I had an appointment scheduled at 10 am I had to sit there past closing time to get my car finished. My pregnant fiancé even ended up having to take the bus and walk to the shop because I couldn’t pick her up. There were several other angry and irate customers. Just completely unacceptable for a business to be run in that manner.

I went to the Firestone location in Kent, WA to make an appointment for new tires on my car. Surprisingly I was able to receive service the same day. Heavenlylee, the lady at the service desk, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I also received a ride to and from my home while the work was being done. Excellent work on my car and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Excellent staff and pretty speedy repairs I've gotten my control rods, brakes, filters, battery and some other odd and ends done for my car here and the staff is friendly and entertaining when waiting, they offered food and drinks very kind. Pretty satisfied with the work done here thank you to the hard working staff here 🙏

5 stars for excellent customer service and effort! unfortunately was unable to locate the leak I had but it wasn't for the mechanic's lack of trying! I saw he was putting some great effort to determine why my car had a leak. I appreciated it and the staff was great to work with. I still have the leak sadly so I have to continue investigating but for any other maintenance, I will consider coming back! thanks!

In the past. I've bought 3 sets of (4) new tires from this facility. One for my Tundra, one for my Corolla, and one for my Camry. I noticed the tire pressure light came on for my new HR-V. I called to see if they could check ✔️ if there's a nail or something causing the tire pressure light to turn on. Their response was, "Since my HR-V wasn't registered in their system, it'll cost me $39.99 to check them." I will never return back to Firestone. Totally lost my business. feeling very disappointed. SMDFH 🤬🤬

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this tire shop. I made an appointment for a simple tire rotation, which typically takes less than 30 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours without a single update from the staff. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t respect your time? The lack of communication and disregard for customer schedules is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had an appt at 3pm did not get my car back at 645pm. Oil change and car care package. They did not get my car in the bay til after 5. They said they rotated my tires but did not. The same valve with no cover was still in the same spot. They did not reset my oil light. While I was there waiting there were 2 customer complaints. I will not be going back to firestone.

Worst Company Alive, do not go there, they will make your car worse and you will lose THOUSANDS of dollars. They will give you the run around and never help you. DO NOT GO HERE TO ANY LOCATION!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! They don't even deserve ONE STAR!

Felt well taken care of throughout my stay there. Heavenly did a great job of keeping me updated (I waited on site), applied as many coupons as she could to help reduce the price (brakes & scheduled maintenance), which I greatly appreciated. She also navigated a flood of walk-in customers plus those on the phone, as well as an IT glitch that necessitated calling the Help Desk. She handled the multiple things thrown at her with patience and grace, maintaining an even keel throughout. Whatever you’re paying her it’s not enough, she deserves a raise!

In today's world, finding any type of car repair can bring fear to the soul! My recent experience at Firestone in Kent relieves me of any future anxiety. From beginning to end, write-up to payment, customers are provided every means possible, including pictures, to know they're not getting the shaft! I love the place, and will return, minus any anxiety, for any future needs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Not sure how this store can have a 3.5 star rating. Absolutely no customer service!! Not willing to listen to the customer about their own car! Manager Heavenly and Coby/Toby will NOT listen to a highly qualified technician or the owner of the car! The ‘senior’ mechanic, is clueless on 90’s Honda’s and won’t listen either! The people think they are all that and a bag of chips! They ARE NOT! This is the 5th run in with customers that I know of at my business. From scratching rims, leaving a classic car open and unlocked by the Main Street along with breaking the wing window pivot. Closing early for a shop meeting and having to beg to get the car, and another instance letting a car go out with virtually no brakes after a brake bleed procedure. Whatever you do, look elsewhere for your repairs!!!!

The work is great, I trust them, and they are always willing to answer my questions. But! The work always takes a little longer than they estimate. I bring a book. This location has been excellent for the last 3 years that I have lived in the area. HeavenLee, in particular, is always friendly and professional. She is busy, but takes time to explain problems in detail and has been very accurate in her estimates of repairs and costs. I always feel respected and valued at this store.

