Do not do business here. If I could leave a zero star review I would. The one star is for the polite lady and gentleman at the front desk who tried to help me. After dropping my truck off for 4 new tires, I found out my lug nuts needed replaced because the manager said they’re not compatible with my wheels. After a wild goose chase I returned to give the right ones, which were also refused by the manager. They ended up referring me to discount tire. Discount tire wanted Firestone to call them and explain the issue with the lug nuts. When I asked Firestone to call them, the manager came out and got super condescending and snarky, and refused to explain why my lug nuts are wrong, and what I need. We exchanged some harsh words, and he insulted me and my vehicle as I left. Their manager is unprofessional, arrogant and unhelpful. I highly recommend Discount tire for people in the Lincoln area. They figured out my issue and ordered the correct lug nuts within 10 minutes of my arrival.

I scheduled an appointment last week with them to get my tires mounted. I took my truck in today for my appointment and they called me 20 minutes after I dropped it off, to tell me that my tires are too big and that they don't have any equipment that would work for my tires. I don't understand how this can be for a place that sells tires. My tires are 35x12.5x20's. They aren't huge. Then, I go in to get my keys, obviously disappointed, I asked where my truck was and they said it was over on the side of the building. It was 28 degrees outside. The entire front parking lot was open. They parked my truck in literally the furthest spot away behind the building and to the side. It was very frustrating. After not being able to get my tires on today at my scheduled appointment, for what seems like an entirely bogus reason, they could have at the very least just parked my truck by the door. I am very disappointed with what happened today and their customer service and will not return to Firestone for service again. Luckily, I called Walker Tire and they got me in right away and got me on the road again within an hour. Very pleased with Walker Tire on Arbor Rd!

Walked in and were told they were to busy for us. Didn't want to talk to us at all. Tried to explain that we found a nail in our tire and they just said we're to busy. Just a very rude and jarring experience.

The staff at this location are not only skilled and knowledgeable, but they care about their customers. The staff is honest and accommodating. I will not do business any where else! They ALWAYS go above and beyond. Shout out to the manager and Angelo for making their guys happy and their customers coming back!

Went there for a radiator flush. They have a really good price, especially with how much coolant my system actually takes, so the price point was definitely worth it at only 150 or so dollars. Speedy and professional. They didn't try to oversell me on services that didn't benefit me.

Work completed 1/2 hr. before the estimated time & received an discount even w/o having to bring up email on phone or have printed copy. Great experience. Friendly staff that are a pleasure to do business with.

Have worked with Angelo and his team on several occasions. They have provided excellent service, were able to diagnose and fix a problem with my engine that no other mechanic has, and have always charged very reasonably, esp. for the work they do. I will keep coming back!

The entire team at Firestone are just great! As an older woman, I never have any fear of being taken advantage of due to my lack of mechanical knowledge. They are very trustworthy and always have recommendations that work for me and my budget. Angelo and Trey are absolutely wonderful in their knowledge and personalities. Customer service is at the top of their accomplishments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else-love this place!!!

Tried scheduling an appointment or at least just to get an estimate and the person acted like they were just too busy to get the vehicle in. Even though it was stated no rush to get to back…..would not recommend this place!!!

I've taken my car in a few times in the last few months due to check engine light and ac needing charged etc. They are short staffed but they were up front with it and suggested I leave my car and not wait. The guys I dealt with were polite and informed me of other things I needed done on my car and let me know what needed to be done soon and what can wait. The prices were reasonable considering it's usually pricy to fix just about anything on your car these days. I am going back for sure and appreciate these guys getting me in and being straight up with me.

Booked an appointment ahead online for just a single tire replacement, and the entire process both online and in the shop was smooth and quick! Extremely appreciative of the staff and their patience with me for letting me leave my phone in the store in order to get my forgotten wallet at home as well. 😅 Thank you!

Made an appointment 2 days in advance for an oil change and tire rotation online. I was contacted saying that the time I asked for was not available and the earliest time was in two days. Appointment was supposed to be "wait for car". My wife took the car in and was told since it was "an online appointment" (actually made over the phone when they called) it could only be dropped off. When the car was picked up by me, the reason wasn't because it was online, it was because there are not enough workers to get the job done and there were 2 other appointments at the same time. They lied to my wife (or me) and also the tire rotation wasn't done. Will never be back.

Terrible experience. Needed a tire fixed before a trip, booked online, but arrived and there was no appointment. (They had my name, but had not put me on the schedule.) No message, no followup, no alternate solution suggested. Don't go here.

I hope I’m speaking on the right person, Treshon, the man who was working the front desk who appears In his 20s. He had excellent customer service! He was very polite and kind. I did a very basic oil change and tire pressure check. Took about 15 min around 4pm on a Friday. I would have marked it higher if not for the original man I dealt with who appears in his 40s with a beard, he was not as happy to help haha. I originally scheduled a 7am appointment online but apparently when I showed he said they don’t do 7am appointments. They had only called once to try to notify me, no email, no text, no second call the morning OF the appointment. I wish they cared enough about my business to try to call me again or reached out another way. It would have been 5 stars if not for the beard guy. Thanks again Treshon (maybe)!

I used to go here until my girlfriend tried to make an appointment. The woman on the pone was incredibly rude and didn't want to be there at all. Tried to get her off the phone. Customer service is everything so if you value it, do not go here.

It's not even 4 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. Stop in due to an emergency. My tire is leaking air audibly after running over a nail. I was told that without an appointment they would not assist. There was only 1 other car in the bay. Yes, please allow me to gaze into my crystal ball so that I can schedule my emergency appointment. Ridiculous. Went down the road to midas for assistance.
