My firestone is great . However for firestone to deny a customer to NOT BE ABLE TO PAY FOR SERVICES WITH CASH MONEY WHICH IS CONSIDERED BY LAW LEGAL CURRENCY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS WRONG. So I will no longer be using firestone for my vehicle service business and definitely will not refer any family or friends to firestone. And I think firestone should be closed down for denying to accept cash as legal tender for services rendered.

Efficient for reservations online, good prompt service and pleasant staff. Did oil change, tire rotation, alignment check and inspection for maintenance suggestions.

Had a major mechanical issue with jeep. Firestone treated us with professional courtesy and informed us along the whole way. Even said " yes and no 'SIR' ". Very rare . Thank you guys

I had 2 tires put on a dodge challenger, after they finished, they couldn’t get the car to shift. I wasn’t told until I saw employees searching my console to find the manual. Explanation “we took a pin out to check the alignment” I never asked for alignment to be checked!! Then my check engine soon light came on!! I asked why, he said the tech triggered it!! Never again! Do not go to this place if you want your car!!!

The estimate was one price and when I paid it was more. They didn't check my battery because they stated it was too hard to reach. It amazes me that when they knew the model of my vehicle they could have told me that the battery couldn't be checked and I had a coupon for 29.99 they tried to talk me out of using it. The additional full inspection check was 9.99 which included windshield replacement they replaced the front but not the back windshield wiper. I ended up paying over $50 before I left. They were also cursing in the waiting room thank goodness I didn't have my child with me. Worst service ever. Will tell all of my friends about my experience.

Went for tire balance they decided to check my fluids I noticed told them no but already did coolant which Barry didn't put cap back on right so it blew coolant everywhere and over heated then they come tell me they dropped my brake reservoir cap down in the engine bay and needed to fish it out with a bar don't take your car there they are all incompetent and have no common sense to ask if customer wants that before they do something will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there

Called and spoke to Alex after Toyota dealer tried to rip me off and sell me a $300 tire on my new Rav 4 they said it wasn't repairable. I brought my car here expecting to buy a tire and they fixed it for me. I will come here for all my future tire needs. Thanks so much! Honest and Kind;

I have had my 2015 Sonata into Firestone Complete Auto Care 3 times in the past couple years. The service was good and the employees were friendly. They performed the work in a timely fashion. So, I would have to give them kudos in these areas. The first time there I had fairly extensive preventative maintenance performed. One of the repair items was the front brakes. When I got the car back I noticed the front brakes chattering a fair amount when applying the breaks. I went back and asked them about it. They said that was normal for new brake pads. Hummm… Well, I took the same car into Firestone a day ago for an oil and filter change. I got a call saying the breaks on the front needed replacing. I said what, there's only 17,000 miles on those and you did the work. Well, I am convinced the previous pads that were put on were defective and wore out prematurely. Brake pads should last at least 40,000 or more under normal driving. I had hoped Firestone would have split the cost to redo the brakes as they were obviously defective. I got no offer to offset the cost at all. That disappointed me. So, I would say if you go to Firestone, be diligent and press them if you think something in the repairs doesn't seem right. So, would I go back? That remains to be seen. Update... 3-6-2024.. Never did get any offer of compensation on the, what I believe the defective front pads. I have since switched to New Dimension Automotive. They were suggested by neighbors and friends. I've had my car in once for an engine light. I was very satisfied.

I’ve always had a positive experience at this Firestone Auto Shop, but I also feel that they try to upsell me on unnecessary services. In this case I was told that I should get a brake system flush, which at just 53k miles is simply not necessary. The brake fluid is still a clear golden color, not black or dark at all. I have never had them tell me that everything is fine, so I assume that the technicians are instructed to come up with something to generate another appointment for a service that may or may not be necessary.

JUST WAIT FOR MY EMAIL SITTING DOWN. *DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE* Five star in having a predatory behavior against older people, they will take their money, do whatever they want and not solve the issue on the vehicle. Do not come to this place. My family member had a loud noise on their car and took it to this place, and they charged them 800 dollars for a simple tune up. And when they took the car back because the noise was still there, they told them to take it to the dealer. *DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE*

100% DOES NOT stand behind their work. Misdiagnosed an oil leak, $600 to replace oil pan. Van still leaks, offered 1/2 price valve cover replacement as resolution… IF that is the leak. They told me the Technician that did the work to the van was no longer working for them for a reason! What a way to manage a business and customer service! Beware if you go here for anything other than tires……

The customer service was friendly. However, I was there for brake work that did not get completed or was defective/incomplete causing issues with my brakes just a few months later. Definitely would not recommend this shop or this company again.

The store and service was fine , tell I questioned there shop fees of 10 percent to total bill . I had a front end alignment , what shop supplies are needed ? It was an extra 20 dollar fluff charge …. That is added at check out then they point to a small sign behind a computer and other objects and say its company policy… I just won’t do business with a company that adds extra fees on ..

This is possibly the best place I’ve ever taken my vehicle to get general maintenance on. They are reasonably priced, the manager is very helpful and everyone who works at the front desk is helpful and polite. They’re so down to earth it’s great! They can get you in quick and are really accommodating! I can honestly say I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for tires, batteries and general maintenance, if I don’t have to!

We were trying to get home 8 hours away we couldn't find a shop to do an alignment but we called and and Alex and Andrew helped us out. They were really kind to me and my family and understood our problems. We called several other shops who could not do it until a later date. If we ever come back Firestone tires is the place where we will get our work done because of the kindness they showed.