Very disappointed in the service. We have been a customer of the Kent location for over 20 years and their customer service has never been this bad. We are in our 80's. Last Saturday I had a tire that was very low. I went where I had bought the tires and asked they to please check the pressure in them. The young man checked them all and said he could not hear a leak from the very low one. He did not offer to take the tire off and check it or even to have me move so he could check for what might be causing the tire to deflate. I asked what he suggests I do if the tire goes down when I am home. He said to find some way to put air in the tire and drive slowly to their store. I went to use the car Monday for a Doctor's appointment and it was flat. I have no way of putting air in the tire. I called AAA and they came out and removed the tire. Once the tire was off the car we could see a screw in the middle of the tread. I had someone drop off the flat to the store. When it gets fixed I will need to find a way to get it home and install it. I jst consider this VERY poor customer service. This is the 3rd problem I have had with this new management. Once they charged me for work not authorized (I did get a refund after 18 months) and they charged me for replacing a tire with 750 miles on it (again after a lot of hassle they did credit me for the charges)

Firestone made my experience getting new tires a very easy process. The associate found me the best deal and had my car ready to go same day as I dropped it off. She was very helpful and pleasant with addressing all my needs and questions. I will be taking my vehicles here for any service of fire needs we have.

Quoted $700 for front brake job WITH a $60 off coupon for a 16 year old Nissan hatchback. Monitor showed the service write up to include 4 or 5 things that I not only did not ask for, but are not even required when doing front pads. Multiple "warranty" items, new rotors, fluid changeout... I laughed and left. Can't imagine how many idiots they get locked in with this kind of tactic. Called 5 minutes down the road to a competitor and was given a quote that was half the price for the same work. I ended up buying pads and rotors for $95 shipped and swapped myself in 20 minutes. I understand the necessity of upselling but their structure is pure gouging. The girl at the counter also had an attitude and spoke to customers the same way you would address a misbehaving child. Kinda caught me off guard a bit.

This location provides good service given its somewhat sketchy location* and chronic understaffing. Kudos to Heavenly (sp?) and James, our technician, for giving honest wait times and detailed service explanations. Problem was fixed for a reasonable price. *a lot of the sketchiness stems from the shuttered business complex next door. But let's be honest, in general we like it gritty in Kent and that's the cost of keeping the snobs out.

Firestone has been the only company to change my oil for years. Today they tell me that the last person to do it (Firestone) stripped and cracked my oil pan and that it would be 700 to replace. They told me it was their fault and wouldn't do anything to help.

I had an appointment for an alignment, and I don't think I've ever seen a more capable and customer helpful desk agent and store manager than Heavenlee. She was on top of everything! Not just with me, but with every phone call and in-person customer the morning of my visit. I was in and out within 45 minutes! Ken, my alignment specialist - I watched him work from afar, and he was meticulous in all he did. Truly excellent!

None of the troubleshooting was performed or noted in documents. The car went in for troubleshooting on a wheel and left with merely fluid and filter changes. Specifically requested WHEEL BALANCING and an ALIGNMENT, but none was performed. No post inspection discussion was offered. Even closing documents were not available and visible prior to digitally signing for payment. The invoice shows that signature having accepted services provided in full. Diagnostics only performed to extent of common speedy profitabilty. None of the requested concerns addressed or even noted.

Shout out to Heavenlee who provided excellent customer service 2 weeks ago to all the walk ins and phone calls I heard during my time waiting in the lobby while an alignment was done on my car. It was a super busy afternoon, and she handled it all very well and was calm, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and quick. She did not get flustered and kept calm through it all and handled each situation very well. She took great care of everyone. She was a rock star!

Took my car to get a hole in my tire repaired. They told me they were low staffed with one mechanic working, which I understand. They called me approximately 7 hours later to tell me they couldn’t get my tire off because one of the lug nuts was stripped. Thought that was weird since Les Schwab didn’t have an issue getting it off. I go pick up my vehicle and they tell me they can’t repair the tire anyway because I would need a new tire. (Which is okay, their job to sell tires so I understand that.) but then they hand me one of the lug nuts from my wheel and told me it broke off while they trying to tighten the lug nuts on there. Safe to say this was my first and last time going to Firestone. 🚮 👎🏾

I had an emergency and Firestone was able to get me in that same day. I’ve been a Firestone customer for more than 25 years and have seen their integrity and quality service. They’re always thorough and don’t scam you into getting services done that you don’t need.

Went with my dad to go change the tires for our truck, straight to the point, very fast and easy process, would invite the staff for bbq and drinks because of how chill they are 👌 good place
