Mitch tropea way TALK to us like dirt. Pulling out prices out of the sky. My husband and his brother brought our vehicle here for repair. What kind of service take 10 hours DAYS and WEEKS to complete. Want to charge thousands. You will end up in lawsuit.

Waited an hour and a half for an oil change today, Which in the past few months has been pretty fast for them. Today, they stripped my drain plug and had to order a new one and just didn’t tell me at all. I was waiting in the lobby the entire time and no one thought to tell me. He then said he wouldn’t charge me for it, when I pointed out Firestone is the only place that changes my oil so if the drain plug was stripped they either did it at the appt today or they failed to tell me it was at the end of its lifespan my last visit literally about 2 months ago he just tried to convince me it was routine.

I can't thank the team at Firestone enough for helping me get heat into my car. The customer service was unreal and they went above and beyond to help me find a solution. Ransom specifically made my experience a painless one (as having car problems can certainly feel painful). Thank y'all x10! Update: The heat in my car inevitably stopped working this winter which sucked. Matt has been so nice and generous in helping me fix the problem.

This was my second visit to Firestone Complete Auto Care Town Center. Both times I went in apprehensive as I have an older car. Matt and the mechanical crew made me feel they are trustworthy therefore my comfort level rose greatly. I will be back and I have already provided their information to three people.

Big thank you to Mitch, Matt & Jay making sure my car got repaired correctly. They stayed on top of it until the problem was found and the car was running smoothly again. It wasn’t easy finding the root cause of the misfire but they managed to figure it out. Thank you again.

I never write reviews but this was the worst experience I have had! I brought my car in to have it inspected because it was riding a bit odd and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I took it in told the guy what was going on he said he’d test drive it and see what the issue was. I get a call about an hour later from them telling me I need new tires and that, that was the problem. So they do the tire replacement (ups sell me on an alignment my car did not need). Calls me back saying the tires were not the issue, told me the problem was that my transmission fluid was low. He then proceeded to tell me he can do a transmission fluid flush free of charge…after he claims he did the transmission flush calls me back saying my car drives fine now with no problems and is ready to be picked up. I come back later to pick up my car. Went it got my receipt (for some reason didn’t give me a paper copy just emailed it to me). Took a look at the receipt and only the tired and alignment were listed as completed. Nothing about the transmission flush whatsoever. So I go and ask the guy at the front desk about it. He proceeds to talk to me like I have no clue what I am looking at on the receipt. Get in my car to drive it home and the second I start driving it is doing the same exact thing I brought it in for. Nothing was fixed other than tires I did not need yet. Safe to say I will NEVER be going back to Firestone again. Worse experience ever!

They are always friendly and professional and perform the services I request without trying to upsell me too hard on anything else. They do let me know when there are other problems with my car and give me quotes to fix them but I usually cannot afford more than I bring the car in for, so I appreciate that they are not too pushy. I know it's a business and they have to try to sell me additional services like any chain mechanic company but they have always been very professional and respectful about it, no fuss no muss.

Traveling the area from NC for work. On a lil site seeing adventure got a screw in my brand new tire. This Firestone was next door to my hotel. I stopped in at about 4:30pm and they took me right in. They fixed my tire and put in back on my car and put the spare back where it was. They were so nice, friendly & accommodating. I fully expected them to try to sell me a tire instead of doing the repair I asked for. They did not. It was a very pleasant experience. Very nice establishment as well. It looks brand new or recently remodeled. Thank you Jay!

Best service I ever had in my entire 45 years this is crazy work very clean lounge area & restroom very organized and super dooper fast this is crazy work. The service guy is very calm and helpful, a lady came in with a nasty attitude im talking she came in on 10 his calm and professional Persona calm her down asap she even started smiling 10 star 🌟 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️👁👁 this is crazy work. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I have been going to this location for basic services such as tires, oil changes, etc for a few years. I started hearing a strange noise from my vehicle and called yesterday (Monday) morning around 9 AM. Mitch told me to bring it over and drop it off. When I arrived the whole waiting area was full, but they still were able to inspect my car and give me a full report and quote by 1:30 PM even though I did not have an appointment. My car needed A LOT of work done. I told them that I had an important road trip to do Wednesday morning and they assured me they would have all the work done by the next day (Tuesday), and as promised, it was done by 5 PM Tuesday! I’m so grateful that they were able to fit me into the busy schedule and ensure that I’m able to do my trip safely. It’s never fun to have to pay for car repairs, but I’m very happy with how I have been treated at this location and will continue to go here for any future needs.

was able to come in day before thanksgiving and was helped right away on getting four new tires. i asked if i could also have a brake inspection done which wasn’t initially apart of my appointment but they were very accommodating to that. Friday morning I was notified about the brake inspection and was set up to get a full brake job. they also added in some holiday promotions that firestone had going on that i was unaware about, and called me right away once it was done. I was also able to have my partner pick up my car as i was working, which saved a lot of stress! i was also quoted a much more affordable amount than at the dealership, and was fully aware of what i was paying for with the invoices they emailed me, and updated according to any changes. i was never surprised with any costs! All the gentlemen i spoke with on the phone and in person were very pleasant, and straight to the point! and my car drives great again! thank you!

