Very helpful with Short Notice, it was a Friday evening and I had ran over a nail. They squeezed me in graciously, and were able to help me to get my tire replaced (It was not able to be patched due to location of the nail).

Brought in for alignment. Upon return, received no alignment printout, one of the 4 bolts for my stabilizer bracket is missing, 2 of the remaining 3 are rounded out. Stabilizer bracket was misaligned afterwards causing full driver turning to be impossible. Took a pipe wrench to my tie rod gnawing it excessively when hand turning is possible. Did not align tie tod end with knuckle causing binding I've had alignments and alignment checks 4 times at this location and the tech that did it this time did a HORRIBLE job. I'm not even sure if it was aligned the way I asked because I didn't recieve a printout of the alignment. Instructed them to align within 1/8in and was told "we only align in degrees" like it's not as simple as clicking over to inches vs degrees.

The guys at my local Firestone are always a pleasure to work with. I trust them most with my vehicles because they’ve done excellent work and the prices are fair enough that I feel confident that my money is going to people who do high quality work! They’ve never unnecessarily upsold me on things I didn’t need, they’re always honest if something actually needs doing and have never actually steered me wrong with maintaining my vehicles.

Use to use them a lot stop going there because one of the staff said he did have time to look for my parts for my older vehicle. Sad I done business at Firestone for a lot of years all over the country. Now, I go to the small local auto shops. They will been over backwards for you.

Austin and his team did a great job helping me out in a pinch. I flew in from San Antonio to pick up our car when I realized the alignment was way out. They got me in late on a Saturday and tried to to align the car when they discovered the upper control arm was bad. Unfortunately, the parts stores were closed, but they got it fixed the next week and I was able to pick it up the next weekend. The entire team was great - explaining/showing me exactly what was wrong, trying to come up with options, and even offering to drop us off at a local restaurant for our Uber to pick us up. This almost makes me want to move to Lawton so I can have a mechanic I can trust. Thank you, Austin and Team!

Fantastic customer service every time we go. Have used firestone for years, and their ability to work customers in on short notice, keep adherence to scheduled appointments and fair pricing are all reasons why we won't go anywhere else. Austin, Shane, Davis, as well as the entire staff are always professional, friendly, and make you feel like your needs are important. Everyone is honest and fair dealing. The Lawton location is the best!

The manager of the store is very helpful and friendly. Also, Firestone doesn’t prey on the customer like the dealerships in the area which is why this Firestone is my go to.

They did a good job, my 25 old chevrolet suburban, I didn't know the 1999 chevrolet suburban k1500 LT was a classic. It is a rare one. I spent 1600.00 to have a new power steering gear box replaced, power steering, a ider arm replaced, a pitman arm replaced. I spent 520.00 on a radiator hoses theromast . They told me I need tod rods ,and ball joints, I do believe them , I will have that in the future with them. I brought the surban off my sister for 2000.00, she was not honest with me at all, she lied to me big time. She told me it was a Racket pinning which was not true. I also found out my sister boyfriend rid the radiator hose. Firestone did a good job got a 5 star from me . My sister gets a 0 star from me for dishonest, and deception.

Came in back when i was in the army there they prey on veterans and try to up charge and sell extra work not needed told me i needed a 1500 dollar brake job when i came in just to get new tires i told them no and they kept insisting i couldnt get my car back till it was done i said no and just left dont fall for their lies
