I have to ride the freeway to give a more detail review of the repair, but the service was really cool & quick. Update, 06/08/23. Took my car in for AC service and left with a $1,800+ bill. WTF!!! Yeah my AC is really cold but damn Firestone. REALLY!!. I'm not a car mechanic but it really feels like I got suckered. Had some other simple things done (tire rotation etc.) Vegas heat makes you do desperate things when you don't have AC in your car 😡🤦🏾‍♂️ Firestone is a good place to take your car, at least the one I go to.

Sidewall of my tire was punctured only a short distance from Firestone on South Rainbow. Luis Martinez and the team were very helpful as my Q7 doesn’t come with a spare tire. They agreed to jack up the car while I left to get a spare from home. They were very professional, fast and courteous, rare for most customer interaction we auto shops. Highly recommend you give them your work if your auto needs any attention.

Customer service the best but the guys who every take care my car suck i went there to change all 4 tires and + alinement tires not fill the air correct and my power steering now even straight like before smh 🤦🏻🤦🏻

I was looking for a second opinion and searched for a well known establishment in my area. I went in for a complete care inspection of my Honda Accord EX and called to ask some questions. I spoke to Jay whom was very knowledgeable and patient to answer my many questions, he said he could get me in for a check up on a holiday nonetheless! I came in and spoke with Ben another knowledgeable and polite Tech at the shop and within a couple of hours job was completed. If you are looking for a trustworthy honest establishment with knowledgeable people I highly recommend Firestone on Rainbow.

Customer service is horrible. No employee greets or even cares especially the mechanics. They said they would assist me and I sat in the car for 20 minutes and then when I went to confirm, he just brushed me off. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Don't recommend this business. I was there to change my tires and I had a worst customer service. I could see the tech person was on the phone FaceTime most of the time. Two and a half hours later I finally got my jeep back. It was just a horrible experience. The service person told me to email me the receipt but I never received one. I do not go back to the business again.

Extremely high prices. They wanted to charge me $640 to replace some tire pressure sensors. I got them off Amazon for $15 each and had them installed for $100 with a mechanic I found on Yelp. I know they have to make a profit but their prices are crazy.

Came in today for my tires to be replaced, Carl was the mechanic helping me. I could tell he was busy but he was quick to assist me and get my car on the rack. The service itself was quick and an easy experience with great customer service from everyone in the front as well. I’m happy I found them!

I came in with a crazy engine noise and zero oil. Carl helped me out and did a full oil change and diagnostic on my car. Incredibly thankful for honest mechanics.

I have come to this location for years because I had assumed they were honest. I have a fleet vehicle so should be very straight forward. I dropped the vehicle off as they are usually slow with completion and busy with lots of vehicles. Not the issue. So I get an email telling me all these things that were wrong with my vehicle. I called to check and they stated they had submitted to be approved by the fleet manager. I called the fleet manager to help move things along and they mentioned that they were submitting for all this work that didn't make sense. Things like brakes, tires and other things. Mind you I had just had brakes replaced 5k miles before. They wanted to over charge by double for control arms compared to msrp with Nissan, even though that was not the deal with the fleet manager. The fleet manager said he had tried to call the shop multiple times to get more info and they didn't answer the phone. So I called the shop several times until I got through. Told them to follow up with the fleet manager to give them the info needed. He said he was going to. They called me back and said my vehicle was ready and I asked what they did. He said they backed everything out and just did the oil change. I asked why they didn't do their part and give the fleet manager the info they needed, I also asked why they were submitting for work that should have been under warranty. He said he needed to talk to the shop owner Dan and would call me back. When he did he said that they had made a mistake and had the exact same kind of car and mistakenly used the inspection from that car with mine, even though the pictures were of my vehicle. He said they would do a manual inspection the next day. How dumb do they think I am. They were caught in a lie and are very dishonest. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND OVERCHARGED!! Remember I have nothing to lose as my vehicle was a fleet vehicle so I didn't have to pay anything.

I just needed a flat repair they didn't take me in right away, they asked me to do an appointment which I did for next Monday at 3 pm, when I got there they say there's no appointment for 3, they made by mistake at 9 am

I stopped at Firestone Complete Auto Care due to an alert icon showed up on my dashbard. Mr Luis Martinez approached me and asked what I was needing. I've explain my issue. With no time he offered his assistance, added air into my tires and spent time explaining my how to do things on my computer screen. It was above expectations and from now on I'll always visit only this particular place. Thank you Mr. Luis Martinez for your assistanse

I went to this Firestone a few years ago for a tire rotation. A simple tire rotation. I marked my tires and sure enough when I went to pick it up they didn’t move them. And they collected money as if they did. When I asked to speak to the guy who did the rotation he came out and then goes “ohhh” yeah in that car I couldn’t because the tires didn’t have enough tread. Then why charge? I didn’t even bother arguing further. Just said I’d never come back. Fast forward a few years I bring my sons 4Runner in for an alignment and same exact thing. They don’t do it, still charge and make some bs excuse about the rack an pinion not being centered. Bunch of amateurs work here and it’s no wonder they can’t get jobs at a real shop. They’ll be stuck messing peoples cars up and still charging. Crooks!

This place is the worse of all the places I have ever been. First we had appointment for battery change that they said will take 30min max and they kept me there for 2:30min and I had an infant with me. Not just that they put my battery into some ones else car😂😂 and they are so unprofessional all they do is go in and out. My suggestion is to fire all the workers and start fresh. They are too comfortable there. Never go here!!!!
