The service representative, Dennis, was extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He kept me up-to-date on what was going on and explained everything in detail. He advised me about online coupons and specials I could use to reduce my costs. It's employees like him why I keep coming back to Firestone. They used to have an employee, Shelby, who was equally polite and knowledgeable. This shows me Firestone cares about hiring the very best.

Great service, and they were upfront about costs as well as other maintenance I’ll need done in the future. My driver’s side window was off track and we didn’t even discuss it, but I noticed they put it on track!! I appreciate it! This is now my go to spot for car maintenance.

Took about 5 hours to get brake pads replaced. I was originally told it would only take a couple hours. They kept ordering the incorrect parts. I would not go here. Took 20 mins to check in and 20 mins to check out. Team members were not willing to compensate in anyway for their mistakes. $410 for rear brake pads.

Just came in to Firestone off Durango in a panic as my tire had a screw. Farland was amazing and literally saved the day and fixed my tire. He is an angel on earth.Im leaving to go out of town and he saved the day!!! What a class act! Thank you Farland!! Meg M

They provided real time updates, They did my complete oil change in 45 minutes and my tire was low and they filled it up for me! Overall very impressed with my satisfaction. Quick, easy and very friendly!

Took my car here for breaks and they ended up changing the rotars as well without asking me so that jacked up the price. The next day, my tire sensor went off, my tire started wobbling a little bit, and oil started leaking really bad. Someone thought it was cute to losen the oil filter, possibly disable my tire sensor and misalign my wheel so I'd take it back in. Stop trying to take advantage of people, especially women who you think don't know about cars. Better think twice because you never know. Never taking my car here again.

Edit: This whole “email us at xxxxxx and we’ll help deal with the bad experience” is a total stunt. Been a week and no response to the email they requested my feedback at🤷🏻‍♂️ Be wary of taking any modified vehicles here, even if it’s basic. My Subaru has a one inch lift and high quality Rallitek adjustable control arms and these guys couldn’t align it. I’ve had numerous Firestone’s do it over the years with the same setup, never been an issue. Long story short they wasted three hours of my time waiting for an alignment and they adjusted absolutely zero specs on despite the need. Only revealed that after I asked for the updated ones. I get not wanting to work on modded stuff but don’t waste my time. Nice guys up front for sure but not very straightforward. Highly annoying experience.

I brought my car here to have my breaks checked because they are squeaking and grinding, I sat there and waited, I watched them put my car up on the machine then my car was back down within 5 minutes. I feel like they didn’t really care to check my breaks, a concerned mechanic would’ve drove it to hear the noise I was talking about to kind of get an idea of what I was saying. They didn’t care at all… I would’ve taken it to my shop but enterprise to me I had to go here in order for them to pay if anything was wrong with it. I wouldn’t recommend this shop I’ve been to plenty other shops that took pride in their work and at least act like they cared.

Made an appointment YESTERDAY on my day off when I could afford to have my car in the shop all day. Then last night, Engine light pops on as I was driving to work... They put a faulty part on and they have me sitting here 4 plus hours ....I should of been given some priority. They didn't even pull my car in to look at it for two hours... I won't be coming back here..... Update 10/23/24.. I love that I can leave a better experience... Yes the wait sucked but .. my light came on again. They've been way more patient than I have. They continue to figure out whatever this issue is at no further cost thus far. The mechanics are very nice and I'm changing my negative review into a positive one ❤️

Booked an appointment for an oil change for 11 am. Get a called that morning and asked if I could come in at 1 pm instead b/c they were busy, not a problem. Show up at 1pm, they told me they were running a 2-3 hour wait time, even though it was an appointment. Asked if I could rebook a time when I know I'll be able to get in right away, was told that because of their booking system, there is no guarantee. Went down the street, got in and out in 20 minutes.

Dennis is an absolute professional! He is so cheerful and positive that it rubs off on those he interacts with. He went above for me and mounted a tire for me that wasn’t removed by firestone.

Had an appointment for 10am. Truck did not get pulled in until 1.5 hours later. They don't respect your time. A bunch of kids playing around talking. Shame on you with having people wait so long for a simple service. Poor service here.

I waited over two hours to have my Tire Plugged yesterday. I just called Them to tell them my tire is leaking and they told me it would be about an hour and a half wait. This Place is not customer Friendly and will let everyone know not to go there.

I went in for a slow leak(nail in tire) they said they could patch. I came out buying 2 new tires. I had appt I left car for more than 2 hours, hey asked when i needed car back by and i told them. I had important places to be ontime. I called to check for update and was told they were working on it. I get there and they have me wait and then say they can't patch I need a tire or 4 if I want but 1 forsure. I ended up getting 2 and using uber to get my kids to there appointment due to waiting longer. They could of told me this the time I called 30 minutes before I was to arrive to pick up my car.

Had a very positive experience. Without an appointment, I showed up with a flat tire that needed replacement. The intake was very speedy and smooth, and the work was done in less than an hour. Not only that, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, and I was not leaned on one bit to be "up-sold" anything extra, like more tires or balancing or whatever.

NEVER EVER bring your car here for any type of services. Patrick has terrible customer service and is very rude, he should not be interacting with customers. I paid for a service that was not done correctly. After I had my headlight bulbs replaced by Firestone, my headlights were flickering on and off on the freeway last night, definitely a safety hazard. Patrick was very rude about the entire situation of “making it right” my car is in worst condition now. I have requested a full refund for a job that was done incorrectly which is very unprofessional to let the customer drive away knowing it wasn’t 100% fixed (they removed my retainer for bulbs with the old ones & installed the new one’s without) How do you not notice that the new bulbs are just hanging loose? Hopefully the manager contacts me soon like I was promised. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly. I know cars and have owned many cars in my life, had so many repairs done all over town and the unprofessional service that I received is unacceptable and disgusting. I highly recommend you go elsewhere with your vehicle. Patrick treated me like I was the problem. Zero stars!!

Got a tire rotation and the next day my low tire pressure light turned on. I went to check the tire pressure and realized that two of my hubcaps (which are held on by the lug nuts) were installed wrong. The hubcaps were covering the valve stems and I had to take off all the lug nuts to correct the issue and put air in my tires. I expected Firestone to not make a mistake like this.
