My friends referred me to this Firestone location and I was happily surprised with Patrick the service tech and the mechanics who fixed my tire/rim/wheel. These guys are the best! It's hard to trust shops around Lincoln who only aim for trying to get more money. These guys were honest and do their best to try to fix what is broken. Happy new customer here :)

I have grown to love and trust Firestone. They have never done me wrong. I have dealt with Josh the Store manager for many years, originally when he was at the 66th and O location. He is the kindest man, and has always taken good care of myself and my mother. He actually takes the time to listen to you, explain things and show you how to do something. He is always there to help if i need anything. He's a great man.

This store is one of the worst they say I need something done an find out I didn't need it an the problem I came in for still not fixed after they charge me close to 200 bucks they must think I I'm dumb I I'm a woman

The guys today were hoping for a good review. While I'm pleased with the work and the guys being able to salvage some parts we were concerned weren't fixable, I'm NOT very happy with the experience or time management of this crew. I called a few days ahead of when I wanted to get my car serviced (brakes and oil change). I asked to make an appointment. I was gas lit despite all efforts into just dropping the car off and they'd "fit it in". I was told if it was there at 7 am it'd be looked at first thing and then it'd be a 3 ish hour timeline for it to be done. I planned to drop off the night before WHILE they were open so they could pull it in and I didn't have to leave my keys on the floor of the store lobby with the key drop. They were supposed to be open until 6 pm I got there at 5:15 pm and they had been closed for who knows how long. Someone else pulled up about the same time, also noticing they were closed. There was no notice mentioning they'd needed to close early with an apology for inconvenience as business etiquette would recommend. So I drove home and got up well before the sun, to be there when they opened. Again on the phone while they wouldn't make a direct appointment they did say if it was there at 7 they'd look at it first thing. They had the car at least 1.5-2 hours before they even looked at it. After they looked at it and called me 2 hours later. Another 2 hours after that call they told me it was done. I went to pick it up and they were holding their breath like they were in trouble and I'm not sure what that was about. 3 drives across town, wasting an extra hour of my time and $800 later, like I said glad they could service it but their refusal to schedule an appointment and manage their time was very frustrating. I chose this location because it's nice. The facility is nice, the location in general is nice, they're not as highly trafficked as the other locations in town. They're USUALLY very timely and will give an appointment.

they did not do over half of the inspection they claimed to do. i went to firestone earlier this year and gave them a list of services that were part of the 90,000 mile service recommended to me by my dealership. firestone took my car, charged me, and i thought they had done everything. i’ve now gone to my dealership for an oil change and a multi-point checkup at 101,000 miles. they’ve told me that my breaks are messed up, main drive belt is cracked, etc. all of these were supposed to have been checked at the 90,000 mile service. and my dealership told me it was definitely damaged at that time as well due to the condition of the car. my breaks also started squeaking less than a month after i had taken my car here (similar to the other reviewer) despite the fact they claimed to check my break pads. go somewhere else.

I usually go to the one on 66th Street but they couldn't get me in and they always make me wait all day. I just needed my headlight fixed so I called the one on Andermatt Drive which is quite farther from where I live but they were able to get it in and done quickly which was nice because I have appointments everyday and I can't be without my car and they were very friendly

The team is extremely friendly and transparent, the space is comfortable, and they're incredibly responsive. Every experience I've had at the Andermatt store has been an overwhelmingly positive one.

They claim they sold me the wrong tires 8 months ago for 987$ only got 18K miles on these tires. They wanted to put the right ones on but charge me AGAIN for price of Hazard roadside service and labor which I already paid for on the first set $510 when I declined, they told me never come back and was hung up on said they said they lost signal (FROM A LAND LINE?). I got a 785 refund FINALLY!!!! and had to call corporate three times and go over tech's head. Drive my truck 100miles because my car was the vehicle in Question. so, my husband had to take it to them and refused to give me a tire inspection WHICH THE WARRANTY SAYS I HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE and Still do not have tires these are bald I came in with better tires then what's on there now. Don't know what scam these young gentlemen are running here but please DO NOT get taken in by this same scam as almost I did. 215/r55/17s was told that they have 2 different tires with the same make and model one had a warranty and the others do not ... WHAT A SCAM!

Patrick and Corbin are the best! Been coming here for a couple years, mainly oil changes. Recently, had to replace rotors and brake pads on my wife's 4Runner. Vehicle was in and out as normal but, the next day the brake light came on and brake pressure was almost gone (felt like we had no breaks which was scary for my wife as she drives that car with our 1 year old son). Called the next day and they were able in right away, inspected, and completely fixed. No charge. Appreciate the customer service I receive when I come to this location.

Went here for a complicated tire change. Was across the way at Sam's the day before and probably will take all my needs to Firestone in the future. Excellent service, management was great. Coffee was fresh and nice place to wait. The total price was reasonable especially considering how fast it was done.

VERY TRUSTWORTHY!!!! I am from Minnesota and was visiting customers when I accidentally drove over a curb and then noticed a bulge in the side of my tire. I drove to this Firestone as it was the closest one. Patrick told me I needed a new tire as it wasn’t safe to drive with a bulge. The tire was $270. Which I felt was a fair price for my vehicle. I was really relieved they didn’t try to take advantage of my situation and gouge me or insist I had to buy 2 tires. AND they were able to change it in 15 minutes-before I was even able to open my laptop and start working on emails! PATRICK WAS OUTSTANDING! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Had tires replaced, oil change front brakes and ac charged. All in 2 days turn around. Very friendly staff all the way around. Great communication also!

Don't waste your money going to this business. Took my 2008 Honda Element here for an alignment and was told that the passenger rear was maxed out and can't be aligned. Went To T.O. Haas and they aligned my vehicle no problems.

My experience with these guys left me with a mix of feelings. The positives include: - Immediate service without a wait early in the morning - In-stock tires of the required size - Received a discount - The cashier was highly professional and courteous On the downside: - The shop personnel seemed inexperienced and struggled with challenges - Damage to the thread occurred during the service - Lug nuts were removed with an impact gun, causing additional expenses Overall, customer service gets a -5, while the actual service rates a -2.
