I spent two hours getting an alignment, and the vehicle pulled to the right. I came the next day and spent more hours. They wouldn't do anything to speed up or acomidate. Bad customer service and I hope that I will get the vehicle driving straight after the second time. Update the next day: They gave me the vehicle last night after the second appointment and couldn't figure out why it is pulling to the right. Complete disaster, I am making an appointment at the dealer because I don't believe these guys can do an alignment

I took my car in for big fix, needed all 4 cylinders replaced, and I was told my struts needed to be replaced, as if I wasn’t spending $1,000+ already. After getting a diagnostic for $220, I was shoved out the door with my report because I wanted to get it looked at elsewhere before committing to $1,400. Long story short, take your car across the street to Midas. This firestone will charge you $220 for a diagnosis, and if you’re not paying more then the employees have no interest in talking with you about your diagnostic report. Constant looking for up-charges and no payment options because they want to sell you on a credit card. 2 stars because if you’re in a desperate situation, they’re open Sunday but like i said, take it to Midas and get 90 days to pay it off without the up charges.

It was pretty easy to get the vehicle in and work done on it. I dropped the car off because they were extremely busy. They told me what time it would be before I could get it. They were almost correct on the time, few minutes before the time they gave me.

At least 4 guys doing nothing, thats why they needed 2 HOURS to fix a flat tire and trying to charge $50…. The guy on the corner fixed it in a good 15 min and i paid $12!

The service was fantastic, but their online booking system is a bit outdated. They show availability on the day, but you never get confirmation. When you call, they’ll set you up a couple of days later and say they’re completely booked out. And they still don’t accept Apple Pay or any contactless payments. It’s almost the middle of the 21st century, and they’re still living in the late 80s? I’m a returning customer, but I just wanted to give the management team a friendly heads up that you might want to update your system.

I went to pick up my car after they installed the new tires. Was waiting there for 20 min for check out no one showed up, after that employee name Tyler came by 3 times but completely ignored me finally I asked him I am here to check out and pick up my car .. he made me feel like I made a biggest mistake of life by asking him … he said only one person can do it but I fortunately he is in bathroom. His attitude was very rude. Customer service was not good at all. Tyler need to learn how to talk to customers. He is very very rude person. This is second time happened to us.

They sold me a rear reverse bulb and said they replaced it however, the bulb was not replaced. Horrible attitudes from every mechanic at the shop. Will not return. I also asked them to replace my wiper blades, and they told me they were fine despite there being an obvious tear in both wiper blades.

Don’t recommend this place! Sept 13, 2024. I booked a state inspection online and I was informed on a call its first-come, first-served basis & inspector will be there from 8 AM, I showed up around 8.15 & to be informed inspector won’t be there until 9.30/9.45 and I won’t get the inspection done for next 2 to 3 hours. Bad service, I wouldn't recommend this place. Imagine a small service is handled this way, how other services will be dealt.

First off the car was done way too fast. Leaving here, my car sounded like metal rubbing on metal at the speed of 40. Took it back after hearing this and seeing that our hub cap was broken where it’s supposed to latch on to the rim. We asked who fixed our car and were told the lead man did and he would be the one to re work on it. We were told they would give us a call back about reimbursement for our hubcap only if the lead man admitted to breaking it. Never got a call back. Our hubcap flew off on the highway. Before leaving the first time we asked why our car was making this rattling noise when we turned on AC. The guy told us it was nothing to worry about, just normal wear and tear noises. It’s still rattling. Update: a month later and the cars front wheels are wobbly and I hear my breaks when I slow down (all reasons we took the car in). Paid over $1000 and I regret coming here! I will be emailing the company to see what can be done.

