The tech and sales team are great. They take your time and help you when you need it. Most. Only issue is be mindful on the credit card offered. As as the 6-month zero interest is great , they remain unclear about the certificates and how to get your credit back to your statements. All in all the review is for the people that work there which has been great. The Company on the corporate level needs to improve

I recommend this Firestone complete auto care business. I had a good experience during my visit to fix my car in this place. Ozany and Ernest were my advisers. Both of them were knowledgeable and helpful during the estimate process for the car fixing payment. The Master Mechanic who fixed my car was Driecer. He was excellent at fixing the car. Every time I have to fix my car, I will come back to this place. Yo Recomiendo este negocio de cuidado de automóviles de Firestone. El Maestro Mecánico que hizo el trabajo en mi auto fue Driecer, fue excelente arreglando el auto. Cada vez que tenga que arreglar mi auto volveré a este lugar.

Excellent, quick, reasonably priced service. Came in with my new Mazda, about 900 miles, with a screw in one of the tires as Hurricane Milton was bearing down on Florida. The gentleman at the desk was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. They fixed it and I was back on the road in about half an hour.

My father’s truck needed replacement of the battery so I called Firestone Complete Auto Care. Spoke with Brian who was very helpful. Upon my arrival Ernesto was at the front desk helping a few customers, and then myself. He was very Professional and Knowledgeable. He went outside to take a picture of the Vin number and looked under the hood. Came back and set up for replacement. I was very satisfied with this company’s customer service , price and work. At time of pick up I checked out with Brian. He reviewed the details of the worksheet and reassured me that everything went well. If you are looking for a reliable place of service for your vehicle, I recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care for their customer service, price and work. Thank you guys for all of your help.

But Firestone and this location l can honestly you can send your daughters or nieces or anyone from your family here and know that you will be treated with respect and fairly. The guys here are Fantastic... it's been Years since I experienced such great service all around...
