This store is always on point. Walked in close to closing to get a quote for 2 new tires.on my truck with absolutely no plans to install on this day because of the time. I was given a great price but an even better price for 4 new tires by the gentleman helping me. I agreed to the price and he was willing to go through with the work even though it was close to closing which I declined. The fact the he offered goes to show they were willing to go the extra step. Came back the next day at the time we agreed and we were in and out in less than 1 hour. Price that was given was the price at checkout. Great experience once again. Wish I would have gotten the advisors name.

My visit to this Firestone store was to service my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. I setup an appointment for this morning and arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for more than two hours I inquired the status of my car with one of the attendants stating that I had an appointment for the required services and wanted to know the remaining time of completion. The attendant stated that having an appointment did not necessarily meant that the service was going to take less time because this morning there were twelve vehicles ahead of me. So my next question was obvious … what was the purpose of securing an appointment in the first place? The answer did not justified the two hours and 25 minutes of waiting time. There’s got to be a better answer! Don’t you think?

I was chocked at the way I was treated by one of the guys in the office. His name is Ricky. He does NOT know the meaning if Customer Care or Service. People line him should NOT be speaking to Customers. I showed up on Saturday (Dec. 7th) at arou d 3 pm with a flat tire and he said they were full and that I had to come back on Sunday, which was not a problem. I had showned him my tire had a screw on the side of the tire and asked him if they could help me put on the spare tire and he said NO, thT he could not help me and again told me how busy they were. I said, just help me so that I can safely drive back home and again he said no, its my problem. I called my Son to come and help me but he would be about 15 minutes. So I started to take the jack from the trunk and attempted to start changing the tire but the nuts where very hard to turn. Two mechanics from Firestone saw me struggling in the parkibg lot and came to ask me what I was doing. I yelled at them in frustration and one of them said, Miss it is our fault what the guy in the office did or said. Let me help you,. This great samaritan's name is Daniel. He works in thai location and put on my spare tire in leas the 2 minutes. I apologized to him and Thanked him for helping me. Now Ricky, was that so hard to do!!! No le doy ni una estrella pésimo servicio, luego de tenerme 4horas esperando por una ponche en mi carro desde las 8am a 12pm y un poco más me vuelven a entregar el carro sin tocarlo sin antes darme una razón o ayuda para que no estuviera todo ese tiempo a pesar de que les pregunté varias veces. No se los recomiendo tienen un pésimo servicio.

This place loves to overprice ! Just so you have an idea , they were asking $260 to change the cabin air filter. When I asked why so expensive ? the guy told me it was very dificult to get to it , he said it takes around 45 minutes . It only took me 3 minutes after watching a video on youtube , and it cost me $30 on autozone to buy a new one.

I've been going there for at least 15 years and the service, staff, and work quality is always too notch. I would recommend always dealing with the location directly instead of the website. Mario Flores is a great and knowledgeable team member.

The Only problem with the attitude of the Salesman or Behind the register his personality came so strong and condescending to a woman / It was horrible / I know I need my brakes / But because of his attitude I will not do in Firestone AT ALL. The gentleman who check me out was different and more of a people person. I do well with more like individuals like him. This guy was so rude he MADE ME WAIT additional 10 minutes because HE refused to CHECK ME OUT. This employee should be given directions on how to address woman and how to talk to woman who needs car maintainance VERY RUDE ! More than $600.00 to change front brakes Just FYI

I always come here with my Challenger. They have good warranties and quick service. But what keeps me is the great service. Raul and Anthony were so helpful. This will remain as my go to auto shop. Thank you.

Not satisfied at all with having to pay $600 for two tires and an alignment during an “Epic” Event only because your store was out of the cheaper tires and would not honor the lower price for the ones that we would’ve settled for. They told us the sale ended “ Tomorrow” And that the tires wouldn’t be there until Monday if ordered or Tuesday. To me that sounds pretty predatory selling. Get you in for the expensive tires and tell you that the cheaper ones won’t be available until after the sale. The gentleman who took care of us was very kind, However, we seem very deceived and I have been a Firestone customer since 2001. I’m very disappointed at how my husband and I were taken advantage of. They make you think that you’re getting a great deal but the price is jacked up. Horrible and I don’t think I’m going to be coming back to Firestone anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere. A professional courtesy for a loyal customer of over 23 years to honor the sale price when in stock, would have been a better business decision.

Great and honest service. Shoutout to Anthony, Raul, and the rest of the team for quickly patching up my tire after several other places claimed I'd need to replace it altogether. I've been going to Firestone for years and have no intention of changing that.

Labor price on sign said $175 an hour, but was charged $305 when my window was disassembled in less then an hour. Even if the price was correct, the customer servive, though it started off well, became more and more inhospitable. The original clerk who helping me left mid-inspection, leaving me with another clerk who didnt even know what was going on until I called. I felt I was getting overcharged, so I had asked to end inspection so I can go home. The clerk said the door window section was already disassembled within the hour, but would cost me $300 if they stop there. Now being obligated to stay, I was charged another $300 for the window regulator + motor. Doing research, I found the piece was only $98 online. Granted, I would have to wait for delivery for the piece, but over twice the amount when they didn't tell me my whole door would be disassembled? I am not coming back here again.

Very slow service. Appointment time 12.00 for a tire change only and not ready until 2.40pm. Front desk personnel very attentive and courteous explaining about the delay, specially Mario.

I walked in concerned about the state of my fairly new tire (purchased elsewhere at the dealership) and RAUL was able to get me help, a solution, but most importantly reassurance that the issue would be solved.
