I highly recommend this shop for repairs to your vehicle. I needed a 4 wheel alignment on my vehicle & shopped around for pricing. Firestone had the best pricing on the service I needed, so I decided to give them my business. Was greeted professionally by the service advisor Milton. After the service was performed, Milton explained to me in great detail what caused the issue to begin with & what all was done to correct it. Very knowledgeable, professional & helpful advisor.

Went to replace a tire, rotate tires and perform alignment. A few days afterwards, two of my other tires magically had low air, took it back and was told the tires had side damage and needed to replace them with new ones. Not trustworthy business.

I dropped this vehicle off and told them that I didn't need it until the next day. However apparently they put a rush on it. I picked it up 30 minutes before closing in the dark. Was getting on the freeway to have something slide up from my hood onto my windshield and over the top. Immediately pulled over and had to run back to find this trim piece that was not reinstalled. Apparently it was sitting above, or in front of the windshield wipers. Now it's missing a piece because of course it got ran over. This isn't a show car but that carelessness demonstrated a lack of respect. This is not the first time I have had to take this car back to have things that were improperly reassembled corrected after work. I have had O2 sensors that were not plugged in, and then the car had to be reset when reconnecting was not enough.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Auto Care location today. I walked in today to dropped my car off for a tire alignment at 7:45 AM, expecting the necessary service to be carried out promptly. However, to my surprise, when I returned to the location at 12:30 PM, my car had not been attended to at all. Given that the car was at your facility for nearly five hours, it is incredibly frustrating to see no action had been taken during that time. This lack of communication and delayed service is disappointing, as I had trusted your team to take care of my vehicle in a timely manner. I don’t recommend it this location for anyone think his car will be done within one hour.

Go with Genesis!! She was very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile for me. I’ve been to this location before and have felt that this location is mediocre, so it was a nice surprise to see genuine customer service. The only critique I have is that the tv is exceptionally small for the waiting room, I mean that thing has got to be under 20”, so please get a bigger tv, they’re dirt cheap nowadays.

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change for my SUV on Saturday. I received an automated text message saying I would get a follow-up confirmation, but that never came. I called Firestone on Saturday morning to follow up, only to be told they would need to reschedule me for the following Thursday. They need to find a better way to handle appointments and offer immediate confirmation or availability updates. Highly disappointed in this experience.

Beware, if you schedule an appointment it doesn’t mean anything here at all and you will wait the same amount of time regardless of whether you have one or not, which will be 3 or 4 hours. Appointments should be given priority over any other vehicle. This is how it works everywhere else except apparently this place. This is unacceptable customer service.

This Firestone location has been a consistent disappointment. Recently, I found myself going back and forth between Firestone and my trusted mechanic. Time and again, Firestone recommended repairs that were either unnecessary or could be completed by my mechanic for a fraction of their quoted price. Frankly, I felt scammed by their inflated estimates and questionable recommendations. It’s clear this location prioritizes upselling over providing honest, reliable service. I’ll be avoiding Firestone in the future and strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to their costly recommendations.

The lifetime wheel alignment is what brought me to Firestone. Good move because now I will end up getting my tires for all four vehicles there when I do the alignments. NTB used to get my business, but they did away with the 3-year and 5-year alignment. I want to keep my tire rotation and balance alongside realignment. I do not want to go to different places.

When I made an appointment online 2 days in advance, I was told someone would reach out to confirm the appointment. Nobody did, and when I called the morning of the appointment to verify, they didn’t have the tire, but he said he’d get it from another store and call me that day when he had it. I never got a call, and called the next morning. He said he forgot to call and he still didn’t have the tire, but he’d call to see when it’d get there. He called back an hour later and said it would be there in 20-30 minutes, it didn’t get there for another hour. When I got there I was told it would take an hour MAX to get my car in and change the tire. It ended up taking over an hour and a half. The work itself was fine, but with the terrible communication and incorrect information, I’ll never go back to this Firestone

After the experience I had at your Katy mills location in Katy, Robert specifically, I didnt want to do business with Firestone any longer. They had two opportunies to fix my vehicle AC system and failed each time. However, they were more than happy to ignore my experience on cars and charge grossly for services not needed. So the five stars are specific to switching to the Cinco Ranch off S Fry and it made me remember why I chose Firestone. Eddie and the team all were courteous, informative, professional, and experienced. They actually listen and it felt like talking to a family member. thank you to Eddie and the team for a job well executed. I hope you can go train the Katy Mills location -Taylor Kapp

I’ve been going to this Firestone for a couple of years now and I’ve had nothing but a great experience. Very well run by the management. Great group of guys that have fixed and repaired my car very professionally. They tend to be really busy so you do gotta be patient when waiting for your car to be fixed. I think that’s a good sign that they’re doing a good job. I highly recommend this Firestone.

The intake tech was kind, cordial, and patient. He thoroughly explained the timing expectations, and the team was able to deliver on schedule. They were also more competitive in pricing than the location near my home which will have me making the drive to service my car here in the future. I also noticed quality customer care and patience was provided to other patrons so they've made it a way of business at this location. I also never felt rushed, and even though I had been waiting for my ticket to be closed out I was able to be patient because he was providing the same care to another patron.

The manager on site was accommodating and supportive of my situation and got me back on the road as soon as possible. He was very backed up that day and he still made it a point to get me and my family fixed up and got us two fresh tires promptly. I don't remember his name but I commend his effort and my family appreciated it.

Firestone Cinco Ranch was polite, friendly, and competent, finding the issue and getting it resolved unlike the Fry Rd store a week before who had me sitting for over an hour to say there was nothing wrong with my tire. Also answered questions Fry rd completely dismissed. Night and day difference.

I was just refused service even though they were still open for another 25 minutes. All I needed was 2 new tires put on 2 rims that I brought in with me. My son hit a pothole and blew out 2 tires on the passenger side of his car.

I called yesterday spoke with Eddie, he ordered my tires and said they would be in that afternoon so I made an appointment for 7am this morning (6/19). I arrived at the store and got the pleasure of meeting the "manager" Ivan, Ivan informs me that my tires are not even there. I was frustrated and started asking questions and Ivan made a comment that he might snap on me. Being a women and the only customer in the store at the time I felt very unsafe for my well being and left. Not to mention I didn't trust that Ivan wouldn't snap on my car. No manager should ever speak to a customer that way. He also excused his RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL behavior to being human.

I visited the store because my car had two different tire sizes. I purchased two correct-size tires and asked them to install them in the front and save my old tires, which were still new. I explained that I was replacing the tires due to the size difference, which was causing my ABS light to blink. However, when they started replacing the tires, I noticed they were removing the wrong wheels. I alerted them the mistake, and they said they would check it. Meanwhile, they tried to sell me windshield wipers (which I had replaced two days earlier) and an AC filter (also replaced two days earlier). After a two-hour wait, I discovered that they had indeed replaced the wrong tires and failed to put my old tires in the trunk. When I asked them to correct the mistake, they claimed it wasn't a problem to leave the tires as they were. I was astonished, as I had replaced the tires specifically to address the ABS light issue, which limits my speed to 50mph. To make matters worse, the correct tire size is 185/60/15, while the other tire is significantly larger at 196/65/15. The staff was consistently rude throughout the ordeal.

Poor service!!. I needed to mount my old tire after one blew out. The did not help unless I pay for a new one from them!! I explain that my old tire was still in good shape. The did not care and did not help at all! I would never buy tires from them!
