I had a wonderful experience at this location; Mr.James was friendly right from the get go helping me setup the maintenance visit for my 2019 Toyota CHR. Spoke to me as calm and cool as you would someone sitting on the bench in the park. The prices were, in my opinion, very fair with the entire thing taking maybe an hour or so. I've been to different Firestone establishments over the years, but Mr. James really was just a mellow man, which I appreciate. Service was great, prices are fair, place is clean and quiet. See you guys when I need to maintenance my car again.

I recently bought a used car and wanted to know for sure if it had issues. I talked with Eric and made an appointment to get an oil change and have it looked over. I trust the guys at Firestone way more than a car dealer! Thank you Eric, Parker and Kelly for making sure my cars are running and safe.

I came in for 4 tires and they were able to get them on very quickly, and that included an alignment. Most shops take forever just to do a set of tires, but Firestone doesn’t waste time! Will be coming back!

Don't bother with an appointment.. it does no good. Why make an appointment if it still is going to take 3-4 hrs to get the vehicle in. "The appointment is to hold your place in line".. no the appointment is to put me in line at that time regardless.. that's why walk ins wait till an opening. Why am I waiting as if I walked in anyway. Making me wait 4 hrs with an appointment time is no different then just walking in and waiting 4hrs. And instead of just doing what I ask, they wanna sell inspections and all that good jazz. You have wasted my day, thank you.

OOPS they forgot to check the vehicle history report: Lost my trust. I will never recommend Firestone again. In fact I’m going to apologize to my friends and family that I have recommended to Firestone for mechanical issues. I scheduled an oil change alignment (not done) and tire rotation (maybe done) Got the courtesy call to let me know the car was checked over, I was advised that I needed brakes and spark plugs. No problem except I had the plugs changed back in April so hard for me to believe they went bad in less than 3k miles and also had the brakes checked and was told they had plenty of life left and no worries again less than 3k miles later OMG they need to be done asap at a price north of 600 dollars. When I questioned the clerk about the brakes & plugs was told I guess they didn’t change anything last time. So I’m not sure when I was lied to but I was. Next time ask the clerk to read the previous invoice before trying to squeeze more money out of people that trusted you it might save her the red face when she had to tell me I was scammed. Who knows how many times they got me in the past as I apparently have been an idiot for over 25 years doing business with Firestone. Never again! UPDATE: Two weeks later and point proven. Got call from a Parker he left me a message to call him so I called back and left a message. I’M STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK.

I had a great experience here! The older gentleman at the front is super nice, he was kind and helpful even when I called beforehand. The service I needed was quick and easy. I was in and out in under an hour for an alignment, which is great considering they were a bit busy. He found me a coupon to help me save some money. I also think the extra $70 for a lifetime alignment is a great deal, especially since it applies to the car no matter where the tires are from. Thank you for your 5 star service, professionalism, and speed. 👍🏽

I went in for an oil change and fuel filter replacement earlier in the year. It took a lot longer than expected, but the customer service was solid. I just went for an oil change elsewhere, and learned that these guys stripped my oil drain plug. I would not recommend them.

I will go back for routine things like my oil change possibly. However, I had an experience where my AC only worked the day that I took it there and was told it would work once they fixed it and it stopped working the next day. Then I was told they could not do anything else about it not working since it was out of scope for them and it seemed like the computer wasn't telling the compressor there was enough freon. I have to go to the dealership so I felt like I spent a lot of money for the outcome of only the AC working one day after they fixed it and being told I had to go to the dealership.

They solved my tire issue while I waited BUT unfortunately caused another problem they couldn't correct. So I left with an unresolved issue. They told me to call Acura Monday morning and ask them for a solution.

I didn't have an appointment, but my car needed to be checked out right away as there were warning lights on my dash. My car was checked out in a timely manner. They also did a great job of communicating and keeping in touch.

I was annoyed how they made me wait close to an hour and a half before telling me that they couldn’t fix the alignment of my car. I imagine that realizing something like that wouldn’t take that long, but correct me if I’m wrong. Nobody was rude or disrespectful, I’m just wondering why it took until me going up to the desk and asking for my car status that I was finally told there was nothing they could do.

