Bought a lifetime alignment and Firestone has the best deal with it comes to Lifetime alignments. Gonna be needing that next few years, every 10K miles. So yeah, super necessary. Came in, and Kuzari Burrell had an amazing vibe. Was nice enough to fit in my car even tho I had no appointments for that time scheduled, he still took it in. and he also got it done fairly quickly, i was surprised seeing how many cars he were there how fast they got it done. This location is awesome. Best service Firestone in Vegas in my opinion.This place is AMAZING. Really appreciate your service on the phone before walking in, Customer attention onpoint. Very friendly. Very clear with communication. Fast. Efficient. And helpful in all areas. Answered all my questions. Great person and great service. Overall, I feel very satisfied with the honesty and service from the personal interaction, to the text messaging, to the call followups letting me know my cars ready, to when i picked up and paid. As well as they updated my information, since I had old information I wanted to update my email address and other things like that. He did it in no time, no hassle, didn't have to "wait for long or anything like that, usually because employees don't know how to" nor having to deal with "having to come back or call again because info wasn't updated correctly". None of that. Instead, they were so knowledgable and quick they updated it in seconds and showed me making sure it was correctly updated by sending me an email receipt right away, knowing he had updated my information correctly. So yeah, i'm SUPER happy customer for that. And by the way, few months ago I came in with a flat low tire pressure, they went ahead and filled them up for me without me having to do it myself. This place is truly great. My go-to now. Also, they have a waiting area with a TV playing and where it's really chill, not crazyloud but perfect for work or just to wait at peace. Thank you, I really appreciate you helping me out today. My car feels MUCH better when driving it now. Honestly. I just drove off from Firestone and thankGod I was able to get this lifetime. I will definitely be coming back MANY more times only to this specific location for the lifetime of my vehicle moving forward. Plan to keep it for 20more years, so yeah. You'll be seeing me more often! This location is the one you should chose to come. They'll take care of you well.

Eddie.. Eddie... I just want to tell you that the best Mechanic in Las Vegas out of all the Firestone Complete Auto Care stores is Eddie And he is located in this store in Lake Mead and Rock Springs. He is the most attentive and honest person I have ever met with a lot of experience. He knows exactly what he is doing and if anything is needed he will let you know and he will not make you waste your money if it is not worth it. He is the best mechanic in all of Las Vegas.

They were extremely nice and efficient! They listened to all of our concerns and addressed them when diagnosing our vehicle. Communication was stellar, they made sure we were updated along the process. Lastly, the car came back to us in a timely matter. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Called to see what oil change prices they had and said that the oil change (conventional) would be $38.99. Came in to get the oil change for my elderly mother and she went to pick up the vehicle. They told her that it would be 80+ because of labor. She complained and they gave her the correct price. She brought the car home and the oil cap was completely broken and oil was leaking from the vehicle. I came back to deal with the situation and the manager said the oil had pressure and broke the cap. The car didn't even go 3 blocks. Then told me the cap wasn't broken. It definitely is. Absolutely livid they would give the car back in this condition and would go out there and overcharge elderly people like that. DO NOT GO HERE.

Came in towards the end of the day with a screw in my tire. Really needed my truck the next morning and they were able to take it in and get it fixed while I waited. This location is the best!

I have been coming to this Firestone location for years. Every visit has exceeded my expectations for customer service! I have only had positive experiences with my vehicles (both routine maintenance and one off issues) Recently I worked with Kuzari, the store manager. He was patient, honest, and thorough. It was the best interaction with a staff member I’ve had while at a Firestone location. Thank you to Kuzari and the whole team!

We were visiting from out of town and our car gave up on us. We brought it in on a Saturday hoping that it was fixable and would get us home. Eddie and his team took fantastic care of us, got the car up and running, and saved our trip back home. Couldn't recommend this shop enough!

I’ve been coming to this location for nearly every car I’ve needed serviced for the past 6 years. Today I drove my car out of the shop and was SHOCKED at how well it handled and the solid feeling of a new alignment. I wanted to take the time to make this review to highlight how much I love the service I’ve been getting here, and hopefully answer any concerns from the other reviews. Wait Time: Appointments will always be completed faster than walk-ins, but they always call to update me on service and anything they found. I’ve dropped off cars overnight in the key drop, walking in, and with online appointments. Every experience has been smooth regardless of how backed up they are. Recommended Service: Initially I practiced healthy skepticism, verifying the recommended service needed to be done and checking that they did the work they promised. In all my years going here, whenever I expressed doubt regarding a repair, the front desk has taken the time to fully explain the reasoning, amount of wear I’m currently at, and possible outcomes for ignoring the service. I have never felt belittled for not understanding something, and I truly appreciate the staff going out of their way to ensure I leave with more knowledge than when I went in. They also are truthful in my air+intake filter status as I replace them myself and they accurately note that they don’t need replacing. Quality of Service: So making the appointment and working with the front desk is easy, what about the car techs? Across 3 cars over 6 years, I’ve only ever had 1 issue - an engine air filter was not fully secured to the intake, took all of 5 seconds to identify and fix myself. They were so apologetic and immediately informed the techs of what happened. Across 6 years, that’s the only issue I’ve had. No lying about repairs, overstating amount of wear, no upselling. I will continue to only use them for my car repairs because they just do business right.

They offer very good prices on lifetime rotation and alignments. They complete their work in a timely manner and let you know when something needs attention. They also offer no interest payments with the Firestone credit card.

Great service and very good prices for their mechanical service. They do a full points check on my vehicle to see if there's anything else that needs while it's in the shop. Great place to take a vehicle. It is hard to find a good shop to take your vehicle out anymore I've been going there for a long time. Have a great day.

Highly recommend! Especially for clueless women! I had nothing done! They refused to take my money because they couldn't find anything wrong with my car AC. Thank you Eddie for being so honest and professional. It's not something we encounter everyday. I will definitely move all my car services to Firestone on 1955 Rock Spring, Las Vegas!

What’s the point of making an appointment if they’re not going to honor or even let you know that they can’t honor it? I waited for 2 hours before I asked for my key back and left. Massive waste of time.

When I was a teen growing up in the 60's in Hollywood, my Dad's go to Tire and Repair Shop was our neighborhood Firestone. He trusted them for more than 20 years. However, as time went on as I began my driving career I found much better prices and reliable service elsewhere. Over the years as their corporate chain grew, I found they became less and less competitive and more & more expensive, way out of my price range. So for the next 45 years I avoided them. Until 2015, when I had a flat, needed new tires and gave them a shot. So I called Firestone nearby. The manager drove to my house, changed the tire, gave me the best price of all their competitors on a set of new ones, treated me like royalty, and made a new loyal customer out of me ever since. Their repair costs are still out of sight, more than 50% higher than my local mechanic, but for tires and service I wouldn't consider buying anywhere else. For Tires and Service, they are the best!

Went in to have a tire that was under warranty replaced as it had a crack in it. They replaced the tire and installed a new TPMS sensor without consulting me and charged an extra $80 for doing so. As far as I knew my TPMS sensor was working fine and didn’t need a replacement. I just wish they’d consulted me first. In retrospect it seems like they were trying to find something to charge me for so they wouldn’t lose out for having to change out a part that was under warranty. $50 for the labor would’ve been fine but the total was $130. I’d hardly call the warranty even worth it at that point.
