The car was ready on time (slightly before the maximum time I was given), for the expected price. No attempt to "upsell" for other products. There was a grease stain on the door when it was returned, not terrible but noticeable.

My 78 y.o. father in law ended up having to change his own tire out front of this Firestone says they were rude and quoted him a 3 hr wait so he just changed it himself (which was really hard for him to do) and went to east valley tire on main st.

Ben is wonderful and very knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was with my car. and fix it real quick. I always take my Jeep here and so does my daughter. Never had a bad experience .

The technician that I consulted with was very kind and respectful. They weren't able to help with my issue but they did everything they could to help me regardless even when I didn't buy anything. I'm considering swapping all of my tires to Firestone brand so I can get tires from here specifically since I felt like I could trust the staff.

Good, honest service at a busy location.Dave made me feel welcome, as this was my first Firestone visit in AZ., after just moving back to AZ from IL. Bringing my wife's vehicle in tomorrow for service! Update. Things have changed some the last 5 years we have been coming here.And not for better.Had both our vehicles in yesterday for routine,scheduled appointments. Not feeling as satisfied with our services now.Evening guy that checked me out was very helpful and understanding on their services rendered that day.I did appreciate him.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My husband had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 am this morning. We dropped the car off right when they opened at 8. At 10:30 am someone called us to tell us it needed a cabin air filter, engine air filter, and shocks. The air filters were just changed less than 3 weeks ago, so we know this was false. They told us it would be done by noon. At 2:30 we call they say they are busy with a tire sale, haven’t gotten to it yet. At 3:45 we call again saying we need it done and are coming to pick it up, mind you they close at 5. He says I’ll have the keys ready for you when you get here. We get there at 4:15 pm and are told they did not ever work on it and hands us the keys. Tells him good day. My husband starts saying he had an appointment and how could they keep it all day with no work done and no communication. The managers response is “everyone had appointments. We are short staffed with a tire sale deal with it” this is insane customer service. I will leave a review on every website and contact corporate as well. We are long time customers and just spent over $200 at that location on a different car or ours 2 days ago. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE. Your car will sit there all day with no work done, and rude employees.

The crew at this location are consistent in delivering quality and honest service. I thought for certain I needed new brakes, yet they told me all is well, changed my oil and rotated tires as requested and sent me on my way. I will definitely be back for brakes when needed now, just happy I can kick that expense down the road a bit!

Horrible customer service. Individual who I met with was rude and unprofessional. He didn’t want to make his employees actually work… shocker! We have a fleet deal with them for oil changes and tire rotations which he stated they wouldn’t do either. I get it’s a bigger truck but give us a call and state you don’t have employees that can work on a diesel truck. I get it you aren’t “experienced” aka lazy and rude! Avoid! Worthless.

The team at Firestone on Crismon are one of a kind! They are very friendly, courteous, prompt at getting your vehicle fixed. Ben and Doug have been great to work with in getting our vehicles fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

I'd been going to the same location for 15 years, since it was owned by Fletche's. Since it was bought out by Firestone the quality and service is terrible. Look at all the other 1 star reviews recently. Took my Jeep for A/C repair. Almost $400 later they replaced a schrader valve and filled it up without finding a leak. The freon leaked back out again in less than 100 miles. Second visit they told me they still couldn't find a leak so they just wanted to guess at what it was and replace the compressor. Or they said maybe it was an evaporator. Third visit compressor is replaced and it still isn't working, but they want to charge me again. When I offered a very detailed explained why I think they mad mistakes, service person started yelling at me and told me to get out and never come back. Further said that people like me are what's wrong with this world! When he pulled my Jeep out of the service bay he even squealed the tires. This person clearly does not have the skills to be in a customer service oriented position

Great shop where you'll most likely get quality work for a decent price. If you don't have a coupon, I suggest visiting their website. The team here is solid, and knowledgeable. They also get things done quickly and legitimately which is what we all are most concerned about when having your vehicle serviced. I'd feel confident referring these guys to anyone. Great shop!

I have always had good service at this location. Ben is awesome with his customer service and helping explain what needs to be done to the vehicle. He always wants to make sure it is done right and if not is willing to make it right.

Should've read the reviews or seen any of the warning signs. I called to make an appointment for new tires, the guy was very nice but had to schedule me for a few days later because of staffing issues. I dropped my car off a little early on the day and *verfied"* that it would be done by end of day. NOT ONLY are their hours listed on Google incorrect and they close earlier, they kept my car overnight without calling me. Now, I have to get to work 30 miles away without a vehicle. And I've called 3 times (at 9AM when they should be open) and no one is answering.

I have used Firestone, the Apache Junction location for other services in the past. A phone call secured my appointment time and got in right away at my vehicle's appointed time. The facility was neat and clean with water and restroom available. The services were explained clearly and the discount coupons helped reduce my bill further. I will use this Firestone service center in the future.

Been here a few times before and tried to schedule an oil change today. A lady answered the phone and was extremely rude. I asked her for an estimated cost on my Tahoe. She said either 46 or 107..I said please give me an estimate for MINE. She’s like well i don’t know. I said well every time i have ever asked they look it up for me. She sighed and acted like I was asking too much. Keep losing business with this type of “customer service.” You definitely lost mine!

I scheduled an oil change 3 days in advance and went in for appointment and said they didn’t have time for that. So I took off work early for them to say they are too busy. I’ve been to other Firestone’s and had amazing service. I would not recommend this location. Not good service at all.

LIFETIME ALIGNMENT VOIDED BY PURE SUPPOSITION: Mesa Arizona Firestone (Crismon) Manager: Doug Incident Date: 3/27/24 It has been 5 years since my last alignment (obviously I was not grossly taking advantage of the lifetime service agreement I purchased). I called made an appointment and left it for the day. Got a call that it was ready to be picked up at around noon. I arrived to pick up the car after work around 430pm. I spoke with the manager who checked me out and had me sign the paperwork. I thought it was strange that he didn't go over the alignment details like they usually do. I walked back to my truck, looked at the paperwork and realized the alignment was never done. So, I went back to the office to find out what happened (since no one had the courtesy to tell me). Really...??? I politely asked why didn't you tell me over the phone or in the office the alignment could not be done, he said: "how do you think that conversation would have went?!". Then he accused me of recently installing an aftermarket suspension (voiding the service agreement). I remained soft spoken, composed but still quite stunned at all this. I told him the suspension was 7 years old and prior to my purchase of the Lifetime Alignment (easily verifiable). It had been aligned at least two times prior at that shop (roughly 2018-19). If he doubted me, he could have checked the records (my past alignments would have mentioned it had an aftermarket suspension). However, his mind was made up before I walked into the store. I received no courtesy or benefit of the doubt. Instead, he spent the remaining minutes questioning me and insinuating I was lying. He said things like "The suspension hardly has any scratches on it". To which I answered Well, I only drive this thing a few thousand miles a year...To which he said, then how did the alignment get so bad?! ...I literally didn't know what to say. He was much more "experienced" in this type of dialog and had the upper hand. I realized it was pointless to go on with the conversation. This was the worst experience I've had as a customer anywhere...unprofessional to say the least. :( FOR THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER: This is my first negative review ever and I'm not posting in retaliation but to share my experience for others. I've not seen other reviews yet, but I'm guessing by the combative demeanor of the manager, my negative experience is one among many at this location. On a positive note, it only cost me $140 (lifetime alignment cost 2017) to never have to deal with this business again. Blessings. -Casey
