*Update* 2/5/25 **** So after speaking with the managers everything was corrected and was informed the front desk was in training. Manager Joe really knows how to charm some snakes. Cause this place really made me mad. They found out what was going on with my tire and fixed it. They refunded me the mistakes fixed my sensor. Great customer service dealing with managers. Still pricy but would go back. Old review 2** This place is a joke. I went in for a tire repair and a headlight change. They charged $250 and the told.me.i didn't need a tire repire. They couldn't find a hole but still charged me for a repair. Which I know is a damn lie and will have to return. FRONT DESK WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. dude didn't listen for anything. Couldn't spell my name correctly 4xs.later. asked the same questions over again again. Didn't know the pricing of a sensor replacment. then after my apt proceeds to ask me if I wanna sale my car because of the low miles. Will not be coming back to this location. MAJOR RIP OFF!

I was in need of four new tires yesterday after getting a flat on the freeway. Ray answered the phone when I called and was extremely helpful, he said they had the right size in stock and was even willing to stay late after hours, same day with Gio (his service mechanic) to complete the install. If you are looking for an auto place for service, I can’t recommend this store enough. Two thumbs up! Thanks guys.

Shane, Carmine and Giovanni were extremely kind, courteous and accommodating letting me drop off my car before my trip when I got a flat tire. Everyone else had turned me away. The dealership said they couldn't get me in for weeks. Midas and Monroe just flat out told me that they couldn't take walk ins and I was beside myself thinking that I'd have to pay out the nose for a rental or reschedule my out of town meeting which could have lost me a major client that my company had been trying to land a contract with for 2 years. I passed by this Firestone while calling around and pulled in, walked inside and immediately recieved and genuinely friendly greeting from Shane who assured me that if I could drop it off for a couple hours, he could get me squeezed in. After I explained my predicament, Shane took it upon himself to get me written up and proceeded to pull in my vehicle and repair the tire HIMSELF even though he is one of the managers there who I assume doesn't usually work on cars. While Shane was fixing my tire, I chatted with Giovanni and Carmine who were super nice. They got my paperwork ready as Shane was finishing reinstalling my wheel so I was all settled up and ready to go by the time Shane pulled up to the front door. It's exceedingly rare to receive this level of service these days. I'm still blown away by how accommodating they were. It was like stepping back in time to the days where customer service was the highest priority. This Firestone has a new lifelong customer in me and my family. I'm extremely grateful for their help. And the cherry on top is that I was able to get to my meeting and land that deal that, and I'm convinced that that wouldn't have happened if I'd had to reschedule. Fast and friendly service that is literally second to none. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

You have a very smart technician - I wish I got his name - but an older gentleman grey hair - explained things and was not afraid to tackle problems to get them fixed. I have had this firestone handle most of my vehicle needs and will continue. Thanks again for a job well done.

2 visits in 60 days (tires the 1st time and sensor replacement the 2nd), the staff were polite and engaged, communicating well amongst each other while my paperwork and transactions were being completed. Thank you to Chris, Shane, Ray, and Giovanni!

Apparently difficult to get into. I don't understand why even have a "self schedule" feature if those slots aren't available. Then to cancel about 30min before my "Appointment" is annoying, as I would have just picked a different slot or used my time to go elsewhere entirely. Then, to have the system move my appointment to a different date at a different time? If I wanted 4 days from now, I would have scheduled 4 days from now at an arbitrary time during the work day. (This has happened twice, mind you) Can't speak to quality of service or anything else. But for initial customer experience, I think corporate needs to iron some things out.

During the first snow storm of this winter, this Wauwatosa Firestone saved my day! I needed new tires ASAP. Carmine and the crew took care of my every need all before 9AM. I could finally get safely back on the road and made it work. Carmine was extremely professional and knowledgable. Great customer service! This is my place to go regardless of what the other negative reviews have said. Thank you! UPDATE: Just two weeks later, I had to bring my vehicle in due to an unexpected animal trying to build a nest in my engine to stay warm! Carmine and the guys cleaned everything out and fixed the wires that were chewed by this unwanted visitor. Once again, I had a great customer service experience - they are always helpful and are not like other mechanics I've been to where literally everything needs to be replaced every time you go in. They are fair and just, not to mention professional and extremely helpful!

Efficient, fair prices - lower than dealership and way more locations. Photos in the paperwork of damaged parts and emails for estimates and invoices. Have used and this location for years across three vehicles with consistently great service.

Great work, prompt service. Got new tires with an alignment. This would be a 5 star but their customer service was lacking a bit (ex: not telling me when my tires arrived to their shop so I could bring my vehicle in. I had to call them to verify their arrival). They seemed really busy though so I can't fault them too much. I would definitely go back.

So I went to Midas trying to figure out what was wrong with my tire. Needless to say they didn’t have my tire. Said it was very dangerous to drive, was super adamant on my not driving. So I called around and Firestone got me in squeezed me in even though they are completely booked to the max, and got my a cheap brand new tire. Said because of the nature of the situation, they are getting me in. Thank you guys. I’m a single mom of 3 and need my car to be 100% safety.

