The associates were very professional from the moment I walked into the store. I explained I was there for an alignment and they immediately looked up my customer information and took my truck in. After the alignment they explained that they had performed a check and that my battery had some corrosion that needed attention. They provided me with an email PDF of the with done and the results of the alignment as well. Great job!!!

I had a slow leak on a tire that I couldn’t find. Firestone was the only place open in my area on Sunday. They were very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, I had to take my vehicle to another place the next day, no fault of Firestones. But they still took the time to look for the leak, show me where they believed it to be, and made sure to put extra air in my tire to help me make it to the other location. This place made me feel like they care for their customers.

We came in bright and early at 7am and 2nd in line, everything was fine, nothing out of the ordinary, where problems began to arise was when called about 5 hours later to check the status of my car, for an oil change and tire rotation, that it was up next, then I called again 3 hours later and said that it was up next, I called again 2 hours later and they said that it was in the bay, and that it would be another hour, I didn’t get my vehicle back until 11 hours after we dropped it off, was told that they were short staffed and only had 1 technician in the back, to my surprise, clearly, more than one person working in the shop, and to find out they did not do the tire rotation, and on top of that, not even the courtesy to leave my car in the front parking lot, they made me go to the back of the shop to pick it up myself.

Overall,great job. My visit was fir computer reset due to brake pads work. Truck went in late Saturday and ready by Monday noon. A courtesy call would have put the cherry on top.

Just got out of there and left very satisfied. Ivan and Co checked and fixed my issue with absolutely no charge. They are honest Before taking it here, I took it for the same problem somewhere else and they wanted to charge me 1800 for shocks that it doesn't need. I appreciate the fact that Firestone fixed the problem (tighten bolts on sway bar links) and did not charge me Thanks guys Will definitely continue to be a customer here

This tire shop did amazing, they do almost every service for your car. Alignments, fluids, tires, oil changes, etc. I would recommend it if you don’t like taking your car from shop to shop to get different things done. The update they did to the store looks great.

Wow ! visited this location August 27,2024 and I loved it! They really stepped up their game in this store from February, the last time I was here . They have remodeled the lobby , it is really modern and clean . They Even have a table for customers to wait and charge your phones or electronic devices. I'm a realtor so having a table to sit and work with my laptop was perfect while I waited for my car to get serviced ! I was very impressed and the customer service was excellent as well. Definitely recommend this Firestone location

After waiting for 2 hours for a break inspection, I was given a $1,500 quote for rear breaks. The receptionist told me 3 times that Toyota parts were very expensive. Luckily, I had already gotten 3 other quotes and I took my vehicle to Toyota. I was charged $279. This place wants to take advantage of female customers, because I was given a list of other things that needed to be done on the breaks. I was asked if I knew what that was more than once. I don't trust this place at all. SHAME ON YOU FIRESTONE!!!!!!!

Dishonest people & business Took in for wheel balancing alignment and oil change, was charged nearly $500. Wheels were not balanced and wheel was shaking (original problem) and tried to get me to buy new tires from them. Find an honest mechanic & avoid at all costs

Hours show open at 7am, I show up at 7:45 and the employees were sitting out front. I waited 20 minutes, but still no show. Whoever is in charge of this location obviously doesn't care about their customers.

I went in at 7:30 AM for an oil change, tire rotation (free), and alignment (free). My care was supposedly ready at 3:30. I paid and when I got to my car, I noticed that the tire rotation was NOT done. I went back and talked to manager. He apologized and personally took my car to get the tire rotation, I am wondering if I got the alignment, which I couldn't tell. I can just imagine the number of customers that DO NOT get the service that they request. I have been a customer for a long time, but now I will NEVER go to to a Firestone. That store is LOSING customers left and right!

Staff made me feel welcomed. When being served, the staff received a phone call, answered the call and informed the caller to please hold until he could finish with my service order. The alignment done to my truck was done within a reasonable amount of time; less than 90 minutes.

I called and spoke to the service representative named Julio and told him I needed to drop off my car on Friday afternoon for a diagnostic and needed it back by Saturday morning. He said it would not be a problem and would definitely have it ready on Saturday. I dropped off my car on Friday and called in the afternoon to check on the status of the diagnostic and Julio said to call at 9:30 in the morning and it would be the first vehicle they will look at and he would provide me with the results. I called at 9:30 am Saturday morning and he told me “the mechanic was working on it as we speak and would have an answer for me shortly.” After not hearing back I drove out to the shop and my vehicle was in the same spot where I parked it the day before no one had looked at it apparently. I went inside to speak with Julio and asked him if he had taken a look at my vechicle and he said no. There were other customers with the same issue wanting to know why they would lie to the customer by telling them they were actively looking at your vehicle when in fact they are not. This is by far the worst customer experience and would never recommend them to family or friends. Had they been honest from the beginning this may have been a different review.

The Team at Firestone Complete Auto Care McPherson location are very professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and understanding. Service Advisors Ivan and Benito were very helpful, accommodating and thoroughly explained what was discovered during the courtesy checks, what work was needed and an accurate estimate of charges for the work and parts. My family and I are very happy and satisfied with the first class service offered by this Team.

Was told it would be an hour wait for my car to be ready so i decided to stay and wait but it ended up being over 2 hours so I could have left and come back. So inconsiderate of my time, just be honest with it. Was here for almost 4 hours and I had an appointment. It gets two stars because the guy at the desk was kind but he could have been straight up with me about the wait time so I am not wasting my whole Sunday morning here waiting

My car was broke down and I was getting towed to a shop I called this location and asked if they could replace my fuel pump before getting towed there the guy on the phone said yes bring it in. When we arrived with the car the idiot I talked to says oh my mechanic is off the next couple of days it will be Friday before we can look at it I asked him why didn't you tell me this before I got the car towed here he just looked at me with a dumbfounded look on his face! What a idiot! I was there out of town working I don't Wana sit around for 2 days

OK customer service. The gentleman there tried to encourage me to drop off the car rather than wait on it. The bathroom is disgusting though. It's shared male/female and reeks of urine
