Since the middle part of last year I’ve had horrible experiences with this location. In the past I’ve had excellent service and great customer care. But I keep trying to keep business with them because I’ve had a long-standing relationship with them lasting 6 years. But today was the last straw when I got my vehicle in a condition that it wasn’t in prior . I advise anyone to don’t do business with them. They always have excuses and it’s taking longer and longer to get my vehicles back than usual. Also please take pictures of your vehicles before dropping off here or anywhere. If damage is done and you have no proof it’s your word against theirs.

Garcia Jones : Customer : Oil change Appointment 2009 GMC DENALI Disabled Army Veteran Memphis Tennessee True score for Service 0 stars Mr Jones made an online appointment which he received no confirmation for. He then called them and verified appointment Mr Jones was made to sit at the facility and then was told he had a knock in his motor and they would not touch vehicle to change oil. Maybe a mom or pop would touch it, but " we would be liable" for the knocking 1. Customer service was not handled properly. It shouldn't have taken 5 hours for them to deny services on an appointment. If a vehicle inspection was done on vehicle as provided via advertisement as a part of service which would seem likely to confirm speculation of sound source. 2. It has been determined via a second opinion,something is loose at driver door beneath vehicle. Non motor pertaining. 3.It was later found out NO VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORT was done. The denial of services was based off of speculation. This is unacceptable as all other services department were closing and a entire portion of Mr Jones days was taken away with lazy rebutles and poor customer service. If you check paperwork you will find none a it pertains to a report done on the vehicle to verify speculation of said service staff member.

Walk in needing help… “manager” totally distracted on computer helping another employee online. Paused a moment and told me where to park and have a seat. Went to Pep Boys instead. Gentlemen met me in parking lot as I was getting out of my truck. He advised me and I was on my way.

Doesn't it suck as a customer? If you could be dealing with a business that lied to you? Even if it was over 4 years ago? See photos. Tape was used in attempt to cover the rack & pinion boots. They tried to sell me over a $2k job when I took the vehicle in for an inspection before taking a round trip from here to North Virginia (20-24 hr. round trip). No premature tire wear & not a single repair authorized. Nothing to the steering system is new but I did drop between $800-$900 some in 4 tires since & almost 30k miles was put in the vehicle & I still drive it... I hope their honesty can improve within 4+ years. I did cover up my personal indlformation on the invoices. See photos.

Tires were 235 each, bill was 613 after a discount. Your business model is bullshit. I was stuck and had no other choice. Will not go back.Also charge for a tire rotation. They took one good tire and moved it to the front. One tire was never touched. So I was charged twice to move 2 tires. Was also told the road hazard was part of the deal after I told them I did not want it. Consumers don;t care about your daily ticket average. We want to be treated fairly and told the truth.

They employees are nice and hard working people but they’re very under staffed!! I made an appointment at 9 am for a tire replacement (a process that typically takes an hour or less) and picked my vehicle at 12:45 pm. I asked an employee how long it would take and he told me it’ll take longer than normal since they’re backed up but said around 2 hours….I totally understand being under staffed, but I wish that they would have been honest with me :( Please respect your customer’s time and just be truthful!! I’m not going to speak for other services that they offer, but I would go to Gateway or Pep Boys next time you need a tire replacement. Those places will also balance your tires for free too, which Firestone did not do.

I would recommend this Firestone location! The staff was friendly and worked efficiently! There were some unforeseen circumstances that occurred the morning of my appointment, however, the team was still positive and serviced my vehicle in a timely fashion.

Mensa was calm, friendly, and professional, despite having to deal with downed computers and an overnight break-in at the shop. I was impressed by how quickly they completed my service that day. I was also thrilled to learn that I had a lifetime alignment warranty from a previous tire purchase. Great job!

Tire was losing air as I was driving I pulled into Firestone and it's 15 minutes before closing the tire could not be repaired the mechanic put my spare on. Everyone was kind professional and the store manager was so very respectful and professional. The shop is clean. I recommend everyone to use this Firestone for your tire needs.

THE STORE MANAGER ALEX, TOLD ME THE GAY FLAMBOYANT MECHANIC, WHO DRIVES A HONDA CIVIC, LAST NAME MILLER DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. I called days ahead and spoke with Hannah, to schedule an appointment for a oil change and an alignment at 0900 on a sunday, which should take an hour to an hour and a half. I showed up just before 0900, and was told that it was going to take longer for no good reason. the entire process took over three hours. By the time I went to leave that was obvious damage to my vehicle on the drivers door. Alex the store manager, told me and my brother that the gay flamboyant mechanic who drives a honda civic, last name miller, left the door open while he was hoisting it up on a lift and hit the door on another lift which was red (there was red paint at the point of damage). The store manager told how my vehicle was damaged, who damaged it, what they damaged it with it, and that the claims service would have it repaired. and I should hear back by monday morning at 0800. He was obviously lying because by the second time I had reached out to him on Tuesday he had just submitted the claim. He obviously lied in the claim as well, because if he told them the truth, exactly what he had told my brother and I, there would be no dispute. When I heard back from the Claims department they sent an email explaining that they weren't going to accept accountability and that it was magically not their fault anymore. I've been using firestone for 16 years now, I've been going to this specific location for 8 years now, and I will never go back. These people are blatantly lying, negligent, inefficient trash and refuse to accept accountability for their self proclaimed malpractice.

We had a nail in the left front tire but they weren’t able to plug it due to where it was located so they put a new tire on the car and balanced it. Scott, the service manager, was great! He helped us and was very nice when we came in. We really appreciate his courteous and professional demeanor. I would definitely recommend this location!
