This time I had a good experience with this Firestone. I have not had good experiences in the past with other Firestones, but this time I did. The man that helped me was very informative and he came over and let me know what was going on with my car and what needed to be done. His name was Wayne. GH

If I could give less than one star I would. Complete worst Firestone ever been to. Had appointment for 3pm, drop off car. Nothing at all was said about any delay or running behind. Returned 3 hrs later and nothing was even done, but yet was about to charge me over $300 for no work done. Only answer the “Manager” can say is they have been busy,, then why take the car?!? Or better yet tell your customer or even don’t do appointments. Bunch of 🤡. Don’t waste your time on a business that doesn’t care. Too many other shops to settle for those guys.

Hit a pot hole on the interstate blew out 2 tires we limped to the auto care store on Clinton hwy and they were able to replace all of our tires same day luckily we work at firestone and received a discount on the tires.

Easy to book an appt, and was welcomed with a friendly face at check in. I brought a book and relaxed in the waiting area while my vehicle was worked on. The price was right for the fix my vehicle needed today. I was given suggestions for more services in the future. Not pushy at all, and I appreciated that so much! Very impressed by this crew and location. I’ll definitely be back for future needs.

Fellow by the name of Chris stated they don't do pre purchase inspections here but the Firestone on Kingston Pike does do them. I don't know why this location doesn't do such an inspection but other locations and shops do. Mr. Chris stated something about too much liability to do a pre purchase inspection. It's not the fact that they don't do pre purchase inspections it was Chris' "We-don't-do- that-get-the-hell-out-of-my-shop" come off attitude..

Fui hoy en la de Clinton tuve que pagar casi 22 dólar para que me checara una llanta pero tengo seguro por vida mis llantas el del servicio es extrictamente no tiene ni amabilidad nada ase 2 meses fui me atendió otro muchacho fue muy amable te explica todo cuanto va pagar hasta te pregunta si has pago el seguro de las llantas para no pagar otra pero este señor que me atendió sin respeto así es mejor ir a otro lado checar las llantas

The shop manager was wonderful when i told him of my problem with my breaks.. They assessed the problem and fixed it with in hours. they were friendly and professional

Chris was fantastic. He got us in early morning without an appointment to replace some dangerously worn out winter tires that almost caused us to crash during heavy rains leftover from hurricane Helene. Super nice and professional and he even gave us a lift back to our hotel. It's been awhile since I bought from Firestone/ Bridgestone but very happy with the new tires and he absolutely earned a customer for life. If you have a kid in college at UT and need a shop you can really trust, don't hesitate to send them here. Thanks again Chris!

I bought tires here a while back and when I took it back in for the routine balance that comes complimentary, I received new tires which was April 2022. Because those original tires were warped. Some sort of manufactured defect. I work from home. These replacements were 50k mile tires. I put 17k or so on them and I’m now being told I can warranty out those tires for appx $300 and get new ones. I have used less than a third , but being charged more than a a third of the price . I’m not ok with that . Do better. Back your recommendations. Give me the 50K miles. You are Losing a long time customer due to the quality of the service and quality of the tire.

The quality of work completed and the conversation I had after the work was completed with the mechanic were all top notch and 10 out of 10.I come from a family of mechanics so we're not very trusting of who works on our vehicles but I can say that I would gladly bring myself back to this Firestone location for work to be done in the future.

*BE AWARE* If you take your vehicle here to be looked at for an oil leak I HIGHLY suggest to steer clear of this place!! I dropped my vehicle off on last Saturday and after inspection of 2 hours they called to say it was a rear main seal and said it was a big job which I understood but was also told that it shouldn't be later than Wednesday for it to be completed. I called on Monday to touch base and check in and while doing so I was told it had not been started yet and that it probably wouldn't be done until Friday or possibly into the next week. I was a little upset hearing this as this is a 8.7 hour job and I had already made commute accommodations. I then asked when the job might be started so that I could plan ahead for transportation and was told by Chris whom doesn't have much customer service skills in the slightest that the job would be started whenever the tech was there. I understood that, but the mis communication was a sever set back for me and they clearly do not care if you leave there unsatisfied. I get a call on Wednesday to be notified that the job was finally started after having the vehicle sitting for 3 days. Thursday I get another call saying they had to order another seal and recieved another call on Friday stating it might not be finished until Monday. This alone was frustrating, but the real kicker here is after having the vehicle for a week I get the phone call today that they changed rear main seal along with another seal for it to still be leaking and they don't know what it is and referred me to take it to a dealership. My time was completely wasted here and considering my experience they truly do not know what they are doing and honestly the worst first impression I've ever had at any shop. I picked up my vehicle today and my battery light is on, so I can only hope and pray they did not mess something up. The only good thing I can say about this low quality place is that fortunately they did not charge me because they weren't able to fix it and clearly did not want to get down to the issue and called it quits. So if you have read this far into my review I'm warning you to not take your vehicle here for an oil leak issue, they do not hold enough knowledge or work ethic in this area of their poorly ran business.

Do not go here made an appointment to look at my car and they told me it wouldn’t happen today after already making an appointment asked me to come in on Monday and I can’t because of work I offered to wait and to pay whatever I had to for them to just look at i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone hopefully that’s not how they treat other people. Chris is terrible at his job and should find a different one. Terrible customer service.

I've always been happy with the service! However, the prices are extremely EXORBITANT!!! The highly inflated charges for parts is unreasonable, labor charges seem fair. In past I've elected to do some repairs myself after being quoted by Firestone.

My fiance turned my car into a Dollar General and somehow popped both right side tires. Luckily I was able to get the car towed here and this Firestone was amazing. They had me in and out in under 2 hours with no appointment at all!