I had a very disappointing experience with Firestone, despite having a lifetime warranty on my car's alignment. I visited on a Saturday, august 17,2024and they told me they were too busy to take my car and asked me to come back Sunday since it's first come, first served. I dropped off my car at 11:30 AM on Sunday, but the staff was very unhelpful, simply saying they'd "try to get to it." When I returned at 4:30 PM, my car hadn't even been touched. To make matters worse, a customer who had just walked in was prioritized, and they immediately started working on his truck. When I confronted the staff about this, they responded unprofessionally, accusing me of having an attitude. This experience was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. This person name is won or that what he claims -

I recently had a very frustrating experience at this tire shop. I purchased and had a tire replaced, but I was informed that the TPMS sensor was broken. Given that the sensor was in working condition before bringing in the car, I believe it might have been broken during the replacement. Despite that, I requested that the TPMS be replaced as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part in stock and assured me they would call me once everything was ready to address the issue. After waiting for almost a month without receiving any call, text, or email, I decided to visit the shop to follow up. To my surprise, they had not prepared what was required to address the issue. Instead, they directed me to a dealership, claiming the part was not available because it was fairly new and not on the market. However, upon visiting the dealership, I learned that the part was indeed available, even from third-party suppliers. The dealership also mentioned that the tire shop should have addressed the issue, as it might have been caused by the party who worked on the vehicle. I am extremely frustrated by this entire ordeal. Not only did I have to wait for an extended period, but I also had to make multiple trips, wasting my time and effort. To make matters worse, the tire shop falsely claimed they had called me and that the part was unavailable. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Tyler alligned my car today. This young man was very kind and did not make me feel pressured to fix anything with my car. I had an appointment at 9 for allignment and left a little after 10. The time seems reasonable. Car feels much better after allignment and I was pleased with Tyler’s service. Thanks!

We brought my step son’s truck in to have the ac repaired. They kept it overnight and when the truck was ready to be picked up; they charged me $315 and the ac was not working.. We went back inside and let them know that it still was not working..they told us to keep it for 3 days bc they were running a dye test.. I brought it back in a few days later, mthey called to tell me it was ready.. they said that the ac was fixed.. However, while the vehicle was in their care, the check engine light came on.. they said that it wasn’t their fault, but that they could run a diagnostic to figure out why it came on, but they wew going to charge me for it.. absolutely unacceptable!!!! The manager and staff were very rude and got an attitude.. I have used other locations and had no issues, but this location was terrible.. I will not be using this location again..

Walked in around 10:30AM asking for a wheel alignment, was told it would take 1-2 hours and should be done by 12:30 latest. Fast forward 4 hours later at 2:30PM they are barely pulling my car into the garage. I have had several people come in after me and left before me. This service is not great at all, definitely recommend a different shop.

Today, I went for a state inspection and was informed it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. However, even after waiting for two hours, there were no signs of my vehicle being inspected. It seems you do not manage capacity well or only accept as many vehicles as you can promptly serve and set the right expected completion time. This resulted in a wasted two hours of my time today. I am very disappointed with the poor service and lack of commitment and will not be recommending this station.I believe you deserve a "0" rating, but unfortunately, there's no option for that. Therefore, I'm giving you a 1-star rating

My husband is an former ASE certified technician and he took his car here for an oil change, tire rotation and an alignment. It took 5 hours and they didn't even rotate the tires. They tried to sell him new tires without telling him the tread so he measured his tires at home with a tread depth gauge and he was at 7/32. New tires were NOT needed. Will not be going back be careful of needless up selling.

They moved my car 10 feet into the bay and back into the parking lot for a state inspection and felt it necessary to adjust every setting of my seat. I can't get it comfortable again. Worst day of my life.

Would have given a zero if I could. Got a flat tire while on vacation in TX. Called a day ahead and we were told that they would order a tire for us and it would be in the following morning. Even scheduled us an appointment. Get to the place the following morning and no tire was ordered. So we are currently stranded 6 hrs from home on Memorial Day with no tire, and because it’s a holiday, no one else is even open.

I called 43 minutes prior to arrival for 130 on Sunday, May 5. I arrived early, I spoke to Wyatt in the phone to complete state inspection. Mr. Wyatt said come on in we will take care if you. Upon entering the red headed lady who's name I didn't get turned me away after finishing with another customer. She said that the inspector is at lunch, and questioned if I came to the correct Firestone? After checking my phone number and address with the dialed number she said that was 43 minutes ago, things change, she still couldn't help me, or rather by the tone of her voice and body language didn't want too. I wouldn't recommend getting any type of auto care at this location, I don't appreciate being spoken to in a con-descending manner, or supporting a business that allows their workers to speak to potential customers in that way.
