Had to get a new battery installed and had a few minor things like a oil change so asked about new tires and a full bumper to bumper inspection found needed new breaks too .So new tires Balanced and aliened,New breaks, new battery, oil change and full inspection and will taxes and fees applied a total cost $1795. We had been shopping around for tires already and best deal was $1200 just for tires and that's just tires no nothing else and not the best rated either . Firestone we got a 70k mile set of tires for $800. and all that work took less than a 45 minutes Amazing Nice facility too .The waiting room was nice Thanks Mark and Danni the two who handle everything that day you have a loyal customer

Horrible service. Every time we come and get service done they forget to put something back. This time I was stranded on road. Said call tow truck, which meant I would be left on road. Manager was at lunch and couldn't be bothered to call back. Been going here for over 15 years. Not anymore.

AVOID FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE AT ALL COSTS! I've spent thousands of dollars at this location this year, but their blatant dishonesty and incompetence have lost them a loyal customer. An employee and General Manager Mark knowingly lied to me about the repairs on my vehicle. The lack of integrity and accountability is appalling. I demand honesty and transparency from any business, especially one I've trusted with my car and hard-earned money. Firestone Complete Auto Care has failed miserably. Do not waste your time or money on this unscrupulous business. Take your vehicle (and your business) elsewhere."

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I brought my car in for what seemed like a simple oil leak repair, but my vehicle has now been in their possession for over four days. Initially, I received a diagnosis, and after approving the repair, I was informed that the necessary part had been ordered. However, I was later contacted with a completely new diagnosis, which involved a significant increase in the cost—over $1,200. This sudden change in both the scope of the issue and the price is deeply concerning, especially given that it was presented without clear explanation. I also find it troubling that a straightforward oil leak repair would require such an extended period of time to resolve. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place. The lack of transparency, sudden cost escalation, and extended delay have led to a completely unsatisfactory experience.

I wish I could give more stars!!! Mark was amazing! I had an appt and within 30 mins my car was being serviced. Mark didn’t try to over sell. He listened to what I wanted and got my vehicle serviced! He managed the lobby well and his customer service is top notch!!! 15/10! I definitely recommend him and this location!

Would give a ZERO star if possible. Took car in for brake job ended up a car that had the same brake issue, engine that jump timing, check engine light, no A/C and brake light won't go off. That's all visually wrong so far. The GM of Firestone says it's not our fault we got a bad part from ford twice but we can try again but it'll be another week or you can come pick up your car. Already had it for 2 weeks later. They took no responsibility and gave no solution. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CAR *****UPDATE***** car is fixed thanks to DUVAL FORD. The parts firestone claim to have replaced were found to be bad and had to be replaced. Making one wonder did they ever really replace them in the first place... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Consumer beware this place is extremely high. I called this place to get a quote. Needed a new brake caliper, new rotor and new pads installed on the rear driver side on a 2000 chevy 1500. I was quoted almost $800!!! That is absolutely highway robbery! Ended up doing it myself in a couple hours and spent less than $300 in parts. If i could give this place no stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!! I will not ever take any vehicle to this place nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I came to my appointment that was scheduled at 2 pm. When I got there the front desk informed me that the employee I spoke to "forgot" to schedule my appointment. They were able to get me in anyway as all I needed was a headlight change, and oil change, and to check a leak in my tire. After about an hour of my vehicle being there I received a phone call saying I had an oil leak and it was a $400 fix. I was not there for any issues with my oil leaking and declined them fixing it because that has not been an issue and it sounded fishy. Where I dropped my vehicle off had a huge puddle of oil under it as if there were a leak. Where it was sitting when I picked it up did not have any oil under the vehicle. 2 weeks later I have not seen a drop of oil in my garage. They informed me they attached pictures of the "damage" in my email, which they did not. I would not trust the employees here and would not recommend for anyone.

I had a tire that was flat to the ground and I live 30 minutes away. Other places told me they didn't have time to help me that late in the day but not Firestone. The woman I spoke with said come on in and I did. They had me out the door and on my way home after a long day of work in one hour. Very grateful.

Wasted my time lady told me it would be one price on the phone like max $589 and set an appointment then I get here on my off day that I normally take to sleep in my boy for them to tell me they can’t even get the part today. They needed my vin which I could’ve have over the phone to know what to get so completely wasted my time then told me $629 for the price and can’t get the part until late next week. Definitely don’t recommend Midas just said they can get the part same day and do it today for cheaper smh

Have used this shop multiple times hoping that the experience would be different. Understandably they get busy but I often have to call to see if my vehicle has been looked at and the status rather than being called. Was kept on hold for 10 minutes today only to hang up, call back and say “hey I think you forgot about me” and the service tech to say “well now you got me”. No apology or empathy. This is the only shop I have to check behind their work and and constantly hand hold to make sure my vehicle gets taken care of. It’s not worth the hassle. **update** Went and and picked up vehicle, I have no idea if it was looked at and neither did the person working behind the counter. I will see if I actually get contacted through this review but it’s just another example of how poorly run this place is. Don’t go here at all if you can help it. I won’t be going back.
