Frank was great; he was friendly, kind, and swift to address my concerns about my vehicle. He put my work order in quickly, and I was on my way out the door to have them work on my vehicle. Frank was also prompt in calling me with recommendations and was a pleasure to deal with. Also, the rest of the staff was great as well; picking up and paying for my vehicle was fast and easy, with no problems at all. Also, it was done the same day as well. This location was fantastic, and I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I came in Saturday morning on my way to a Women’s Ministry event when my tire light illuminated. I was driving out of the area and stopped at Firestone to see if my vehicle was roadworthy. Gowayne checked all four tire pressures and discovered a nail in my front right tire. I didn’t want to risk the chance of driving out of an abundance of caution. Gowayne scheduled the repair for the had the last appointment available. I was very happy and had a peace of mind after it was repaired. The good news is that the same conference is being held in Boulder City this Friday, so I wouldn’t miss out on the scriptural message. Gowayne was very nice, understanding and treated me with dignity and respect. Thank you for having excellent service employees. Agape love and blessings.

I'd give these idiots a 0 if I could. Brought my car in,they tor a axle seal and won't fess up to it. The new axles are junk and all ready falling apart. Bring it back,we don't do seals,nothing wrong with the axles. The seal is the rear mail seal. How does a rear main seal leak transmission fluid. They won't back their work. Stay away from this place they will rip you off,and don't give a shit! Update on my issues. After Frank talked to me,I went back. He had his team replace the seal and one axle. My car is much better now! Thank you Frank,if you didn't talk to me,I wouldn't have gone back. If you ever have a problem here,talk to the Manager Frank,he's a stand up guy!

I've been coming to this Firestone for years and have always had a great experience. I usually call in the morning and request a schedule for my services needed. I don't think I've ever had to wait for more than an hour and a half for my care to be done. I have to say, they once convinced me to get the lifetime alignment and it's well worth it! It paid for itself within a year! Great and friendly staff too!!

Thought I finally found a decent, honest firestone. Bahahahaha. There is no such thing as an "honest firestone." Go find you a mechanic that a friend knows and support your local businesses. These franchises will do nothing but rip ya off and try to tell you what a great deal they are giving ya. If anybody practices law on commercial fraudsters, I have a trail of paperwork receipts and it just don't add up. There's a very strong indication how they methodically charge sur charge, "over charge", even try to blanlty deny coverage, and really make 100 dollar est to a 1000 dollar estimate. ESP when they know you have a line of credit with them.

I was so much disappointed with its service, just brought my old Toyota Camry for oil change believing it was a reliable Auto Shop, however within a week of driving, I noticed some oil drips underneath so I brought it back there for possible backjob that at least, whoever was in-charge that day, would do something about it but instead blamed me for having an old car! That was really an unacceptable reason & I felt embarrassed infront of other staff there...Mr. Frank did nothing to solve my problem as his Mechanic claimed he noticed that leak before he did the Oil Change but NEVER brought to my attention as I was just waiting around the Shop! The mechanic also claimed infront of Mr. Frank that he took pictures of the leak along with the report BUT again, all his claims were all False as nothing was found in the Report I received which highlighted only two (2) major things like the Brake Fluid and Battery - none was mentioned about that Oil Leak which the Shop Mechanic had seen. Unfortunately, I left with great disappointment being my first try to that Shop as it was recommended to me - Mr. Frank did nothing but instead offered me discount on my next Oil Change or oil leak repair worth approx $400!!! - I don't know if he was trying to do business again the fact that he already showed me that he Never Cared about professional Customer service at all! I clearly told that if that Oil Leak was true as seen by his Mechanic named JON, he could have shown it to Mr. Frank & bring to my attention so that I could have decided whether to proceed the Oil Change service or not at all as I had no enough budget to spend on such 'surprises' - but I'm pretty sure, Mr. Frank was really trying to justify something which was actually his fault for not notifying me that Oil Leak on time before his Mechanic did the Oil Change that day. Hope everyone should be careful about bringing your vehicles to this Shop especially old models as you may experience the same disappointment as I had with Mr. Frank & his Staff there. I also told him about the $9.99 Oil Change service coupon which I opted not to take as it may spoil my old car but I chose paying more ($80) believing I would have had better Customer service & support here. Note: I wish I could rate this Shop with 0 Star!

I called at 7am and Frank the manager was awesome and very helpful. He had an appointment open for me on the same day . I Needed a complete set of Firestone tires, he had 3 tires on hand and had the other delivered. Came in got it done and I left completely satisfied. Highly recommend this location. Staff was very helpful aswell never felt any pressure to get any services done. I've been coming here since 2018 always a great experience.

I have gotten tires here, battery, and oil changes done here 3 or 4 times. Always a great experience. They are honest and very friendly. Got me in and out today last minute without an appointment. Even did everything quicker than initially quoted. Will definitely be back!

They lied to me to my face and can’t do a basic oil change. I told them to get the right part, new washer and new drain plug. These must be replaced at every oil change on this particular car. They didn’t. It’s leaking. It’s over torqued. Could have caused permanent damage to the oil pan. So now I’ve got to fix it myself.

Wayne was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment right away. So happy I was able to get in since I was only coming for an oil change and after an inspection discovered a nail in my tire which was unrepairable. Wayne was able to also able to squeeze me in for 2 new tires plus an alignment! Customer Service TOP NOTCH!!! I would refer anyone to go to this location!