I got in right away and 6 hours later as promised the valve cover gasket kit installed and 6 new spark plugs installed. Engine with 160 K runs like new! Little expensive, but I received my 15 % discount. Also rotated, balanced all 4 tires and checked my alignment. Whole car inspection and everything checked out OK 👍!

Nothing worse than an unplanned issue with a tire. So without an appointment, I was still able to get service and repair done quickly. Thankfully for Road Hazzard protection, the tire was not costly and they did find other issues to address after their safety inspections. Spent more money than expected but only because I addressed all the issues they found that day. I was glad to get a safe for me and the road vehicle that same afternoon. Thank you Phylyp and Firestone/Bridgestone!

I had no appointment and was done in an hour. Oil change, tire repair and alignment. 👌 The staff was professional and knowledgeable on my cars issues. They completed the service faster than estimated. They showed me why I needed an additional service of a Alignment. They also added the company online discount before I asked. The only item they missed was placing the service sticker with the mileage for my next oil change. Without the sticker I need to remember the mileage for the next oil change.

Was charged for a complete auto inspection when I just wanted the brakes looked at and a tire rotation. I asked to be texted with updates since I can't take calls at work. I was called. I was assured twice that the tires would be rotated. They weren't.. the 'complete auto inspection' was to include an alignment check..if one was done.. I have no proof.. but it was an extra $21.99. When I lived up the street I went here because it was close.. I ended up going to a different Firestone to get tires because this location didn't have them. I only went back to this location because I work at Town center. I'll find somewhere else to have the rear brakes done and the tires rotated.

Everything about using Firestone is easy especially when trips to a vehicle repair shop where you likely have to spend hundred of dollars is usually not pleasant. Everyone there is friendly, explains everything fully (and dumbs it down for me when necessary). In my experience, they're honest too. Being a female going into a car repair shop, I expect them to add things to do to my vehicle that I would have no clue if it was necessary or not - but I haven't felt that they do that. The first time I went in for brakes and they recommended I replace one of my tires sooner rather than later - 3 months go by and that tire was flat & not repairable so I took my car in and got all 4 tires replaced at a reasonable price- SAME DAY.

First time here since I moved from Orlando and it is difficult to get a place to make an oil change to my car no matter that it is super short excellent and I arrived an hour before the store closed and they managed to make the oil change and they rotated the tires 🤌🏻

Our car had an issue on I-95 headed from St. Augustine to Charlotte NC. Came up as an alert for something wrong with the alternator. Was somehow able to make it to this Firestone location. We then we able to get into a bay and get service despite not having an appointment and in an emergency situation. The workers were working diligently despite the car being very overheated as we were driving in FL in the middle of July. Had one issue that proved to be a bigger issue that left our vehicle unable to drive. Next day at 8 am with the correct part the mechanic was able to work on it. We were back on the road taken care of and all paid by 9:45 am. A very special thank you to Neftali Colon for working diligently and getting us safely back on the road.

Our car had an issue on the highway, at first suspected to be an alternator failure, which was confirmed, but an A/C Compressor failure was also found. Although we pulled in at 1300h, the car was diagnosed quickly and nearly all work was completed by the end of store hours at 1800h. Neftali Colon, our mechanic offered to even stay late and fix the problem so we could drive the 600 miles left that day. We declined, and he instead made it his priority in the morning to get it fixed as soon as possible so we could continue our journey. Everyone there was very nice and the waiting facilities were nice, especially while waiting for an alternator and A/C Compressor replacement.

So I was there 2 weeks ago using our radiator. They got it fixed. However, now here we are 2 weeks later and the radiator fluid was low. I was nowhere near this Firestone but I called and they just said hey just dropping to a nearest Firestone so I did that dropped into the one on University. They were not willing to take 5 minutes out of their day to even just take a look. So I drove all the way back over to the South side which I live on the North side to this Firestone these guys took 5 to 10 minutes out of their time out of their busy schedule to look at the radiator fluids and reassure me that there are no leak and explain what happened. I feel like that 30 to 45 minute drive across town was worth it with the customer service that this Firestone provided. I do not have any plans to ever go back to the Firestone off University. The customer service sucks.