The man that greeted me wasn't very kind or accommodating at all, but Shane took over and helped me with all my questions and concerns. Blown away by the quality of service I received from him! If that's the level of service I can count on receiving here, I'll make this my go-to repair shop instead of the dealership. It's so refreshing to be treated like a customer in this day and age, and not like some nuisance.

We have been going to Firestone for 8 years to have our Acura serviced with no issues. We took our Acura to a Toyota dealership for an oil charge and the oil plug threads were stripped, requiring us to replace the oil pan. They indicated that this was due to the previous oil change and they were not responsible for the broken plug. We called Firestone to ask if they noticed any issues with the most recent oil change. We spoke with one of the Managers, Shane, who offered to call Toyota to clarify what happened. After speaking to the service representative, Shane was informed that the plug came out fine but when it was threaded back in it broke. Clearly Toyota was at fault. Unfortunately it took several days before Toyota took responsibility to replaced the oil pan. Shane and the store manager Carmine went above and beyond to help us understand the situation and resolve this. They even offered to repair our Acura free of charge, if Toyota didn’t fix their mistake. They have gained our loyalty and trust with our vehicles!

Customer service was bar none. Carmine took me under his wing, and the team stayed later than close to complete my oil change. I've never in my life had a better experience with an oil change. I found my home base. Shout out to the entire crew!

Hello. You are being dishonest here. I was sitting in the waiting room when you came in.. you said hi can I get air. The man behind the counter said exactly these words. When compressed air is filled in a car at below freezing the compressed air can freeze your sensors. He also added that he knows this because it just happened yesterday to one lady. Her lights were solid and then after putting in air, they went to blinking. So it's up to you. But she had to pay for a new sensor at 120 dollars. But if you would like to get air pull up to bay 2. He NEVER said you can't have air. He gave you friendly advice. I know this because I commented to him right after and said that was kind of you to share these little things before so others can have a chance.

I dropped my car, off on time, for my 9:00am appointment this past Sunday. I had a tire change scheduled that had been on books for a whole week. When I dropped off my car, I noticed there was only one employee working but was not advised of any delays. My car wasn't ready for pick up until 3:32pm. With an appointment on the books for over a week and no update from the staff about any possible delays I was fairly upset with a 6.5-hour tire change. When I asked if there was anything they could do to make up for their lack of timeliness I received a dismissive response noting the $100 in saving I already had (due to the special sale I was exercising) and the lack of staff due to call offs. Please consider the Firestone location near Brookfield square on Moorland. Staff was much friendlier when I called prior to check on tire availability. Please under no circumstances use this location for any service.

I got a flat tire so I took the rim off my truck and took it to Firestone on Burleigh. They didn’t have the size tire I needed so they went and grabbed one from another shop. It was still done quickly. I needed new tires anyway so a week later I went online, bought the tires, and made an appointment to have them installed. I went to get them put on and the manager, Carmine, explained to me I ordered the wrong size tires. I checked on my phone and sure enough I did. The tires I needed were more expensive and not in stock. Carmine was great and took care of everything. He sent someone to quickly pick up the correct size and he gave me a discount since I bought one a week earlier. So I ended up paying close to the online incorrect tire price. Carmine was super cool and great at his job. So was the guy who was putting on the tires, Anibal. I’ve never seen anybody put 3 tires on so quickly! Obviously it took longer than I thought but that was my fault. Watching Carmine and Anibal take care of my mistake made it well worth it

I went in for an oil change. Not only was it fast but the manager even gave me a coupon, cutting the cost in half. I will definitely go there again.

I went in to get some air in my tires and the man told me that if it's under 32° you can't put air in your tires because it can screw up your tire sensors which is not true if you don't put in the right amount of air it is actually a safety issue. Very disappointing and I do not like to be lied to take your car anywhere else but here

Been taking our company trucks here for some months now and have had great experiences. The team is very accommodating to our needs and communicates with us frequently. We've never had any quality issues with them, and have always been good to go after the first service. They don't try to squeeze extra money out of you either with unnecessary maintenance/repairs, and also don't pressure you to accept their recommendations unlike other servicing centers. I've never had a negative interaction with any of the staff; all great and funny people! Overall I'd recommend anyone to get their car serviced at this location.

Definitely a great repair shop to get service done. I Only had a issue with a fuel situation, and without asking one of the service techs helped me out. They right away went across the street and came back with fuel for me. We proceeded to square up with the bill, they told me that their was no charge. They employees are so friendly, which Definitely calmed any anxiety I was feeling at the time. I will be using their service in the future.

Drove over a nail and realized while at the park with my kids. Called and said they'd take me right away. Arrived, everyone was so helpful as I had my 2 kids in tow. Giovanni fixed the tire quickly and was so kind. I was in and out in less than 45 mins!

Giovanni and the crew were able to get me in on a Sunday morning. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, updating me regularly. The parts I needed weren't readily available, but they found a way to get what I needed and get me back on the road. Very impressive work!

This is my first time going to a fire stone and I had such a great experience! Dale was the person who checked me in and he was incredibly polite and professional. Gave me confidence and security from start to finish, and he updated me as my vehicle was being attended to. Everything from start to finish was incredible. I would definitely recommend and I am happy to give this establishment five stars!
