Thank god for these people. I brought my car to them and found out a different Firestone had broken 3/5 of my lug nuts installing a tire. 2/5 were not tight. I could have crashed my car with the way this tire sat. The saints there diagnosed the problem and worked fast to make sure I got my car back same day. They preformed multiple tests to fix other minor issues and Firestone covered it all. I will never take my vehicle to any other Firestone these managing workers explained everything to me easily. Honestly can’t rave about them enough, without them I fear I may not be here today if I kept driving on that car. I think the guy who helped me was Rob but bless everything who helped me. They truly deserve a raise

I just had to leave to review , I been to c many Firestone locations across the entire US, but today here at the Lincoln location Downtown my visit was phenomenal. The cleanest restroom & staff . The two service advisors are Awesome too . (Kenny & Mike) . They go up & beyond for all there customers .

After a terrible experience at the firestone on 66th we drove here. ( firestone tires) they were extremely accommodating and while they were busy they worked efficiently and snuck us in. Appreciate all they did! Come here over the 66th location.

Rod was so helpful in getting my car taken care of. He stayed late to make sure I got my car at the end of the day and was very pleasant and kind! Firestone got me all new tires and always does a thorough job.

Came in to remove a nail from the front right tire and have it patched. Instead, they decided to work on the back-right tire, telling me it was leaking, which I have no reason to believe. The nail was still in my front right tire, and now I am being told the tire has to be replaced, which I am still being charged for after this whole debacle, after being charged for the patch in the tire. My time has been completely wasted. I regret buying tires from this company only a few months ago. Stay away from Firestone, they have proven themselves incompetent.

Great customer service needed to check my brakes and didn’t have an appointment and they got me in asap great people. Rod saw that I’m almost done with my tires and recommend me 3 tires and the prices are good will for sure come back thanks to Rod and Chadd !

Great people! We were dropping our daughter off at UNL and a heat shield came loose in the drive from SD. I went in near closing time, they got it on the lift and fixed it. No charge!! and we’re heading back to South Dakota knowing our daughter’s car is in good shape. I am one appreciative Husker Dad and now know where to send her in Lincoln.

Made an appointment for tire rotation. Once I was in the shop spoke with Mike about applying for a Firestone credit card. He walked me through everything and helped me pick out the best tires and options. He also let me know how long of a wait it would be. Once I got back and my car was close to being done he handed me my paperwork and explained how the rebate would work. It was then that I noticed that a correction needed to be made on my address on the form. By my oversight of course. Mike got on the phone with the Company and with me there made the corrections with the team member on the phone. He also reminded me to double check the paperwork when I receive the Rebate info in the mail.

The guys here are amazing. I came in to get a tire repaired, they found a nail, yes it may have been a cheap fix but when I went to go pay my bill he said “ nope I got this one!” Again I know it may have only been 30/40$ but what he didn’t know was I recently got divorced and became a single mom to 3 kids, and that extra 30/40$ I didn’t have to spend but knew I needed to do it. So kudos to him. I truly wish I would have gotten his name, but he’s a god send.

As a young ish woman who knows nothing about cars I can say I trust them and I've never been scammed out of money like other places might to do people like me. I bring the car for regular maintenance, and what are probably dumb questions or concerns but they always handle it for me!

Never going back! Worst unprofessional people you will meet. They are rude, unqualified, sloppy, slow, and liars. They will try to take every dollar you got even if they had to make things up. The guy at the register is rude and unhelpful. Got an inspection and they came with one problem which was two loose bolts “easy fix”, quoted me 100$ for it and then told me we’ll the see the rest of the problems later with a speeding inspection fee. You’ll keep going and they’ll give you one problem at a time until they rip you off from all your money and your car will still not be fixed.

Took a company vehicle here today. I would pay to have my vehicle towed somewhere else before going back to this business! Employees was rude. Will not go back!!

Beyond Amazing service! It was such a pleasure to stop at this Firestone. I had something dragging under my car and I explained that I had to drive back to Omaha asap. They explained that there were other cars ahead and it was going to be a couple of hours. To my surprise they check my car and removed a huge plastic that was hanging in 20 minutes at NO charge at all! I so happy and grateful!

Made an APPOINTMENT for an oil change on Sunday for a Thursday 8am change. Told me to leave it when I got there Thursday morning as they didn't know when they would be able to get to it. Why make an appointment if you don't honor the the time I have set aside to get it done

Smug owner at counter and rude disrespectful. Mad because I bought a behind the counter battery and installed myself. When it went bad I wouldn't let him charge me 20 to swap it. Tried to give him another chance and set there for 2 hours for a rotation end a alignment.He didn't even do the alignmi.Told the guy to stop working on my car.Because I was complaining about two hours after an appointment setting

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought a vehicle in for an alignment, upon getting the car back they said we need a new bolt before they could fix the alignment. We were under the vehicle the day before and none of the bolts were broken. After inspecting we noticed the alignment tab was damaged because they used an impact drill on the bolt. When asked, Nathan said they don’t use impact drills. We asked to speak to a manager and they didn’t have one there. Told us we’d need to come back the next morning. No responsibility taken. No solutions to the problem. A horrible experience from beginning to end. Would not recommend this Firestone to anyone.

Very nice people, did a great job changing oil and doing an alignment on my unusual little car (Smartcar). The location downtown was great, as I'm not from the area and was able to walk over to the Nebraska campus and explore it while my car was worked on. I would definitely go here again should I spend another couple days in Lincoln in a few months.

Way too expensive, and whatever you do, don't get their CFNA credit card. I've been making progress in paying it off, as their was 6 months free interest, but that is apparently no more now..They wanted me to pay just a $31 minimum payment, I sent them $50, and then the interest ended up being $119, so it was a waste of $50 as the interest was more than double of what I gave them putting me farther in the hole. As someone who has never been late on credit card payments, I find this extremely frustrating.

Went in Friday afternoon to have a wheel bearing going out confirmed, which it was. Confirmed and replaced within 3 hours. This is why I keep coming back.
