. The only positive I can give is they didn't charge me to take a look at the tire which they didn't even do.