These folks are honest, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I am retired so we just drop our vehicle off whenever we need something tire related. They have always kept us informed and up to date on the progress and completion. Very satisfied.

I was visiting Florida and before heading back home on Sunday my alternator went out. Firestone took my car in at 1:00 pm and worked past closing time to finish replacing the alternator. Because of everyones hard work my family and I were able to get home Sunday night. Thank you!!!!!

This is my 2nd time going for tires. I find this location very helpful. I also feel their pricing is the best around. Charles helped me on the phone and then in person. He was so welcoming and patient. Will definitely return to this location if need be.

When I went to pick up my car, it had a vibration that was not there before. I did not feel comfortable driving it home. The manager said he was not involved with the car so he could not say why the vibration, but I had a two year warranty. He stated I could leave the car so it could be checked in the morning. I had no way to get home and had to request my Uber to be covered both ways. He called his manager and was told he could give me $15. At that amount, I would not be able to get home let alone come back the next morning. So I had to demand the full uber charge be paid. Once I returned the next morning I was given the full Uber amount but was told it would be only a 1 year/12k mile warranty. When I informed the manager about what I was told last night he said that is not the case. Therefore, I was given the car with the expectation it was good but it wasn’t and then lied about the warranty. It was a very frustrating situation that created mistrust due to multiple forms of miscommunication and lack of empathy that lead to action. I planned on being a loyal customer since it’s close to work, but I will not be returning nor referring anyone. 8/2024 I wanted to add an edit, as corporate was able to get in contact with me and extend the warranty as I was told. I appreciate corporate taking ownership and rectifying this, unfortunately it does not mend the broken trust for this specific location so I will not be returning.

I did an oil change and tire rotation at this branch. After the service, I started experiencing a noise when I went past a speed of 50 mph. Within a couple of days, I drove back to Firestone to report the issue. The mechanics reviewed the oil change level and told me that everything was perfect, assuring me that the oil change and tire rotation would not cause this issue. However, I insisted that the issue was present and asked them to at least sit in the passenger seat to identify the problem. They then told me that the noise was due to a bearing issue coming from the front wheel. I scheduled an appointment with the car dealership since my car is under warranty, hoping that the bearing replacement would be covered. The dealer checked it thoroughly and identified that during the tire rotation, the Firestone mechanics had interchanged the rear-side cupping with the front side. There was no bearing issue, and the noise was due to the Firestone mechanics' mistake. They recommended replacing the tires because of this. I am totally unhappy about this. Firestone should have identified the issue when I brought the car back the second time. This shows the incompetence and lethargy of this Firestone branch. When I went back to Firestone, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they offered me a few credits and made me pay $152 for the front tire replacement. This entire experience was a total mess created by them and is ridiculous. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Only gave me one option on a tire which was 1 of the expensive ones. So I spent almost $240 for 1 tire. When I went in for a plug, so I wasn't happy on the price at all. Of course, they had none of the cheaper tires in stock, and it would be 223 hours.Weight which I didn't have So overall service was fine, but price was ridiculous and not happy

They explained the difference between the tires to help me make my selection. I did not feel pushed to make a decision or to upgrade. The time it took was quicker than I expected. The price was alot better than the dealership even before the discounts/incentives kicked in. They now have a customer for life!

This branch has been so helpful and kind. I am a single younger woman with no family in the area and little knowledge of cars. So when I had a flat in January I was afraid of being taken advantage of. The employee I worked with then was very informative and explained all my options. He helped me get the best prices and shared with me that he had daughters and it made me feel safe. Today I am back again to get my other two tires aligned and changed and am having another great experience with a kind employee. I moved farther away since my first visit but traveled 25 minutes to come back here because of how much I trust this branch. Thank you!

Called on a late Sunday morning, my car wasn’t starting. They seemed to be pretty busy. They updated me later that day that car wasn’t ready yet. Notified me the next morning it was ready for pick up. Ended up being just a $50 fix. I have to mention how different their professionalism compared to the local Hyundai dealership, Firestone is way better! Happy with their service and communication and I will be returning in future!
