October of 2023 i went in to get my oil changed and had my battery tested, they told me my battery would die any day now and best I pay $660 today for a new one, i said "no I'll wait until it dies completely" the man at rhe register got mad and said "Look it's going to die soon probably on your drive back home just get it replaced now" i stayed strong and said "no" he then proceed to say "okay fine, see you soon or possibly in the next hour" it's now January 2025 and my battery is still going strong with no issues at all; please don't trust them blindly.

Terrible service. Would give zero stars if I could. Dropped off a vehicle on Saturday and was told it would be ready Monday end of day. That worked for me, as I was leaving out of town on Monday at almost midnight and needed a car to get to where I needed to go. On Monday, I call again at around 12:30 p.m. to make sure the vehicle will be ready. They say "If we said it will be ready Monday end of day, then it will be ready Monday end of day! We will give you a call when it is ready." I tell them that that is great, as I absolutely need the vehicle by end of day as I will be heading out of town. I get a call about an hour later, and instead of telling me its ready, they tell me "we've spotted another issue on your vehicle, we highly recommend doing this". NOTE that this was NOT in the original estimate or inspection, which calls into question how well they are actually doing their original inspections to begin with. I agree and let them give me an updated estimate. I get another call about 2 hours later saying "Hey actually some of our parts are defective and your vehicle won't be ready until tomorrow" ? So they felt perfectly comfortable telling me TWICE that my vehicle will be ready Monday end of day, then call me DURING REPAIR to squeeze another service out of me (not spotted in the original inspection, as a reminder), and after giving me an updated invoice, tell me that my vehicle won't be ready because some of the parts are defective? So I pay them MORE than I originally intended to so that I could receive my car later than they promised? I recommend avoiding this place if you can!

Brought my work truck in for a Fleet oil change which is, in itself, a nightmare. It’s usually a frustratingly long and headache inducing process. Bill scheduled my appointment with no issues. I brought my truck in to my appointment and Tyler was able to get it processed and approved by Leaseplan. It was up on the rack and being worked on faster than any other time I’ve dealt with Leaseplan. Both Tyler and Bill were extremely helpful and obviously very knowledgeable in what they do. The process went smoothly from start to finish. The lobby and restroom are extremely clean. The fridge was stocked with waters that were offered to me, as well. I can’t speak to the price personally because it was a Fleet vehicle but I will say both Tyler and Bill offered their Firestone card to every customer but weren’t overly pushy about it which is nice from a customers perspective. I did hear Tyler mention that they price match Discount Tire (probably other places, too) which is extremely convenient so you don’t have to bring your vehicle to several places for different things. Discount only does tires and not mechanical work so if Firestone price matches the work that Discount does, why would you bother going to Discount? Save a trip and bring it to theses dudes. They’re great! Definitely be back with company AND personal vehicles. Thanks again guys!

Was very easy to book an appointment for my brakes. Backstory, my dealership has not returned my calls as my brakes squeak…my dream car and sounds like my old 78 Corolla. It was easy for them to diagnose the problem and since it is a specific style of vehicle they advised me how to handle it with my service department at the dealership since it is specialty item as well as they are responsible to correct the mistake. Bad rotors, bad pads and they are the experts. I was surprised that Firestone did the testing and investigating and did not charge me. That is amazing customer service and has nothing to do with the no charge, but everything to do with genuine customer service which is a lost attribute in business these days! Well done gentlemen….very well done!!

Bill has great customer service! From setting the appointment quickly, greeting me at the door, quoting the service and options, performing the repairs, calling, checking me out... everything was top notch, polite and efficient.

Took fleet vehicle in for oil change that had been scheduled online, when I told the guy at the counter that I was there for an appointment scheduled online, he started talking to a co-worker about something else as if I wasn't there. Then when he finally decided to acknowledge me, he asked if I was leaving the vehicle there for the rest of the day (the online reservation asked the same question and I had selected that I would wait) and then claimed that it would take at least 3 hrs to get approval from the fleet management company. I informed him that when I booked the appointment through the fleet management company, it indicated that an oil change and tire rotation did not require prior approval, but he continued to insist that it would take at least 3 hrs, even as I was walking out the door. If your employees are trying to find reasons to not do any work, that tells me all I need to know about this location. Happy to take my fleet vehicle and personal vehicles elsewhere for service.

Would love to give a negative star review. This has been my go to shop for years and after slowly watching it go downhill over the last year I will have to say I'm finally done. I had an appointment and 4 hours later it was still sitting in the shop with no oil change. They are quick to send a report via email of what's wrong, but not to actually do the work that you took it in for.

I do most of my own maintenance but there's just certain things that I can't easily do myself- like an alignment. I purchased a lifetime alignments package for my F150, and just came in for my second alignment. The service advisor asked for 2 hours but they got it done in 40 minutes. He also mentioned a couple of services they recommend given the mileage, and wasn't pushy on getting those done through them which I appreciate. I'll definitely keep them in mind for other maintenance jobs that I might not want to do myself. Also their shop is very clean.

Came in on September 26th, 2024, for a prepurchase inspection, and the guys saved me from making a horrible decision. Seth and Julian were amazing. They shared a lot of knowledge and issues with the car that they found and learned from personal experience. 100% would recommend.

Every single time I bring in my vehicle for service, I can expect disappointment. This place is run by unchecked teenagers. Oil leaks after oil changes. Spare left on after having a hole in tire. Unapproved battery replacement. Forgetting to service my truck all weekend. Pencil whipping tire pressures on inspection sheet.

I came in with a punctured tire and they said they could patch it up no problem however three days later the tire was still leaking bad and I ended up needing a whole new tire due to Firestone shaving the tire down too far making it un-fixable. Gunnell’s is only a block away and much better 👍

Visited this Sept 2024 for an oil change. My paperwork shows everything done at that vist. There was a picture of all 4 of my tires with a report stating "End of Life." Funny thing is the tires, all 4, were installed 3 weeks ago and there was less than 50 miles on them. Who are these people working there. I will not be returning.
